Nice room. Good t.v. Restaurant is tasty. Good location to downtown.
Nice room. Good t.v. Restaurant is tasty. Good location to downtown.
Great hotel. Very accommodating and hospitable staff.
Bed is comfortable, shower pressure was amazing, and the cookie is a great touch!
Great place to stay. Very clean rooms. Staff very pleasant.
I was there for a short overnight. This hotel is in a good location and the staff was friendly.
Hotel was "average". Expected much more from a Hilton branded hotel. The room was clean, but not in great condition. The bathroom fan did not work and many of the bathroom tiles cracked. Front desk staff & the warm cookie were the only note worthy aspects of this hotel. Front desk staff were extremely helpful in pointing out fantastic restaurants to dine at. Parking at the hotel was disappointing - all parking was paid parking. Even more disappointing was the fact that our truck did not fit in the parkade (Self parking) so we had no choice but to pay the extra money for the valet. Valet staff all have very poor to no training, & do not communicate between one another. We had requested to keep our keys with us, rather than turning in to the valet staff & this was not a problem at first. Half way through our stay, we were being told we could no longer keep our keys - after much fighting & a chat with the manager we were able to keep them. Even after stopping at the valet each time we returned to the hotel with our vehicle, & being told by the staff where to park our vehicle, we would come down each morning to an unprofessional note left on our vehicle being told we could not park in the spot we were directed to park in. To end things off with a bang, house keeping was careless enough to leave our room door open one afternoon while we were out. We have no way to tell how long our door had been left open as we were gone from 3 PM - 11PM. We are just lucky none of our stuff went missing out of our room. While we appreciated the fact that there were lots of beautiful sites & restaurants in walking distance to this hotel, we will be making a point to not stay at this hotel again, & more than likely will not stay at any Double Tree hotel again in the future.
Quiet, cool, comfortable. Mini fridge in the room, but microwave only available in the lobby. Great location on the river downtown.
Hurt myself pretty badly this place I slipped on their carpet in the hotel room. I had to go to the hospital to get my shoulder and my neck checked out. Plus I got a rug burn on my hand that started bleeding almost instantly.
You get a quiet stay and a warm chocolate cookie when you check in
It took less than 5 minutes to check in and I was greeted with warm cookies and friendly service. My room was comfy and clean.
I absolutly Adore the Stays, the chocolate chip cookies Will make you slapp grandmama
Comedian B.I.G. aka Da Baby
Only there briefly, pretty helpful and friendly staff though.
Rooms were spacious and clean. Food was alright. The cookies were amazing!
Extremely clean rooms and friendly staff. The banquet staff was excellent and the food was amazing...something for everyone! I would definitely recommend staying here if going to the Convention Center!
Good location but parking prices are brutal - very handy to downtown shops, restaurants and attractions
Loved the breakfast buffet! Good location. Rooms above average. Great walking access around the local area. Recommend!
Large business hotel. I come here for work with my employer. Clean and good condition but could benefit from a renovation.
My favorite part of the Doubletree chain is the warm cookies you receive upon check in and I was sadly not greeted with any on this particular occasion. Front desk service was average, but the concierge desk staff was very welcoming and even had cookies for my two dogs we were traveling with.
This hotel is in a good location, attached to the Spokane Convention Center and walkable to many restaurants and bars. I also really enjoyed how close this hotel is to a walking path that follows the Spokane river. Also, very pleased to have convenient, garage parking for a downtown hotel.
Front desk was not very kind but the room was great
Hotel and grounds were really well presented and maintained
Large and clean room as well as bathroom. The bistro is awesome great food.
This place has definitely seen better days. AC unit could not be turned off in some rooms.
This is our go to place to stay in Spokane. Great place and service.
Extremely professional, beautiful views wonderful people
Great location, in room microwaves but no great air conditioning, I had mine turned down to 63 and it still was too warm. I did inform the front desk and she said they were in the process of replacing them.
The room was great. Clean. The foos in the cafe was pricet for a buffet. Nice choice of venue.
Was a good night stay. Room was clean. Hotel always has a natural gas smell on the floors.
Just a warning, they may attempt to charge you for shipping packages to the hotel, even if you're a paying guest. Bad policy. Also they don't include breakfast for diamonds, only pastries and fruit. They charge an additional fee for hot breakfast. Franchise of this hotel must be very cheap / money-grubbing based on these policies. I definitely won't stay here again and will advise others to avoid.
One of the best hotels ever, great staff always made us feel welcomed each time we left the room, cant wait to visit again
Good rooms and service but lack of fans in bathrooms and slow wifi
The hotel is very clean the restrooms are very clean the staff is excellent in the catering staff hard are the bomb
Room was very spacious and accommodating. Breakfast was kinda pricey for basic items.
