Dear Sir.
It is very regrettable to give an opinion due to poor service from a few employees, in cases in which a client points to a hotel of the size such as HOTEL FIESTA. I think the most convenient thing is for you to gather your staff together, and let them understand that with this type of comments everyone who works for this hotel is at stake.
I say the above, because at this point being unemployed is very sad and there are employees who do not mind giving a fried egg to one without salt. I believe that with an opportunity and in writing, the attention has to change 100% for all the branches that make up the payroll of said hotel. The comments come to light when there is a radical change. Thank you very much we are aware

I hate this resort. I ve stayed in numerous all-inclusive resorts in Costa Rica and this is by far one of the worst. While the food is passably tasty, there is absolutely no variety. I am a healthy eater. In every meal they had 1 protein/meat choice (usually spicy chicken), 1 vegetable, 6-10 different types of beans (cold and hot), tons of types of bread and carbs, and for salad 4 different types of lettuce, tomatoes and onions, and a good selection of fresh fruit. Now I know it s Costa Rica and they eat differently than in the US. Hello, I live here. But I basically ate salads for every meal and eggs for breakfast b/c all they had then was tons of bread, eggs, and fruit. I basically ate about $3 worth of food every day but paid $150 for my room for the day. Total rip off. Plus the paint was chipping off the walls. It was TONS better when it was owned by Hilton. I only booked this time by accident b/c I thought it was still a Hilton. Plus the internet didn t work in either of our rooms despite my numerous calls and visits to the front desk and their handing me off to both their on-site and off-site tech support. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

The food has gone down in quality since I last came, longer lines for snacks and drinks and premium is basically the same than the rest. And for the shows, you have to get there two hours before or else you find a single seat. I don't think the theatre can wear 1/3 of the whole hotel. I also bought a water bottle and it doesnt even work!

I was on Sunday, September 6 and the place was full of people, they did not seem to be complying with sanitary measures, on the other hand, at breakfast they had a variety but the snacks and drinks were lousy we had to line up for kilometers to order, they only had hamburgers and Burritos nothing provocative As a suggestion they should have ceviche, patacones etc, lunch in the supposedly seafood restaurant only had a tasteless fish which we left everything and we also had to make a vein, the truth would not return and I would not recommend it, it seemed very expensive. They charged me $ 75 per adult where in other hotels they have more variety in food and better prepared for $ 100 the couple with a child, but hey, I'm going to take the charge that they stole from me and they didn't kill me to make it go away.

A place characterized by the kindness and attention of the staff, Damaris in particular I can only thank for all your fine attention. A Premium environment at a reasonable cost.
In my particular case, all the treatment was excellent, friendly, attentive, the food is good.
A place that I plan to visit when I have the opportunity again.

questionable cleanliness. Windows that do not open. Common areas very noisy. Stairs and corridors without lighting. Obligation to identify out of the hotel, even on the beach side. I totally recommend.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! This was the fourth time we...

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! This was the fourth time we visited the hotel. Unfortunately, we were not able to join the night show because of full capacity, which is understandable. However, the staff (security guards and Supervisor) was very rude when we tried to occupy a couple of available seats that were not supposed to be used. Please be transparent with customers and let them know the rules upfront so they can make comprehensive decisions. Without guests, you guys won't be able to keep your jobs. For sure, this was our last time booking the Fiesta Resort. You guys just lost a couple of loyal customers. Maybe you guys don't really care about it. We don't either. Bye!

It strictly complies with the protocols of the Ministry of Health. The food has improved, it is richer. There is a double show to comply with the Capacity. It was a very good experience

As always, the hotel has an enviable location ... close to everything ... especially the G.A.M
They have raised the quality of their meals ... there is more order to appear and richer ...
The Check in-seems cumbersome but it is not, since they passed it to the Amphitheater due to the Covid 19 issue.
The rest remains the same, always recommended ...

1. The food is better at lunch.
2. They will cook you any food you want if you ask.
3. They will make you any juice you want if you ask.
4. Not enough outlets in the rooms.
5. Not enough pillows.
6. Not enough pillows. 1 per person.
7. They need more variety of food for babies. (But you can ask and most likely will cook it for you)
8. If you see a dessert you like take it now because most likely won t bring more.
9. Desserts they put 3 to 4 plates of the same thing makes not sense.
10. Take the rice puddling asp because will be gone and not refills lol.
11. Great service overall.

