The rooms are nice and views of the city are aweso...
The rooms are nice and views of the city are awesome. There are several shops, Starbucks and restaurant (limited selection but good local beer). Only negative is that there is no pool.

The cookies were delicious and the rooms were great! Wish I could've stayed longer.
Small pool with cold water. No jacuzzi. Buffet staff was not very friendly. Rooms were clean.
Tremendous place to pull over when you're awaiting downtown directions.
Nice place for a conference, food was good, meeting room but nice, but parking expensive.
Had an interview in the lobby with Menlo College, went well. Nice place.
I read a few reviews of this hotel, and they had made a comment that it was nice but seemed dated. I wasn't exactly sure what they meant until I stayed here. It is a nice big hotel in downtown LA, but when you are in the rooms it feels as if you've gone back in time 20 years. The rooms were clean, so there was no issue there, but this hotel could use a full renovation. I would likely not stay here again if I was in the area. I don't want that to deter you from staying at this hotel, just know that there are probably nicer new ones nearby.
Very good service. The place was well organized and very clean
Wonderful staff very helpful super convenient to all of downtown
Hotel itself is great. Location is great, front desk is very helpful. But parking is very expensive and I dont know why its not free for guests. It was aprox. $40 a day.
Not a bad place to stay. Accommodating and welcoming!! The cookies were an added touch!
Constant screaming in front of hotel from protesters. This happens once a week at this hotel. Management needs to meet with these protesters and settle things. I live across the street and it always disturbs my work. I would hate staying at this hotel with all the noise. So damn inconsiderate from the protesters as well as management for allowing this to continue!
Mostly quite satisfied with staff and facility. The only real complaint I had was with Internet access. It was consistently around .5 mbs ... soooo slooow ... I am writing this from free wifi at LAX .
Comfy beds...later check out time then most of the other hotels!
It's connected to Little Tokyo which is really nice and has a lot of great food options. The gardens are quite pretty. The only downside is minor. The sink water comes out really fast for the hot water and seems wasteful cuz of how much comes out too. The cold water barely comes out and the hot water is suuuper hot.
The room was clean. I had a good view. Customer service was on point. I really liked to location.
Very nice and accommodating hotel. We will visit again for business trips.
The hotel is nice, my stay was comfortable. Room was clean, not smelly, staff was helpful. A bit pricy I guess because it is in downtown. Wish breakfast was included in the price you pay, but it was not.
Average hotel... Location is good, but the rooms are somewhat dated. I highly recommend getting a room on the upper floors, as the noise from the traffic can keep you awake if you're on a lower floor.
Hotel in which we have been very well housed and we appreciate the possibility of understanding ourselves in Spanish. American buffet very good. The staff very friendly.
Great Place for Conferences. Minutes from City Hall, Garment District and Metro Station. You can get anywhere in LA County from this Hilton. One Of LA's Best Keep Secrets! I went to a Pico California Regional Training: Together We Vote! I met a lot of Passionate Organizers. You know the Hilton is a pood place for RR too. Try it you will like it. Double Tree in Little Tokyo is a small International is Cozy Hotel. #YesOnProp10 #NoOn5 #Advocacy #AffordableHousing #TopService #MeetAnyBudget #Hospitality
Very beautiful hotel and rooms. Oriental themed rooms and garden
Small rooms with no microwave or fridge. They make you pay for breakfast. Not worth the cost.
Came here for the Japanese Sushi and Sake Festival and had a great time. The venue was spacious, although parking structure can get full fast depending on how crowded the event is.
The location is nice. Can get to any place by public transportation or uber. The inside was not as fancy as i hoped as far decor.
Convenient location, but that's it. Our room had poop in the toilet and used toilet paper in the trash. Also a dead roach in the bathroom. Called front desk for a different room, but hotel was all booked. They were supposed to come and clean bit never did. Wound up going to cvs for bleach and did the job myself. Definitely not Hilton standards. Hint: manager, when someone comes to complain, instead of arguing that you don't think the staff would miss something, say I am sorry and try to fix the problem.
