We only stayed there for one night. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly. Overall we had a great experience.

A decent place to hang out for a business conference. The lobby is quite cozy with a fire and many comfy couches. Rooms are decent and the bed was comfortable.
I haven't stayed here as I was only manning a redcross shelter here, the staff is very nice and responsive, the rooms are nice and clean and they made every effort possible to accommodate requests. Really liked it.
It was easy to get to. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was there for a work event and it was beautifully decorated.
Nice hotel with great staff. Property is getting a bit tired, though.
Went here for a job fair. Event hall seemed well maintained and managed. Plenty of space in the venue.
Great hotel! Beautiful pool and spa, clean rooms, etc. Enjoyed my stay.
Nice property. Good location. Checked in very late, staff accommodated and got us a last minute roll away. Breakfast staff appeared to be struggling with orders and food quality. Omelet station was slow, but good taste. Some buffet selections had been on the lime too long or lacked flavor. Just had to be selective.
Staff has been very friendly. Meeting rooms are comfortable.
Always clean, with good amenities and a great staff
Very clean room and premesis. Good breakfast, though slightly overpriced.
We were here for a work conference. The food was fantastic, and the rooms were comfy.
I only picked someone up. I was not a customer, but the facilities looked very nice.
Rooms are nice, staff helpful, retaraunt and bar excellent. Concierge very helpful.
Terrible experience. Our room stunk of cigarettes and there was ash all over our balcony. Basic things like a complimentary breakfast and wifi cost extra! I would rather spend my money elsewhere.
Good Hotel, friendly Service and a vry nice Area!!!!
Prices are a lil bit to high.
HH DIAMOND
Terrible customer service. The rooms smell like mildew.
great hotel but on most days they do not put out coffee in lobby, can not get a coffee at 5am
It was a fine space but not the best for the fair. Bad lighting and no trash cans
Our first day in Sonoma County nice place to stay overnight!
Rooms were clean and quiet. Service was quick and everyone was courteous.
I used this hotel for the park and ride shuttle service they have to SFO and Oakland airport. I arrived 7 minutes until the shuttle departed and service was so quick that I made it in time with having to repark AND get my bag all together (running back to the car for headphones included). 6 bucks a day. Very happy.
Really nice hotel! The location is great and the staff is really friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious and the restaurant downstairs has great meals and a great selection of wine. The bartender especially had a lot of great recommendations with wine and knowledge.
I have been staying in a lot of hotels lately and I the front staff were ok and the they charge you for everything parking fee and breakfast other hotels were much more accommodating I do have to say other staff was awesome and it was much more expensive than other local hotels and not as nice so I don t think I will stay again also I had to ask for a cookie they never offered as they advertise!!
We loved this place, the prices are fair (not cheap), we got terrific service and we were happy with everything!
Fine for what it is. A clean hotel near wine country. The room must not have been used in a while because it had a bit of a stale air smell. Also the ceiling and walls are a bit thin if you have noisy neighbors.
We'll definitely stay here again. Excellent facility. Excellent location.
All in all, a good experience. It was a bit farther from Sonoma than we realized before we booked, but the hotel itself was clean and the people were nice. I would stay there again.
Very nice hotel, big lobby, nice Bars and Restaurant. Would have given 5 stars but had an issue with water leaking out of light fixture in shower. Management gave as free Breakfast the next morning. Will definitely stay here again.
These scum balls are charging full rates to now homeless victims of the fire, when all the other hotels r honoring FEMA rates. & helping our community in this time of need.
Rooms are spectacular, employees are very helpful & considerate
We've been staying here for almost a weed during Firestorm, and the Staff, and Management have been truly accomadating. Even with having Employees and staff who have also lost their Residents. Best Hotel stay even though I would rather be at home. Thanks so much
John L. Santa Rosa, CA
The service was great! The employees were respectful, helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and their accommodations for my dog were very appreciated.
Check in gentleman rude. Staff not really helpful about places in area. Housekeeping staff very friendly though. Promote the Hispanics....
Beautiful setting for AG in the Classroom conference
The staff are not very nice or helpful. The room and sheets smelled.
After paying a ridiculous amount for the room we walked down for breakfast only to find out it was not included in the $364/night room!
They wanted another $35 to have breakfast!
We left immediately and will not be staying here again
Nice location next to golf course and near restaurants. Friendly staff, heated pools, good room service. Rooms are small and a bit older in style, but very clean and attractively appointed as well as comfortable. Room includes coffeemaker, mini fridge, LG smart TV (worked well with our Chromecast), ironing board and iron, hair dryer, soaps and shampoos etc.
