Pretty hotel. Very nice staff always accommodating and willing to help you out. Coffee here is avoidable at best.

Each room is different. One can be nice, the other one can smell like mold. Needs updating to the rooms. Also they need a dedicated work out facility that is air conditioned and not in the middle of the walkways to the rooms.

Dated and decrepit buildings. Our room was falling apart. The carpet was frayed, wallpaper was peeling back, and the ceiling in the shower was coming down. The room was old, dirty and stinky. The tv in our room was so dark it was hard to see lol. We called the front desk about the tv. Someone did come but it was never fixed. Stay far away from this place.

For the price I was really not impressed. What was the worst was taking a short hike to the pool only to see no towels and the phone out of order. The informative binder in the room specifically said not to bring towels.

Room wasn't ready. Took over 2 hours after check in to get into our room. Given run around.

Stayed overnight for a meeting downtown. Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful.

Went to the DT for a work conference in one of their larger meeting venues. The atmosphere was professional and bathrooms were clean. The lunch bar was really good with a variety of salads and cold cuts for sandwiches. They had a berry cheesecake that was phenomenal. The only down side was their parking. We had to park on the other side of the building and walk around the building to get inside which was inconvenient. It would be even more inconvenient if it was raining like it normally does here in Sacramento during the fall winter time.

Nice room, friendly staff, great amenities in the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful hotel, very confusing to navigate though.

I attended a work function here. Clean areas and professional staff. What I liked best was that we got instructions ahead of time about the location in the hotel, where to park, and how to validate ahead of time.

Just had a seminar there and I am favorably impressed. The staff greeted me and someone came right up while I was looking for the seminar room location and help me find out where I was spending the day. No sound of slamming doors as I've experienced at other locations. The water features are a nice, tranquil addition. Did not stay here for lodging, so can't comment on that aspect, but this was a nice seminar location, freeway close and next to Arden Fair Shopping Mall.

This is a sprawling campus. The gardening between the buildings reminds me of condos in Kauai. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food from the restaurant smells soooooo good in the lobby.

Room were event was presented was perfect. Set up an service exceeded expectations. Food was tasty, hot an served with a smile. Carmel cheesecake was the bomb. Staff at hotel were friendly and accommodating. I'd recommend this hotl venue forca special event, fundraiser or for a Staycation.

The Double Tree is a beautiful Building with terrific Service and Amenities inside.,
However I am Physically Disabled, I Ended up having to Park across the street, probably because Not Many Designated Parking Areas for the Handicapped, that I noticed at the Hilton Double Tree. I asked two employees outside in the parking lot, they told me they had No Idea of Where I May be able to park close by.

I was staying here for a week for my work. The room was spacious and clean. The services were excellent. I loved my time here

The service was amazing, the food too I was there to stay overnight to go to MEPS in the morning and it was an absolutely amazing experience no complaints at all.

The hotel rooms have plenty of space. My favorite was the bathroom - it looked so neat and amazing. The design was beautiful. I brought my dog there and she was so hyper and excited the whole time we stayed there!

DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL! Place was crawling with bed bugs and they wouldnt even offer us another room. Had to leave immediately and now its going to be a huge pain to get the refund processed. Dirty hotel and scammer workers. This place is a joke.

I was at the hotel for a sales training and the staff was great and extremely helpful!

I come to the Hilton once a quarter for our market rally. The staff is extremely helpful and we'll continue to host our events at the double tree!

This is about my 80th night this year staying in a Hilton brand hotel and this way far and away the most disappointing. Outdated hotel that charges more than newly renovated hotels. Had to call the WiFi support line to find out that their premium internet service was out of service when they could have mentioned that at the front desk. Inquired about a late check out and was told that I can check out at 11am. That s their normal checkout time. So much for extending even an hour for a diamond member. Next time I m in town I ll be staying at a Marriot property.

The rooms are beautiful, just wish the price was lower.

The hotel fix the issue by upgrading me to sweep after losing my room.

Location is great because it is right across from the mall and many resturants. Room was clean, service was fast, staff was kind and informative.

Wish i could give it No Stars!! Dirty Rooms, Bad service, No help or carts available, not stocked with enough towels! Only 1 toilet, even though it was a family unit and no family room, even the Hampton Inn has 2 rooms, kitchen family area 2 full bath/Showers and Clean!! And free hot self-serve breakfast! Don't stay here if you want Clean Rooms!!

The location was in a busy place but the hotel itself was amazing. The rooms was nice especially the dinning hall.

Clean rooms, quick customer service. Restaurant food is delicious. I recommend the salted caramel gelato for desert.

If you want more stars from me, you'll have to provide more free parking as opposed to pre-paid.

It gets the job done for what it is, a massive conference hotel.

Great Service! Great Hotel Rooms! They are well maintained, comfortable beds, spacious living area with couch, desk and refrigerator. The cookies are delicious and the customer service is top notch! I would recommend this location every time.

Beautiful hotel. Went for a conference and the buffet was all inclusive no matter your diet. There was also a restaurant and a Starbucks inside. The people were very friendly and helpful. The decor was classy and very clean.

Shower had mold in it. Wall paper was falling off and there was a dead RAT outside our balcony !

Rooms were nice, and the cookies are fresh, but you have to pay to park. Also, the hotel had a strange, sprawling layout, and some of the rooms can require a good but of walking to get to.

We host a monthly even in one of their ballrooms and they are always very accommodating. Very clean venue. Food from the restaurant always looks and smells appetizing, though I usually bring my own lunch.

Finding the correct wing we were staying in was a bit tricky. Clearer signs would help out, also eight dollars a day to park....not ecstatic about that but not a game changer.

I love the vintage styled building. The walkways to the wings are simply awesome. A total mid-century feel. Modern hotels can be so sterile. But not this one! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel shuttle can be used as your personal Uber to downtown. They make staying in Sacramento very enjoyable! My room was warm and inviting. Comfortable bed. The lobby bar was great. Good selection of drinks, food and had karaoke.

Expensive hotel. Not many features that explain how expensive it is. No free breakfast, rooms are average

Went to Double Tree for their Sunday Brunch Buffet. Food was good. Service was great.