My experience happened a couple of years ago, but still angers me to this day. While I was there, another guest decided to vandalize my room and then make charges to my account by claiming their car was under my room to the valet, management was incredibly unhelpful, but luckily afterwards I was able to get the charges reversed.
This hotel was amazing and was so because of the PHENOMENAL help we received from manager at the front desk
Nice lobby attend an event here. The event space was well taken care of.
Meeting with Ayda made my decision making easy. Specially when it's the happiest day of my life. Not to mention the location of the hotel. Would recommend this hotel for anyone.
I was there for a work event, parked in the garage, and just spent time in the downtown area. The parking garage was just fine, but it was cash only, so please be prepared for that minor inconvenience.
Room was clean and staff were great. I am picky about water pressure so I can get the shampoo out of my hair and the shower was great!
Was there to see the garden and was thoroughly impress with the decor and employee assistants.
No fan in bathroom
Very nice in general.
Very Sodasopa
nice sized with full food and services . Also has local free shuttle downtown is nice to have. Close to downtown in Little Tokyo. parking is pricey like most LA. Smaller fitness area. did not see a pool
Very good location. Downtown LA. But, there is no merit for travelers renting a car. Room charge is a little bit expensive. If you want to park your car in the hotel, you have to purchase a pass at the reception.
comfortable and always with free cookies. if you're visiting a loved one at usc keck hospital and need a place to stay overnight, they offer a discount rate
Great experience, helpful and polite staff, tasty cookies, nice lounge. Rooms are nice. Good location (close to some hot spots depending on what you are going for). I would stay here again. Japanese Gardens at hotel as well. Rooms are nice, although bathroom is a bit older looking.
My experience in this hotel was very excellent the very friendly attention and the comfortable clean comfortable place I recommend it
Great hotel. Comfortable. Clean. Great location. Does not have a pool or hot tub though
Mica was gorgeous. She was the one who helped us during our stay here. We chatted with her all weekend and she played with the kids. She's an asset to the hotel especially for people with families. I saw other attendants playing with the kids too which is so welcoming. We also enjoyed our day here because the room was so beautiful and convenient!
Good location in Little Tokyo. Comfortable rooms. No view. Sometimes noisy. Low flying helicopters.
Very nice place, Little Tokyo is vibrant and full of surprises. Only downside is proximity to Skid Row and it's residents.
Warm staff, comfy beds, great location what more could you ask for
Rooms are extremly clean and spacious, definitely good for an overnight stay after a night out on the town.
Great hotel! I was surprised when I was able to get a room at a very affordable rate. The staff is very friendly, and the room is so big and comfy. This is very different from all the hotels I've used before. They have excellent customer service and work ethics. A very remarkable and solid experience. Thank you!
The service was impeccable and accommodations were quick and helpful. I enjoyed every moment of my stay.
Perfect! This hotel was awesome! All the things that I was looking for a hotel were all intact to this place already. Try their services and you won t regret it for sure. They strive to provide us the best service that exceeds our expectations. I will definitely be saving their contact number for future reservations. Kudos!
Good clean hotel right next to Little Tokyo. The staff were great, facilities modern and bed super comfy!
The location is great, but there isn't a drop-off area unless you want to valet your car.
Nice clean room, let us check in way early. Bathrooms a little small but overall everything was good. Loved the cookies at the front desk, bellhop/front desk very helpful.
I stayed at the DoubleTree in downtown LA for a week Leila in town on business. The room was very clean with a decent view.
The Justice Tavern had great service but a mediocre selection of food that was also fairly pricey.
The bartenders in the lobby bar were great and the drinks were priced better there than in the tavern.
The location relative to most of downtown is a little far but still walkable. It's about a 10 minute walk to Grand Central Market.
I wish I would have check out the Kyoto Gardens though!
Very nice hotel. Stayed in a suite for an event. Stay was very comfortable.
Beds smell TERRIBLY like mildew. Genuinely couldn t get any sleep because of this.
:( room was pretty outdated and kind of just nasty overall.
Nice clean room with friendly staff. Only issue is that you have to pay for parking but seems the norm in LA