I had dinner with my wife at Spencers restaurant, outstanding food and service. I can recommend without reservation.
The views are okay but my room Angeles terrible for two days
Went there for a Evening with Brain Injuries Alliance Support Group, which they had decided on having a Silent auction fundraiser and Dinner and also with comedians and also other easy routes to entertain their guests and it was top shelf service!! I'd definitely recommend again!! Though I thought parking was a little bit expensive for a charitable event.... for brain injured victims....MAYBE!?? HAHA OTHERWISE TOPSHELF!!
Clean and roomy. Have a nice steak restaurant in the building. Attached to convention center.
Stopped in, no one at front desk? Or Valet? Went to The Grand Hotel across the street which was nice and had people waiting to get us into a room and park our vehicle.
I would give a 4 or 5 star rating if the room had better windows and insulation from outside noise. I thought the window was open because the city noise was so loud. Turns out the window doesn't open, at least anymore. I could feel a draft of cold air coming through the sliding part of the window. Time to upgrade the windows!
Pricey - due to location, not service. Unlike most motels/hotels, no coffee in room. Chairs missing from some rooms. No do not disturb signs, etc., etc. Overpriced breakfast at hotel restaurant ($16 - compare to others, such as Red Lions, beginning at $4 or even free at many motels). A somewhat snobby attitude by personnel. We only stayed at this hotel because of the proximity to the convention center and would avoid it for personal stays in Spokane.
I stayed at this hotel for the week of August 19th. The day I checked in everything seemed great until later that night I get a knock on my door from security stating that someone complained about my TV being too loud. Funny thing is I had not used my TV, I was praying!
I at first wasn t going to bring it up because I was still in shocked that this happened. However when I received a text asking me how my stay was going I decided to inform the front desk. Paris informed me to stop by the desk once I returned to the hotel and ask for her or Victor. When I did I was told both had left for the day but that another manager would be in that morning.
Before checking out I went to the front desk and asked for the manger her name was Tia, and she never came out to address my concerns. I waited at the front desk for over 10 minutes. You would think that if a person ask to speak with a manager they would come out and address the concern, she never did.
Once I arrived back home I called the Diamond Help Desk and they opened a complaint case for me. A week and half past no response from the hotel. Here we are well into September and still no response.
If you are religious or pray stay far away from their hotel because other guest or whoever will just complain and the management will do absolutely nothing about it.
Great location, friendly and attentive staff. Lots of good restaurants nearby.
Nice, clean rooms. LOVE the free cookies. Shuttle drivers were great.
He is not what you expect from a Hilton but nice enough for the money
For the price of the room it s really not worth it. Paying for parking at a hotel that your already paying for, no microwave in ur room and the food they have for purchase like ice cream or chips and aspirin etc are all locked up instead of being able to be accessed and then purchased.i could have stayed at the quality inn for a fraction of the price with far more luxury than we were offered here. The only thing this hotel has on our preferred hotel is they have a restaurant in it which is solely convenient nothing more the prices were outrageous.
Nice place good location near the falls and great restaurants
We only stopped in for coffee and to use the restroom, but everything was very clean and professional.
clean and very up scale decor. the event was held in the conference room but even that was beautiful enough to make you pause to soak it in. no detail overlooked. very impressed
Very convenient and nicely priced hotel with a great connection to the Convention Center. Parking is convenient. Staff is good. Several food options within the restaurant are good and lots of great places to walk to easily.
Clean rooms, nice area convenient to the convention center and downtown activities.
My favourite part of the Double tree chain is the warm cookies you receive upon check in and I was sadly not greeted with any on this particular occasion. Front desk service was average, but the concierge desk staff was very welcoming and even had cookies for my two dogs we were travelling with.
Washington is an open carry state and they one of the bellhop girls told me that I couldn't have my firearm and I had to secure it in my vehicle. I felt violated of my second amendment rights.
Didn't get room we reserved had to pay extra room wasn't clean..,
Elevator wasn't working proper.. Got locked out and accused of smoking in room which didn't happen.. We have cabins we rent we do not allow smoking in ours why would we want to be disrespectful to others.. Will not stay here again
Conveniently located near several restaraunt and staffed by incredibly friendly and helpful workers, my stay at Doubletree was great!
Location is excellent. Rooms are nice but a bit dated. Staff is fantastic.
Double Tree standards. Good choice for business travelers.
Nice but needs updating and house cleaning needs some work.
Good night sleep and great customer service. Well recommended!
Spring for the view of the rivier. Awesome sunrises.
The room was really hot and took a while to cool down. The fact that they neglected to give us our DoubleTree cookies might have amplified the cranky...
Really good location to downtown, rooms were clean and we were able to check in early.
The ballroom is gorgeous and the service was wonderful.
