Not a good experience. Front desk employees were rude and curt. Worst decor EVER! Room was extremely small. I was glad to check out.

Professional atmosphere. Kind and helpful staff. Went to a professional meeting there.

I came here for a friends wedding, Parking was okay, banquet staff was pleasant, bar staff was wonderful and food was good. The hotel was clean and tidy. Double tree did a wonderful job putting the finishing touches on my friends wedding. It was a good time.

this place is amazing ! travel light ! they have everything you need as a traveller, lets just say all of the necessities, clean comfortable bed ... I will be back :)

all the staffs are very friendly and nice, and the hotel is beautiful. Only thing I didn't enjoy was the wifi. it was unstable. If i dont need to use WIFI, I wanna stay here again.
Parking is not free but you can park outside of the hotel 6pm to 8am for free, and it only 50c per either 30mins or 1hr (2hrs maximum).

Beautiful hotel, friendly people, the rooms are gorgeous and the hotel is magnificent. Love the tree lights in the park across the street from the hotel. Superb valet parking and their chocolate chip cookies are the best.

Got a fantastic deal from priceline. The website said this was a 3 star hotel.. I wonder just what they consider a 5 star?? This hotel was stunning. Fanciest hotel I've ever stayed at. Plus they give you delicious warm chocolate chip cookies upon check in!

Used a conference room. Was nice and clean. Hotel presentation is exceptionally tasteful.

Nice, clean room. Hallway a little noisy, slamming of doors. Toilet ran constantly during our stay. I spoke to the front desk twice, but it was never fixed. At times quite loud flushing sounds at night from it running. The restaurant on premises had posted hours, but never seemed to be open at lunch. That was troublesome. They do hand you a great cookie at check in. Cleaning staff were always friendly. The hotel was very clean and located in the business area.

Building and decor is a bit dated, it smelled funky possibly due to renovations, comfortable bed, great location in vicinity of downtown restaurants and bars, staff was friendly and promptly got us checked in. Parking on site is 8 bucks extra. Breakfast was great at the lobby restaurant.

We use this location once a year for 14 years now, the staff is amazing, however the 800 number reservations needs more training. Made my reservation in Jan for an April event. No reservation when we arrived.Speaking with others in our group this happens more than it should.Our shower door did not want to close properly, hot and cold water initials were reversed. Let me stress, the staff is wonderful

Fridge does not work. Sink in bathroom sprays water everywhere. No place to hang towels in bathroom... they remodeled a few years ago & the place looks like a vomit of all types of design styles. But one positive is it is so close to the capital- walking distance

Felt great about my choice from the moment I walked through the front door. The staff is wonderful. The roof top bar is lit lol. I love my room & the restaurant was a treat. I m looking forward to breakfast. I have my space but I still have the option to mingle, which makes me feel comfortable. I would stay here again if I come back to Tallahassee.

Nice hotel that has been recently updated. Make sure you get a higher floor away from the elevator for a quiet night sleep.

The decor is beautiful. It is nothing like I have ever seen in a hotel before. The mirors, drapery, pool, everything was beautiful. The staff were very nice and professional. The hotel was very clean
I did not like that the bathroom was super small, when you open the door, it hit the bathtub. One person only in this restroom. I did not like that there was no vent in the bathroom. So when you yake a shower, the steam has everything soaking wet. The closet is extremely small also, i could just bearly get my bag inside the closet. The bed was ok, better than nost but not as comfy as the Marriott beds. The complementary warm cookies were great! Over all a great experience.

Anything other than a whisper and the room next door will hear it. Nicely remodeled but the walls are paper thin. You can hear every footstep outside in the hallway and the elevator cables all the time. Someone in the next room had their sink faucet on and it sounded like my sink was running the walls are so thin. As long as you are good with everything you do in your room being heard by everyone around you then you'll enjoy your stay.

Rooms were clean. Rates affordable. Located in a busy area near campus and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. No free parking, $15 to selfpark overnight. Valet only slightly more. Only complaints were lack of hot water in the shower, mini fridge was not cold, and on demand tv menu not accurate. They have an in-house restaurant which we did not try.

The main reason we booked this hotel was the pool, it was closed during our stay for maintenance. The staff told us there was nothing they could do and they didn t know when it would be open again. The next day when the pool was open, there was an private event at the pool. It would be nice if the hotel communicated this with us before booking. Comfortable and big room, could be cleaner.

I was there for just one night. The room was ok. Classic, standard doubletree room. The bathroom was very small too. Bed was the usual comfort level. Again, nothing different or out of place. The breakfast was their standard buffet. Now the lobby is what stands out. It has been renovated and I think it looks great. They are going for the gaudy, contemporary look. There was a sign about renovations,.so I can assume the rooms will.be next. The staff was very friendly. Overall, I enjoyed and will stay there again.

