dirty windows. shower took 5 mins to get cold water. covid suspended room service so you pay same prices for mediocre food that you must retrieve. made a cup of inroom coffee and the cup fell apart, spilling hot coffee on me. completely empty, but still charged 22$ for self park. I am a diamond member and I won't be back.

Nice enough room. However, disappointed overall. They charged an extra 22 dollars for parking at the hotel overnight Along with the usual 50 for amenities. .. No maps of the hotel or directions to amenities were available or offered. No breakfast was available but the pool was open. Strange choices during the pandemic... Overall, I must say that when yobook I to a nicer hotel you expect nicer service.

Great hotel conveniently located in downtown Spokane. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance including 2 in the lobby that serve excellent dinners. It is also located in the middle of the convention center and right near Spokane Arena. The rooms are clean and comfortable and include a refrigerator for convenience. The staff is extremely helpful and prompt with service. I had no problems getting a package delivered to the hotel.

Front desk was super helpful. Amenities in the room are a little dated bit the rooms have a great view for the most part. If you are in the area and need a place to stay this is not a bad choice.

Rooms are well used. Unknown stain on the lampshade in between the queen beds. Popcorn ceiling and retrofitted sprinkler system looks sketchy. Exterior is dirty and moldy. Bathrooms look updated but just lipstick on the pig.

Window mounted heater controls, kicks on every 5 minutes and rattles, clicks and whines. I don't expect a restful nights sleep.

Not a horrible place, but no wow factor. I would not stay here again.

I absolutely hated my stay. It started out well when I got complementary cookies but then went downhill from there. You had to pay to park your car overnight. Then the WiFi was broken. While I was trying to sleep I was stuck between noisy neighbors and complained multiple times. When I went to get breakfast I realized that also wasn't free. It wasn't what I wanted for the price I payed.

This hotel is very classy and the customer service was amazing. The rooms are elegantly furnished and there is a coffee bat and restaurant on site. Shuttle service to the airport in a luxury vehicle. We would stay a again in a heart beat!

It's a very nice hotel. But Im not planning on coming back until they have local channels!. I'm a big football fan and couldn't even watch my game and had to go to the Mexican restaurant across the street. Would have rather been in my room.

One star for a good cookie. The cookie was the best double tree arrival treat I've had. I arrived with bikes. Valet recommended taking them up to room rather than use lots. I brought them to the room. This took forever. It was a big hotel with 12 floors with 3 small elevators. The elevators were too small to easily fit 2 bikes. Most were already full before bikes. Not enough elevators to accommodate traffic. We waited for multiple elevators every time. Room smelled like old man swished with scope mouthwash and then blew on you. Small bathroom (outdated as any you'll see ). Low flow toilets stir the pot more than actually flush. Garbages still comically little (Doubletree specialty). The only reason this hotel is not a $49 room is the convention center and Hilton brand name. Never here again. Grand across the street worth the price. We are staying another few nights in Spokane there.

I can only rate the meeting facilities as I don't stay here. Great staff. Meeting set up is done well. Lots of on site parking. Banquet food some of the best I've had. They work well with my team on these events

Other than the fact that they double-booked my room and sent a woman up to my room with keys to get into my room, the stay was pretty good. Thankfully they credited me $30 which gave me a free breakfast the next day. They were just trying to make up for their mistakes.

Pro:

Pro:
Complimentary cookie and 2 water bottles

Con:
No free parking/breakfast
Dated room
Small bathroom with low shower head
A/C doesn't function properly and when it does, its loud.
Bed was too firm.

When I first went to check in I was met with a horrifying scene. A young girl, 16, was heavily intoxicated. Her face was swollen, bloody, & bruised. She said that she had asthma and had been "jumped" by others young girls staying in one of the rooms. I had the front desk attendant get her an inhaler. He then called the police. I stayed with her, attempting to keep her comfortable & conscious. She told me that her vision was going away. At that point I told the attendant to call 911 immediately. I helped the police & emts with any & all information to the best of my knowledge. In the midst of all this chaos my associate checked us in. When I went to my room to my surprise it was not the suite that I had paid for. In fact it was a small terrible little room. Me nor my 3 other associates were able to use the room or get very much sleep. Throughout my stay I experienced more turmoil with guests screaming & fighting outside my room. At one point two male guest threatened to shoot each other over the color of their skin. On several occasions I had to call the front desk & ask for security to handle the situations outside of my room. I did not feel safe staying here. Infact there were several instances where I feared for my life. This is all ontop of the extreme miscommunication & promises made by the front desk that were not followed through with. I was over charged & mistreated. I'm personally disgusted with this experience. As we were packing, flustered & scared my associate left his phone in the room. After we checked out & realized his mistake I called the front desk to ask if his phone had been recovered. The front desk informed me that house keeping had found his phone. However, someone had already taken it. Now he has no phone and his financial & personal information has been compromised. I have yet to be contacted about this awful experience.

Great breakfast in a fun environment. The service staff is fast, fun, & friendly!! However, at certain times of the day, be prepared to wait and there is not a lot of "wait room!" The food is consistently good and the breakfast menu is excellent. Enjoy. . .

This is a bad hotel that really wants to be more. Sure it was all glamour with the water feature and all that, but it was missing some of the smaller details that most people don't consider when booking. The hotel did not offer a continental breakfast, and breakfast at the hotel in the Shutters Cafe was very expensive and not very good. The Spencers Steak House, located inside the hotel has astronomical prices. We're talking 28 bucks for a burger and fries. The elevators were slow and packed to the gills, and the hallways smelled of mildew and febreze. The room was nice in itself, but was much smaller than I expected looking at the photos. They do not offer free WiFi. The clocks in the room were all wrong. The TV did not work, the cable was consistently in and out. The bed was sunken in in the middle. All in all for the the two nights we stayed it was not worth the 400 bucks I paid. The only upside is that every single person who worked there was pleasant and helpful, and did as much as they could. My advice would be to spend a little less or a little more and go somewhere else.

