Staff very friendly and attentive , especially in the restaurant & lounge... management needs to review their systems & processes, not enough staff at times, Breakfast Buffet good but no juice on the buffet although included on the menu. Wait staff had to get from the kitchen not very efficient for the staff or the customers.
WiFi not as good as it could be, spotty at times sometimes worked other times not so good.
Not what I expect from a Hilton Property.