Great place in my opinion has many great pools, the beach is your backyard and is clean the waves are good enough the food ok.

Older all inclusive resort, but well kept. Great grounds with conveniently located, excellent snack and drink facilities. Clean, good quality restaurants. Was a great stop off point en-route to Monteverde, after a later flight into San Jose. Area outside of the resort is not great, so probably wouldn't consider a longer stay. Resort felt completely safe though.

I have enough parameters to compare, as I was at the hotel at the end of February. For this occasion, I must highlight the courtesy and kindness of the staff, in addition to the health protocols, all of which was at the height of the moments we lived through. Unfortunately, it does not get close to the 5 stars of before, because in spirits they lowered the quality, the food is very good and again the protocols are to be admired, however, unfortunately, at a dinner, one of the types of salad, it tasted bad, it was damaged. They immediately took her out of options, but it was unpleasant. Otherwise, the same, the normal standard rooms, clean, but with the slight smell of humidity, at first a bit unpleasant.

THIS IS NOT A DOUBLE TREE HOTEL, NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!! From the Moment you enter the Reception area, you can see, the lack of proper maintenance, ceilings with water damage, it's a 3 Star Resort at Best. NOTHING luxurious about this place. The food was pretty bad, the bartenders didn't even know how to make a Martini, breakfast awful. WONT EVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!! ITS THE EQUIVALENT TO A USA MOTEL 6!! The Hotel Staff is very friendly, but, in Costa Rica that's a given!!!

Perfect for us (couple with a baby)
Great food, showers, family suites, seaview, pools and lots of sun loungers - plenty with shade.
Only downside would be the beach sand is too hot really to enjoy, but the hotel activities and pools were entertainment enough we'll be back, I'm.sure.

Excellent Resort. Very clean place, excellent food, courteous and hospitable staff. Black sand beach. The waves can sometimes be very strong so be careful. Many services and activities offered on site. Free WIFI.

It is my 3 time visiting this beautiful place. My second time was definitely a very good 5 or more stars. That is why the reason to save to eagerly return which I did on September 28 29 30 and celebrate the mother's holidays and my birthday that we could not do anything. My criticism is delicious food in buffet and reservation restaurants, reservation desserts very rich but the buffet was not good, very commercial pure mouse and rice pudding. If you were late to get to lunch, the desserts were not there. Very importantly, there was no water in the rooms, there were water dispensers but very far or few and the beach chairs at the snack bars and around the pools were never disinfected on the premium side, someone had to come to attend us in the pool and never I arrive. The information that I asked for by WhatsApp a week before arriving at the hotel I am still waiting for it and for special reasons we thought we would stay one more day which they were not at all detailed in helping us we arrived with a special reservation from the family with a time in advance and they separated us they left us far away. Summary bad information bad desserts reduced cleaning or not at all and excuses of things that they did not do for the covi which made no sense, there was very little variety of food with the way they took to serve and only one day I went to the theater and they were free the boys then there was no show. Delicious food and very good attention on the premium side by the girls who were on the towels, the dark-haired one and the other with a different accent, sorry not to know their names, super grateful to them

When referring to someone or somewhere, even if I try to be objective, there is always a degree of subjectivity, so I think it is appropriate to be as fair as possible. I am enjoying my stay and the service is good, the entertainment: shows complemented with themes from films or emblematic artists has been very good.

The staff is very friendly and helpful; he cares for one with joy. The facilities are clean and well maintained, the evening show entertains.
The only two things that I would improve is that I suggest there is at least one protein of plant origin in the food, for vegans. And the rooms in the first building would improve the noise filter, because you can hear everything from the guest on the side.

