The Wolf Den condo was amazing. Great access to trails, Frisco and busses to all the ski areas.

We visit Colorado every summer and particularly love Summit County. We always book our vacation rental property through 5 Diamond Lodging. Julie and her team are professional and their customer service is excellent. The properties are beautiful and immaculate. I cannot recommend 5 Diamond Lodging more highly.

5 Diamond has managed our Breckenridge townhouse for 3 years now and has done a fantastic job. It's a smaller shop than other property management firms, so it seems to me that we get better, more personal support because of that. They've been quick to handle problems that have arisen and have been very professional. I highly recommend them!

Had a wonderful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo on RAVEN Golf course with private Hot Tub last Summer. Great view, condo was in wonderful condition and close to everything. LOVED it.

We selected 5 Diamond Lodging to manage our Condo, last May. It was definitely the right choice, they have exceeded our expectations with everything that they have done. But more importantly, was the feedback that we received from our guests. They have felt that our management company was prompt, attentive and responsive, with any issues that they encountered. STAY AWAY! They doubled my price from 5.5k to 11k AFTER I Booked it. Inquired 3 times about a property with this companies management. They finally replied and said the house is available and sent me the link to book. I booked, added my cc for the approved amount. Next day I'm told they made a mistake and doubled my rental rate...I offered to pay 8k, they declined and said the following,

John,
I'm sorry but we cannot do $8,000. I apologize for the confusion.

We used 5diamonds to assist us with renting our mountain home. They exceeded our expectations by far! After a few failures at using other management companies, 5diamonds is a breath of fresh air. They are extremely responsive to any issues. They re quick to respond to any calls or emails. Their website is beautiful and easy to navigate. They were able to rent our place more often than not. Their cleaners do an exceptional job of preparing the house for renters. I could go on and on!

Awesome company! Easy to work with and great customer service! I have had plenty of issues with other rental companies in the past, but Julie and her team are top notch! We liked them so much, we use them for our own rental property.

These guys are very attentive and good people to work with. We had an issue that was not their fault at all but they stepped up and made everything right anyway. Judging by all the other reviews it seems a lot of people really like staying at their properties.

We used 5 Diamond Lodging to book our house at 56 Saw Whiskers, Keystone CO. We traveled with 4 families totaling 17 people. The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of space, beds for everyone, well stocked kitchen and hot tub space for all the kids. The drive to the slopes was so convenient. The folks at 5 Diamond made the booking, reservation and check in process so easy and were always quick with a reply or suggestion whenever I called or emailed. I will be using them again in the future.

As a property owner, 5 Diamond is a fantastic property manager. They have fair rates, are flexible, take care of renters, and take care of the property. When the occasional hiccup occurs, they are responsive and make sure it does not recur. I recommend them to any property owner in Summit County, CO, that wants to rent their property.

I had the pleasure of using 5Diamond this past winter for our seasonal ski house with friends! Julie and Hannah are spectacular to work with and always are quick to respond!

As an example: we arrived to our house on a Friday for a long weekend and the heat seemed to not be working and I was able to text Julie for an immediate response! They had a repairman look at the furnace within the hour and they also brought over some space heaters in the interim. The heat was fixed super quickly and were able to enjoy the remainder of the weekend.
