Terrible experience - hotel is extremely hot and they will not turn on the air conditioning hotel wide. Window in room will not open. Rooms have their own thermostat but will only run fan, not cool. Hotel staff would not accommodate requests to turn on AC and sounds like someone else has to make that decision offsite, and they re unwilling to involve that person. Ridiculous.