I booked a room here on Priceline having never used them before. My room turned out to be on the 8th floor and had two beds. I paid 83$ which I figured out was half the normal price.
The first thing I noticed when I got to my room after having ridden my Harley from vancouver, WA was how QUIET it was, the silence was thick and let me tell you, I live in the country so for it to be that quiet was so nice. The security even offered to let me park my bike in the 15 min. only parking becuase it was close and had cameras on it. So that was a plus! The room was very nice and I really wish the pools had been open as I dont travel much and love to swim. Nicest place Ive ever stayed because usually I cant afford such rooms. Thank you Priceline and Doubletree for saving me $$ and giving me a room with a view and deafening silence which allowed for a peaceful rest before resuming my journey to Montana

It offers a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. They also gives you the warm iconic cookie within check-in. Hotel is connected to the convention center. The gym is really small and could be expanded and taking more care.
Rooms were spacious and clean.
One of my beds felt like something kept biting me, however when I changed to another bed in the room it didn't happen.
So not sure what was going on with one of the beds in my double bed room.
Friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Nice facility, but they charge additional for breakfast (not included in the price of the room). Parking was also an additional charge, which seems a little ridiculous to me.
Rooms are clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Not sure that I would stay again, just due to the price point and value for the dollar.

Cons: You have to pay for parking or walk from a parking space on the street. Your TV is not easy to see what's playing or what channels are what without going back to channel 1. There is no free breakfast. And the prices are ridiculous for room service or the Restuarant.
Pros: You're downtown next to tons of food and entertainment. There is a park 1 city block away. A big mall is about 4 blocks away. The beds are comfy. The bathrooms are nice and clean. They even have Gluten free cookies on check in for those, like me, with allergies to gluten! (They are also nut free, dairy free, and other things.. and still taste relatively good)

I really appreciate the staff here! They stayed on the phone with me and helped me find the shuttle that was hiding around the corner. They left extra pillows, lotion, and coffee. They were all very helpful and friendly! I was beyond tired when I got there so I appreciate everyone working with me and pointing me in the right direction lol. The breakfast was really good! Nice display and really good espresso!! Their beans are a good roast that isn't burn like most places. I can tell their espresso machines are taken care of properly. Nice to find good coffee!! Anyway definitely a pleasant experience!

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and free cookies!

The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant in the lobby was top notch. And it is in a very convenient location if you are planning on a night out on the town. Close to several bars and restaurants in the downtown Spokane area. And a safe parking garage.

The location is right on the water where I saw these lovely mallard ducks that just waddled right over and I know it's not good for them to be used to human contact but I'll be damned if they weren't just the cutest little things. Also, the hotel accommodations are standard, the staff are polite and the cookie they gave me was a little too well baked.

$22 per nite parking sours the experience. Good price frome priceline, low shower head, a little dingy outside of rooms, is very clean. Surprisingly good in room coffee. Even had half and half. Comfy bed. Grateful for enough outlets. If not 4 parking nearly 4 stars.

I booked a room here to watch the fireworks at Riverfront Park, but I forgot to cancel my room after learning I was going on furlough. And due to the canceled fireworks, the staff was kind enough to put me on a higher floor facing south so I could catch a show on the South Hill. The room was great, and who can beat those DoubleTree cookies?! I definitely recommend this hotel to any visitors or residents like me who simply want a nice, classy weekend downtown. It would have been more fun if our circumstances were different, but the views from the room were absolutely beautiful. We have such a vibrant town! I love Spokane.

Was odd that the extra pillows had no pillow cases. Valet parking/bell desk didn't seem attentive upon arrival. Check-in was 4pm, we arrived after 4:30pm and room was not ready.
The room was clean and very quiet even though we were next to the elevator.

My husband & I are Executive Members with Hilton, & we we're looking for a room on a random Saturday night. We we're happy to call & they had a room available on the 12th floor, (on the scenic side of the hotel) so I was pleased with the whole night. I just wouldn't call the Executive suite, a Suite because it very much was a simple room.

The room was as clean as can be and was a perfect temperature when my fiance and I first walked in. This place can be spendy but it is well worth the stay. If you can, I suggest signing up for the Hilton Honors before you stay. Also, from most rooms, you can't beat that view.

The luggage trolley hit my vehicle and dented it, the fire alarm went off at 6am, everyone in the hotel evacuated - false alarm of course... When I asked were the free coffee was, the guy at the from desk said, you can buy it at Starbucks... Seriously!!!

Anna, who was working the front desk when I checked in, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I had requested a river view premier king room, but when I got there, they didn't have it. Put me up in a double queen instead with a river view, but that's a considerably smaller room, and the price wasn't adjusted. But when I mentioned this concern, they ended up putting me in a premier king but with a city view. That was fine. My son would rather watch the train go through the city then a river anyway.

The staff in general there is very helpful and nice. The breakfast the next morning left a little to be desired in terms of service, but nothing egregious. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, and the views wonderful (of either downtown Spokane or Riverfront Park and the Spokane River). The warm cookies at the front desk are a nice touch and my 3 year-old son took full advantage of that. The shuttle to and from the airport was incredibly convenient, and the parking on site was easy (though it would be nice if it were complementary). My only real beef: the heating/cooling system in each room seems like something from the 70s. You don't have any real controls except heat/cool, hi/low and the temp. For those of us who like to sleep with a little white noise, there is no option for fan only. So you set the thermostat, and then the rest of the night it's either blowing Mohave Desert quiet or you're in a tropical windstorm. Can make for an interesting night of sleep.

Overall, though, a good experience.
