He was able to fix my computer when everyone else told me I needed to send it to Texas to even find out what was wrong.
He is honest, there have been several times that he could have easily charged me a couple hundred dollars, telling me he had replaced a part that we both thought was defective. He opened it and found a couple of things that were not connected, and charged me nothing.

I originally took my computer in for a strange beeping sound. My computer was working fine, but my mom insisted I have it checked. Given that I don't trust Best Buy, I looked for another company and with such great reviews, I picked this one.
Shawn was very flexible. Our schedules did not match up very well, but he made time to make this possible for me. He is a very easy person to talk to and is always ready to listen to whatever problems you are having with your computer.
I got my computer back in no time! The beeping was gone!
Well, a few days later, I noticed I was having other issues. I could no longer access documents. I couldn't update current software. I couldn't read my downloads. I soon realized all my computer files were locked and protected under read-only. Unfortunately, no google advise could fix this and nothing explained why this was happening.
The only thing I could think of was something during it's repair caused this. Shawn could not figure out why this was happening either. I was starting to really stress out and Shawn kept assuring me he would get this fixed no matter what.
After many emails trying to arrange me having time to drop my computer back off, Shawn was able to fix my computer. It turns out, despite the tests for the drive having passed for both Shawn and I, the drive was going bad. The update to Window's 10 made the problems worse because the files had moved. Nothing Shawn had done caused the problem. We both have learned a little more about computers and I am happy to have my computer back to itself and in even better condition.
I can't express enough how flexible, patient, and understanding Shawn was and I would return to him and recommend him in a heart beat.

Shawn installed an SSD into my new Dell Inspiron 17 3000 series laptop and I couldn't be more pleased with his work! He transferred the files of my old computer onto my new one.
To my knowledge he had a series of fake reviews on his Google Reviews here. He deserves 5 stars across the board for his work. I would say he's the best IT in Eastern Washington, if not Washington State.
He is easy to communicate with and is upfront about what needs to get done and quotes accurately on the pricing range. He is a literal lifesaver and I cannot give him enough praise for what he does.