Beautiful hotel downtown by the capital. Front desk staff was extremely helpful.

I was quite suprised at the mediocre quality of this hotel. The elevators were slow. The halls smelled like fish. The rooms were as clean as the Days Inn that I stayed in the night before. Although the beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The decor was questionable. We had dinner, which was catered by the hotel. The stuffed chicken was tough and the vegetables were over cooked. Needless to say, I expected more of this hotel.

The employees were very helpful, the facility was very clean.

The rooms were adequate, the restaurant on property is very well maintained, and the building looks great. The housekeeping staff neglected to clean two of our rooms, and the day after we called the front desk to complain about it, they set a 6am alarm in our bedroom to get back at US for THEIR mistake! Housekeeping also came around before 10am New Years Day cleaning the room next to ours and singing loud enough to wake us up. I come to hotels to sleep in them and the housekeeping staff here did a great job of preventing me from that.

Gorgeous hotel with very polite staff. Restaurant food was just okay.

first off be aware they are having problems with their accounting system. stayed there at Christmas time and they double billed from my account today.....this was after they screwed up the charges in December...they have double talked and lied to us all day about what happened, and when they would credit our account back. we reserved a block of rooms for a wedding and they screwed that up. the rooms are old and dated and quite honestly not very clean. I don't know if this is Hilton problem or local poor management but please look somewhere else and avoid a not very pleasant stay.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful! We stayed during homecoming weekend so it was really expensive but at least they had Starbucks in the lobby!!! The pool area was nice also! They also have some of the BEST COOKIES!!! Seriously! The cookies are amazing and warm!!! I'd definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable room, amazing king bed. Trendy decor in the lobby. Free street parking on weekends.

I managed to get a really good deal on Easter Sunday through Priceline about half of the normal going rate. The hotel is interesting I'll tell you that. It's right in the middle of downtown. Being a holiday though there was nothing to do around there. The hotel has some outdated decor (kind of tacky if you ask me), but it's all about location here. The room was very clean and had a window overlooking the Bankruptcy Court which is a beautiful building. I had some noisy neighbors at one point that I could hear through the walls, but they settled down and I ended up having a nice night of sleep in a comfortable bed.

Pros: cleanliness, staff friendly, nice location and view.

Cons: parking is extra unless you park on the street overnight, walls are thin, Starbucks in the lobby was not open in the morning even though the sign said they would be.

Stayed here for a wedding. Room was nice, all the necessities were there. Nice bed, pillows soft and dreamy. We had breakfast and lunch in the restaurant and both times were excellent. Their grits were so good! The wedding rehearsal dinner was catered in one of their large rooms, and the food was great.

The hotel itself it really nice. However I don't like the parking situation. There's a parking garage but there is a steep hill as the entrance. It was very scary feeling my car roll backwards whilst trying to get up the hill of the pking garage. Your other option is to valet which is even more money. Why not offer your guests free parking? We're already spending money by staying the night!

Very nice hotel love the goth look just was sad there was no room service or cookies cause of covid but I understand overall love love this place me and my daughter gives it 10 thumbs up...

First time staying here. Everything was neat & clean. This place was so amazing. Guest services were phenomenal as well. You can call the desk any time of day/ night for concerns & questions. There's a cute Starbucks cafe inside. The bed was comfy. Would have liked to have a microwave. Other than that, no complaints.

Hotel recently updated their public spaces, still waiting on the rooms. They do have the best A/C of any hotel I stay at anywhere. Solid breakfast, restaurant has solid dinner and drink options.

Very nice hotel in downtown Tallahassee. We rented 4 rooms for our wedding party and was surprised that we had to pay $15 a car for parking on top of the rooms. The service was good and the hotel restaurant had a full breakfast Buffet for about $18 per person but we were able to get coupons for free breakfast on the Hilton Honors. The location was nice and the views from the room. The park just outside was nice and had Christmas light in the trees. Again, expect to pay for parking, there is none at the hotel or close by.

Eve on Adams is the new Night Club pearched atop The Double Tree Hotel. The place is rocking on Friday and Saturday night. Huge crowd! Women slightly outnumber the men. Everyone dancing and partying. Awesome DJ!

This hotel was very good. The staff was great. Rooms were very clean. Great location.

Has to be the worst nights stay I have ever had iny a Hotel!! Any room ending in 09 backs onto the elevator shaft and that's all you can hear ALL night. It's sounds like your sleeping in a Subway Station, with a constant roar as the 3 elevators go up and down behind the whole length of the wall, constant clanging of Elevator Cables on the walls too. Hotel was fully booked so no options to change rooms just a "I'm Sorry" from the staff, I'm sure they deal with these complains every night. To top all of this off there was a dirty band-aid on the shower glass. I had requested a call from the GM but have not heard back from them....I really would expect more from a Double Tree Hotel in the Capitol City.....shocking!!!
