When I first went to check in I was met with a horrifying scene. A young girl, 16, was heavily intoxicated. Her face was swollen, bloody, & bruised. She said that she had asthma and had been "jumped" by others young girls staying in one of the rooms. I had the front desk attendant get her an inhaler. He then called the police. I stayed with her, attempting to keep her comfortable & conscious. She told me that her vision was going away. At that point I told the attendant to call 911 immediately. I helped the police & emts with any & all information to the best of my knowledge. In the midst of all this chaos my associate checked us in. When I went to my room to my surprise it was not the suite that I had paid for. In fact it was a small terrible little room. Me nor my 3 other associates were able to use the room or get very much sleep. Throughout my stay I experienced more turmoil with guests screaming & fighting outside my room. At one point two male guest threatened to shoot each other over the color of their skin. On several occasions I had to call the front desk & ask for security to handle the situations outside of my room. I did not feel safe staying here. Infact there were several instances where I feared for my life. This is all ontop of the extreme miscommunication & promises made by the front desk that were not followed through with. I was over charged & mistreated. I'm personally disgusted with this experience. As we were packing, flustered & scared my associate left his phone in the room. After we checked out & realized his mistake I called the front desk to ask if his phone had been recovered. The front desk informed me that house keeping had found his phone. However, someone had already taken it. Now he has no phone and his financial & personal information has been compromised. I have yet to be contacted about this awful experience.
