A great hotel close to LAX, with probably the nicest staff I've had the opportunity to meet! The evening supervisor, whose name I cannot remember (sorry) was incredibly welcoming. My niece and had traveled on her birthday, and she was talking about how great a birthday she'd had. After check in, there was a knock on our door from room service - the staff delivered two yummy birthday desserts (complete with candles) and a birthday card for my niece - she was bowled over! The next morning at checkout, the shuttle to the airport wasn't available, but the front desk staff ordered an Uber for me and picked up the tab! A great hotel and a great experience for this traveler :)

The downstairs facilities are fantastic and always clean. Room service and cleaning always did a phenomenal job but it is dated a little. My sink backed up and I entered to no toilet paper but they fixed that quickly. By far the best service was Juan at the bar/ restaurant downstairs. Made my stay 10x better and I d stay here a thousand more times if I was sure he d be here. Definitely worth it, love Hilton!

1 mile from Interstate 105 Freeway, this upscale hotel is a 5 minutes drive from LAX Airport and a 10 minute walk from an LA Metro light rail .

Service is always great, but yesterday the breakfast catering wasn't ready in time. This held up our meeting.

What a great place to stay. I enjoyed their hospitality and attention to detail. I slept in a warm comfortable bed, and woke up to a wonderful breakfast. Full of all the right things you'd enjoy in a morning meal. Eggs, bacon and saugage with tasty toppings to accompy them, and other assorted goodies. So if your in need a great hotel, consider them and you too will agree.

My room smelled sour when I first walked in. It was dated. Housekeeping knocked on my door once and later attempted to enter my room even with a do not disturb sign hanging on my doorknob. There are decent food options close by well as a grocery store. In the middle of an industrial area.

Very poorly maintained. The floor of the elevator was so filthy you wanted to hold your breath. Carpets were dingy. Paint worn, dirty or chipped everywhere. Tiles missing or chipped in the pool/ hot tub. In spite of all that the staff was professional and cheerful.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, family welcomed... Had someone on our floor smoking that wacky tobaccy woke up with a headache... Overall Happy

Loved the room and the service was amazing. Only downside was the parking lot was always full and had to park in the parking structure across the street on the top floor every night because the other floors were for the other company who had shared parking. I have a injured knee and had to take the stairs down one floor to get to the elevator.

Friendly staff and great cookies! The complimentary breakfast was great and the folks working there provided great service. The room was fine but did seem slightly dated. Parking was adequate but we did have to struggle on one night to find an open parking spot in the garage across the street from the hotel because the surface lot was full. There were multiple spots in the garage for hotel guests but they were full and we had to go back to the front desk to clarify where to park and not get towed. No issues with the garage just took some effort to figure out and get to a parking spot.

Bar and restaurants close at 10 so if you get in late you're not going to get anything to drink or eat

My room was located on the 2nd floor. The rooms were well maintained, clean and very comfortable. The beds are amazing! So very comfortable. The staff was helpful and responsive. I recommend staying here!

Nice and clean but refused to give us an additional roll out bed when requested.

Only one elevator work. House keeping did not clean room one day of trip. Hot water did not work on last night of trip. Last day house keeping did not replace towels

Went there to meet my brother and his wife who were in from out of town. Nice lobby. Easy parking. Clean lobby restroom.

Not a good hotel at all. Service is bad. I sent them the laundry, but not return to me until I call them. Horrible breakfast. The hotel is not well maintained.

Water pressure was very low. It took about the whole shower time for the water to beat up so basically it was a cold shower. Room was good typical hotel room.

I would recommend not stay at this location until after pandemic had been lifted. Hopefully it will go back to the quality I have experienced before the pandemic.

I parked my car here using spothero, and staff was friendly and car was in great condition when I came back from my trip.

