I woke up and saw damage all along side my brand new vehicle!! The general manager brushed it off and said he wasn't responsible as they don't have camera in the parking lot. It's 2020 how do you not have cameras to protect customers?? Needless to say I have contacted head office for the Hilton brand and they are looking at refunding me for the two suites we rented that night.
