Had a great stay kudos for the bell hop for finding my glasses the staff was very curteous

Such a nice, comfortable, beautifully appointed, large room. Bed was a great night's sleep!! Obviously recently remodeled and amazing value (at least in this time of year). Dog-friendly and very nice staff!!

Not so nice for the price. Could be a lot cleaner. Walking distance to Convention center, Moda center a d great restaurants.

The room we stayed in was clean, well kept, and had a great View. The staff at the breakfast buffet was very polite courteous and helpful. Look forward to staying there again.

Great clean room with all the comfort of home! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is central to most of Spokanes charm and withobg walking distance to a lot of attractions. Always a pleasure to stay here.

Excellent location! Staff friendly and accommodating. I would definitely come back. I wish the parking was include in the price but overall a good value. Room and beds clean and comfortable. Was able to use my laptop to stream on the tv in the room.

Serviceable hotel, but not up to par with other hotels in the same price range. A few issues: Self parking has a cost, but there is no guarantee space will be available in the garage shared with the convention center. You must pay a premium and tip for valet parking if you want to come and go at will. Walls and windows are thin and noise carries from outside (especially freight trains at night) and between rooms (conversations and bathroom use are both clearly heard). Water temperature fluctuated continuously while showering. Positives: location is central. Bed, bedding, carpet, and towels were all clean and decent quality. TV is newer and free WiFi is acceptable. Restaurant food quality was good for dinner.

Service and accommodates were adequate. I was surprised too pay $15 for parking in the adjacent conference center lot. Staff was pleasant. The hotel followed up on my stay via text message, which was surprising.