I am very disappointed in this hotel and I would be ashamed to call this property part of the Hilton family. This was the first time I stayed at this hotel and I will not stay here again in the future, although I travel to this area often. I was not made aware that there were no rooms on the first floor and that floors 2 and 3 were being renovated. There was only one slow working elevator that was in contention with the workmen during the day, which slowed down further the exit from the 5th floor. The other clientele that were staying here gave us an impression that they were possibly staying there long-term under a government program and made us feel very uncomfortable. On the second night there, my wife and I were awakened at 2:00 am by a loud small group in the room next to ours. I called the front desk and they sent security to check it out. The loudness did stop after about 15 minutes, but we then had trouble falling back to sleep. The control to convert from bathtub water to shower spray was not secured and should be evident when being cleaned, but was not. The controlled entry/exit parking lot for the hotel was small and there was a charge of $20/night. I will say that the hotel should probably be closed during the renovation because it is giving everyone who stays there a miserable experience. This was the worst hotel stay we have ever experienced and we will avoid Hilton in the future. This was a business trip and was booked through my company's travel department; therefore I am compelled to inform them of what I experienced and to advise them to take this hotel off of the options list. This was a very disappointing stay.

I typically don t write reviews, but I think it s important for people to read this before you consider staying at this location. This is my first and last time staying at this hotel. To begin, they have NO WORKING ELEVATORS. My husband and I had to climb 7 flights of stairs to our room and carry 4 heavy luggage s. Secondly, we woke up to 2 BED BUG BITES and a BED BUG crawling on our bed. My husband and I immediately checked out afterwards and slept the remainder of the night in our car. If I would ve known my stay here would ve been like this, I would ve never chosen to stay here. Do yourselves a favor and book at a different property! They will have you pay full price plus parking and a deposit, even though they aren t giving you the full experience. To say I m disappointed and disgusted is an understatement...

They were very accommodating, given the lateness of the hour. The only issue would be the door leading into the bathroom would not close properly.

The renovations at the bar are beautiful, modern and comfortable.

Hotel needed some maintenance. Shuttle was very slow with pickup from airport. Staff was very friendly though!

Pretty good service. The first room I was placed in had an air conditioner that didn't work. I called down and they were pretty good about getting someone up to look at it. They ended up getting me a new room a couple doors down. The guy from the front desk actually brought the new key card up to me. It's pretty clean and they keep my room cleaned with fresh towels/soap and stuff. It seems to be recently updated but the one spot that I see that might be a sign of aging is the bath tub. It has a spot where the plastic coating is coming off. Now that I think about it more, it's not unlikely that it is damage from someone dropping something.

Free upgrade of room on Father's day, a free cookie for everyone. How can you complain.

3 elevators and NONE working. How can you run a 7 floor hotel without working elevators. It cost money to make money. Don't stay here

Nice, small hotel, very friendly staff, soft, comfortable bed and pillows, coffee machine in the room, little store downstairs, bar and heated pool in the hotel.

My friends and I stood here for her birthday they were very kind and polite we were coming from out of town and booked through expedia. Sadly there were some misunderstandings on the site we booked it on but they were able to accommodate for the things Expedia had said we paid for. I recommend to fix the options for the website so this problem doesn't continue to occur with your guests. Great front desk girls so sweet sent us treats and a bottle of champagne for my friends birthday. Thanks so much! Great stay and a good price, nice workers very helpful, and close to the airport and beaches!

Went for drinks at the bar. Bartender was good and drink tasted great.

It was a horrible experience, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. 1st the beds were uncomfortable and small.
The service was horrible,we tried to eat in the restaurant and they took 1:00 to bring us the food, and after waiting 1 hour , all the food was frozen and cold.
I wouldn't pay for this horrible hotel, I thought it was a Hilton honors not a 1 star hotel....

Disjointed staff never seems to know what is going on. I was told there was a shuttle when there is not. When I extended my stay the staff failed to update my key card. No microwaves in the room. Walls are thin and I could people in the halls and adjoining rooms all night. Also, the elevators are horribly slow and seem on the verge of breaking. I usually love Hilton and the Double Tree brand. Worst stay ever.

