Waste of time! Had to email then call to get insurance quote documents send thru email to me. They got my first and last name incorrectly also email address... People working there got no interest insuring your goods...

Very poor. Despite a positive conversation in the morning, by the afternoon I d had a 1 line email saying sorry but we won t be competitive. Just us a comparison site again like I always have in the past.

This is the third year we have used Highworth Insurance. Having a thatched property with some outbuildings means we need a specialist insurer. I have found all the staff we have dealt with to be knowledgeable and helpful. We are very satisfied.

Inconsistent quotes from team. Requested quote online, got a call immediately advising of red carpet treatment. Asked for a price match via email which was ignored for days. Completed another online form, guess what was returned call More

Unbelievably bad service - kept me waiting for months for a decision. Only told me that they decided against insuring an engagement ring after I chased them about it several times over the space of 3 months. Their basis for not insuring it didn't make sense to me either, and when I asked for clarification I was not given any.

Constant phone calls from them several times a day every day. Talk about being desperate! Blocked their number as it was becoming obsessive. Avoid them or find out the hard way.

I called them asking for quote for watch and I also asked how long it would take to be compensated for any damage theft etc and the lady on phone literally refused me because I asked that. What a joke! If you're getting an insurance it's because there is a risk. They obvisously are a dodgy company that takes people money and don't pay them when something happens.

Be warned !!
It only takes a very quick call to establish that this company are nothing short of shambolic with no customer service skill set and no knowledge of high net worth assets or how to insure them.
I personally would be happy to pay exponentially more for the reassurance of having professionals underwrite my assets. I would not trust this company with the insurance of a second hand matchbox holding no intrinsic value

Abrupt and inflexible. Made an online enquiry regarding house insurance and had a phone call saying they could not quote until existing was due to expire! The woman who called was unfriendly, and clearly wanted to get onto the next call. Ill stick with the other companies who are prepared to give a quote in advance. Who would want to wait until your existing policy is up for renewal before getting new prices in?!!

I contacted Highworth Insurance because I had complex requirements. Louise was an absolute angel from start to finish! Nothing was too much trouble and she was so easy to speak to. Taking on board the all of the personal requirements of the insurance I wanted. I was expecting to wait days for her to come back to me but within a couple of hours she had sourced everything I had asked for and at a very competitive price too!! Paid for my policy, was told that my invoice was not enough proof of purchase and that they will cancel my policy if not providing any further information. No one is answering the phone it rings out and my emails ignored.

I was very pleased with the whole process of setting up suitable insurance for a property. Louise was knowledgeable, pleasant, polite and made me feel that my custom mattered.

Thanks Jo! Within 24 hours recieved a call back! I was worried having looked at the bad reviews, but the cover is exactly what I need and covers what I want. Jo was crystal clear in explaining everything to me and I feel safe and secure.

I would void. On inception of my policy for cover on a Rolex watch it was a condition of acceptance that I had a safe fitted, I duly did this and notified them it had been installed. On renewal my renewal notice showed that no safe ws fitted. This is poor admin. and probably meant my policy for the past year was invalid. I was then hounded to renew to the point I had to block their number from my mobile. A sign of desperation from a boiler room type operation. I would look elsewhere

Contacted Highworth for insurance on a new buy Thatch property. Louise was extremely helpful with the involved process of gathering all the needed information to provide quotes. Emails, calls and callbacks were dealt with swiftly. Happy with the service.

Not even worth 1 star. I've been in sales myself for 12 years and I have never met such pushy salespeople ever. I wanted to insure my ring but wanted to chat to my other half about it before I went ahead, I told the guy this at the start of the call but he was so pushy. Even after explaining to him that I am off to London for work so don't know when I'll get back he was like well I'll ring you this evening (why?) Even went on and said well what if something happens to it between now and you taking it out... its was such an annoying call. Only answered it because he wouldn't stop calling. Never taking this call again.

Absolutely useless. Failed to follow up on my initial enquiry. A week later I phoned three times; nobody picked up.

I have used Highworth Insurance now for 2 yrs and i cant rate them enough . Very helpful ,always get back to you and look after your individual needs as well as explaining every thing very clear . This time i dealt with Clarise which was excellent . So thank you Highworth highly recommend . king regards charlotte

AVOID AT ALL COST...Joke of a company.

During the quote process for my 2 high value watches I asked what s covered and not covered and what the claim process is like if it s easy or a long procedure and they said they couldn t insure it because of that question?!!!!

Are you having a laugh...talk about being transparent obviously I would want to know how claims are dealt with otherwise I wouldn t bother with the insurance!

Steve was absolutely fantastic at sorting out our insurance policy on a house with historic subsidence. He called back exactly when he said he would and the quote was half what we were paying elsewhere. Would definitely recommend and use again

After inquiring about getting an item of jewelry insured, they asked me about my financial means and how I was able to afford such an item, no insurer or anyone should ever ask this - absolutely disgusting.

I contacted Highworth because I had some quite complex requirements for a renovation project and a short timescale to get insurance in place. I had contacted a range of companies and got nowhere. Louise at Highworth was excellent - understood what was required and acted swiftly to get quotes and the policy in place. I don't do online reviews really but this was a really positive experience.

Steve at Highworth Insurance was extremely patient and highly professional. He was reassuring, without being pushy and found us an insurance deal that suited us perfectly. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them.

No one likes dealing with insurance brokers but I can only say Louise @ Highworth made it as painless as possible. She took the time to understand my request and really delivered a great service. She found us a great deal and made the whole process quick and easy. These comparison websites are fine for generic quotes but when you need specific help, I can recommend Louise to find you the best deal to suit your requirements. I was impressed enough to leave a review, something I never normally do, but great service deserves to be recognised and recommended.
