I have been with the company for sometime now. Too many times have I been let down by staff services and money not showing when it is suppose to bills paid when they are not supposed to... Or the opposite. I'm trying desperately to find another company

I had more faith in Financial Pathways from Mar 2017 to Jul 2017. My original representative left Financial Pathways and since I have found it difficult to get my funds, emails arent returned in a timely manner. I had some fraudulent charges on my card asked to close it and replacement has been long. I am not happy with services at Financial Pathways. I have searched other options in Piedmont unfortunately there arent any. I only came to Financial Pathways because my original payee discontinued services at CESI.
Update Dec 15, 2017 Since my original review early Dec 2017, a 2nd rep has left Financial Pathways. This time with no notice. As a client I have found dealing with Financial Pathways beyond stressful. I'm in search of a new representative.
If you need help with bills, creditors, or housing woes, call these people. They are a division of the United Way. You need to call and setup an appointment. They work through your expenses & offer suggestions and help you find options to decrease your spending.
Difficult reaching anyone Difficult getting funds No call or email back Not happy with services Will just be contacting SSI speaking with someone for a change. Just feel it's not ok as an business to have clients and not return calls or have a direct way of contacting the representative