Good hotel with a close location to LAX. Nice welcome and friendly staff. The rooms were big and clean. There was a good breakfast buffet. At the hotel are enough parking possibilities. Can I recommend.

Decent location. But old rooms. Room service is nice though.

The rooms are a bit dated but clean. Staff is professional and nice. My massive issue is the hotel van. Don't be fooled by the hotel info, in the evening the hotel shuttle is on demand, meaning you have to call for a pickup and I was told it'd be at least 45 minutes for a ride. I wound up taking a shared ride instead which took 12 minutes and cost me $13. If you stay here, plan your own transport to the hotel.
Also, upon arrival, my room smelled of urine and the a/c was broken. The front desk quickly got me a new room but the original room should never have been released.

Very rude staff, expensive hotel, and this is what they called king bed as you can see on the picture the bottom is bigger than the mattress itself for about 4 we reserved a king size bed, talk to the receptionist and she said I need to go and check so she went and came back she is like yeah it is a king size bed we don t have any other size bigger than that, not a good place to stay old and outdated.

Guys don't book this Hotel it sucks. They don't have a lot of parking space and they won't do anything if your car get damage. They didn't pay anyting or do anything to our car and it was their fault . Also they need some maintenance. The shower desnt have a lot of pressure. Also the room service is not good. I MADE A MISTAKE BOOKING THIS HOTEL. I RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO BOOK THIS HOTEL. I WOULD RATHER BOOK BEST WESTERN.

Hotel was okay the parking was annoying. Was only able to park on the 1st floor and 6th floor. Everywhere else was reserved for another company. The charge me 15 dollars to park a night.

Location is easy to access. Room is clean and the cookies are great as usual

I must be honest and say that there was some issues but the manager handle them very well issue 1 is the elevator doors safeties are not working correctly that's I was smashed between two doors and injured my hand however the manager apologized and did what he could to make it right and though my hand was cutting blood I did not need to go get first aid. Issue 2 was and housekeeping did not clean out the refrigerator in the room haven't gotten the manager handled it correctly he immediately sent someone up to do that so overall I think it's a good hotel the staff was very courteous when I needed to go return the rental car and get a ride back they were very helpful and providing transportation back. So even with there being some issues I felt like the hotel was almost at five star and the manager certainly was a five-star

Checked in 11 pm after long day. Had couple issues with my card because I was trying to use my business card. The coffee maker was dirty. Towels were not folded neatly. I usually don t complain about the smallest things but makes me think if house keeping is taking Covid Serious. The elevator area on 5th floor was filthy. $20 parking fee that I wasn t aware of. Many other Hiltons in that area that are much nicer, cleaner and no parking fee. Never again.

Great hotel in a decent area near LAX. The rooms were nice and fairly updated. Our room did show some wear and tear though. We got the city view king room, but it was teally just a view ofthe uilding across the street so i knocked off a star. Parking was free, which is a big plus.

Past its best days, an OK hotel close to the airport. There is some noise and a smell in rooms near or above kitchen.

Friendly staff, great beds, great location. Did I say something about the wonderful staff? That's a big part of my decision making process. I got in late from a wonderful dinner one evening and had no place to park in front of the hotel, I was destined to park in the parking lot (not too far away). There was a security guard and a hotel employee and I asked if that was my only alternative. They told me to 'please' take one of the reserved spots in the front. Now that was service!

Standard hotel. I don't care for the pocket bathroom door but the windows in the room are very spacious.

The breakfast we got for the meeting hold there was good. Wish I could have more.

Very efficient and courteous service. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, etc. The free airport shuttle was available outside the door as soon as needed.

My hubby and I really enjoyed this property. It was very peaceful, clean and the service was great. From the valet to the Check in service. We plan to return to this property soon.

Clean place. No real complaints besides a mild inconvenience. The elevators were down, so there was only one available service elevator. Definitely would stay again.
