Nice property, terrible service/staff.
I am a frequent business traveler, I have stayed at this hotel often in the past, with no real complaint other than the often slow and indifferent bar and restaurant staff.
Booked and confirmed rooms, upon arrival learned that our requested and reserved room types had been given away and changed without our knowledge or permission. When confronted, Management claimed, '"well, if you were here earlier, we could have fixed it"
Both front desk staff and the unkempt person who claimed to be the hotel manager showed little to no interest in "Making it Right" as their ample promotional signage offered.
I realize that these days front line workers are terribly underpaid, and when confronted with all but the easiest of tasks, are poorly motivated to offer the extra effort to "Make things Right"
This poor experience I lay not at the feet of the on site staff, but at the feet of the mid to upper level management who allow this type of situation to occur.
Suitable and more pleasant accommodations were secured elsewhere, and it is unlikely I will return.