First off, We are not the type of people to complain, have been on numerous of AI vacations and all over the world and we want Other vacationers to be aware of a few things before committing to this resort. This resort is extremely remote with nothing to do, so if your ok with sitting around, then you should be ok. Activities offered are sub par, The food at the buffets is mediocre at best, the alacartes are next to impossible to book, the service is less than average regardless if you tip or not and we are big tippers did not reflect the service, however there are a few that went over and beyond and were topped well. English is limited at this resort, I get it, we are in your country, but if you want to service Any english speaking country, you have to be able to communicate, ineffective communication is never good. I personally Caught consierage in numerous lies, you should be honest with your patrons as when the truth comes out, makes things that much worse. I personally will not come to this resort ever again and would not recommend this resort to anyone thinking of a Costa Rica vacation.

Not my style of vacation. Many locals and Mexicans who put a lot of emphasis on AI, as the hotel name says. The decor of the room is miserable and very noisy. Eat and drink wherever you go, an atmosphere like in a Las Vegas casino. The beach is unusable, as the current is too strong every day and not guarded, the alternative pool is well besieged by drinkers at the bar or on the other corner with foam party. Who likes it please.

Hi. I want to give feedback on our personal experience.

What we liked:

-Food is delicious. The a la carte restaurant is amazing.


What needs to be improved:

-It was extremely difficult to make the reservation, they never answered me by mail and I called for two days in a row until I got someone to answer me at night. I did not book through the page as the price was a bit higher.
-We arrived on Sunday, September 6 and there were a lot of people, so much so that no matter how hard they tried to keep people from crowding, it happened, there was a sign that said they were taking temperature and disinfecting shoes, however, in reality it was not happening, I think because of the number of people.
-We arrived at the 'premium' room and it leaves much to be desired, it indicates that the bed is King, however, it is not true, at most it is Queen. We were excited by the view of the sea that they sell and it was a total disappointment, it was super long and by the palm trees it was hardly appreciated, at night you could not see absolutely nothing, and the worst thing is that on the balcony there is like a railing that does not let see the view if you are sitting, just standing. The building lacks a lot of maintenance and they told us that the premium part was the newest. The door to the room was very deteriorated, the TV cabinet too, the bed sheet even had a hole and the telephone did not work and getting on the elevator feels quite unsafe since it sounds and acts as if it were a thousand years old. A great disappointment taking into account that they sell it to you as 'premium', another benefit that I did not see was the butler in the pool, there were only people collecting the glasses but around the area there was no one taking the orders and because of the covid it is done So much line in the drink areas that it is even lazy to go for one. The cocktails are the worst I've ever tasted, it was like having a pen, until it tasted thick with sugar and didn't taste good, I've been to other all-inclusives and in that regard this has been the worst. They gave me a glass full of soap (badly washed) and I realized until I had taken like 3 sips, it made me really sick and I had a lot of stomach pain.
- Very nice that there are little chairs outside on the beach but it has many sticks and it looks very dirty, I think they could clean the 'premium' part more, which is where more logs and sticks are seen.

Complete, "all inclusive" but we are more adventurous. Needed it last minute and it worked. Early May, about $215.00 plus. Includes meals and drinks. Free liquor drinks around the pool all day but beer and wine, surprise, only when restaurants are open. We say: get out to the beach towns and stay there. Monkeys, toucans, coconuts, waves...

This place is amazing. Because we don't speak Spanish, we didn't get to enjoy the evening entertainment but that's ok. Otherwise, almost entire staff spoke English well, food was great and a ton of things to do. We walked on the beach a whole day basically. I get why some tourists would be disappointed with the color of the beach but Costa Rica is not a beach destination. Once you get to Costa Rica, make sure to get tours

Overall it started ok. My room was placed extremely far from my family ( we were 15 total). This room was ugly, dirty bathroom & with no hot water. I complained the following day and got moved to a better room (eventhough the water would go from hot to cold through out the shower) it was better than no hot water.The linens & towels looked old and pillows where flat! The food was ok, sometimes bland. The staff was not accommodating to my large group. After check out (12 noon) me and my family where forced to pay 20$ per person in order to stay in the hotel and be able to use the amenities (until 5pm). Our cab wouldn't arrive until 8:40pm, so we had no choice. After the 5pm deadline we weren't allowed to even get a drink like beggars, the treatment was horrible. I've traveled to many countries, this was the worst by far. They need to improve customer service. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!