Didnt have room ready at 10pm.still had to check out next day at 11am. 290$ during the fire. I had reservations too
If you want a unique experience to stay in, this is your place. Spanish village-esque, climbing ivy covered walls, relaxing pool.... Just the perfect hotel to vacation in! They have a neat rec area just off of the lobby, complete with a huge connect four game and pool table. We were pleasantly surprised with a balcony patio in our third floor room. Clean and peaceful. My only suggestion would be, bring your own pillow. Theirs are not comfortable. Also, for the hotel, offer a shuttle to guests, like a lot of other Hilton properties do. Ubering is fine but a private hotel shuttle would just take the stay to the next level.
Our king room with a balcony ended up being unavailable so they upgraded us to a junior suite at no extra charge. Sweet! Nice hotel, good food and great service.
This could be an isolated incident but the lady at the registration was pretty rude. I'm confident it's the individual who's not professional or had a bad day.
Guaranteed warm cookies and she gave us cold one.
Room was average. The furniture is fine but the fixture gives you a motel feel. The bedding was clean and comfortable.
The house keeping service was good too, ask for tooth brush and offered to come down to pick up at front desk and they immediately offered to bring it to our room.
Jacuzzi was very nice. Hot and strong jet. Some places don't heat it up that much.
Parking cost $10.
Lobby bathroom tissue was creatively repaired. Wish it's more professionally done. Confirmable hotel but not a 4 stars.
Went for a meeting for work. Professional but somehow thought our event was cancelled and there was some confusion.
Excellent service and very accommodating staff. I had a medical emergency last summer and had death in family. Hilton refunded points even though it was not refundable. The general manger is a gentleman. Thank you!
This is the 3rd time we have stayed here on Christmas and we love the location. The staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and we can bring our dog who we don't want to leave at home.
Clean and sanitized hotel...friendly front desk staff ...you also get free nice and warm cookie when you check in and out...just make sure you check your receipts for parking charges which don't tell you ...I noticed it when I got home and didn't get a receipt amd when they emailed it to me I noticed they charge you $15 for parking
The rooms are very sleek and clean. The lobby is luxurious to say the least. The entire building is surrounded by an impressive garden. I really liked the pool area.
It's a nice place. A bit musty and needs to be updated, especially the carpets. Super nice people.
A very resort-like feeling as soon as you pull up to the hotel. As a Hilton property, everything was spot on.
Great hotel but with older decor. Visited restaurant and pleased with service and meal
Lovely grounds, excellent staff, dated rooms, excellent breakfast. I did not receive a room upgrade for being Hilton diamond.
It's well located with great common areas but the rooms aren't anything special and feel days and the A/C struggles to keep it that cold but we just opened a window.
The breakfast is really great, probably the best I've had at a DoubleTree. Overall we've had a very nice stay.
Very, very nice staff, but it's still a run-down hotel in a nice enough area to warrant another look at a bigger facelift.
Very Nice Room, Very Friendly Staff, But If You Want A Nice Meal Don't Eat In The Hotel Restaurant It Was The Worst Meal Ever. I Should Have Gone To Jack-In-The-Box
Well kept, great service, and beautiful area close to shopping and dining.
Our room was INFESTED with fleas. My 6 year old daughter now has dozens of flea bites all over her body. Everytime I walked across the room, I'd have multiple fleas jump on my feet and legs. There were visible fleas on the bed skirt and on the curtains. Unfortunately we got to our room late and didn't notice until the morning. When I tried to call the front desk the phone had no dial tone and did not work. When I got ahold of the front desk they apologized and gave us the room free of charge, and informed me that ALL of their rooms are pet friendly. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again, let alone any hotel that doesn't separate pet-friendly and non-pet friendly rooms.
Great hotel for a staycation. Pet friendly the rooms are nice and modern the grounds and facilities are well kept
One of the best properties we have stayed at in Sonoma County
This story is about Jen. Jen the all star receptionist. I screwed up royally and forgot to deposit my rental car keys when I dropped off my rental and Uber'd to the hotel. Jen offered to drop them off on her way home from work. I cant speak enough about how awesome that is for an employee to do that off hours. You go Jen, you should get a raise!!!!
Great rooms, great service. Soon Bear Republic brewpub will open right beside the hotel
I m not even giving this doubletree Hilton Sonoma an star
There Manger is very rude
I will never send my money there again
I hate that it s making me give them a star
For what being rude
Very beautiful. Rooms were very nice. Food and drinks were great. Great service
Quite pricy, but that's the only down side. If you have the money it's a great place to stay
No free breakfast the employee monitoring the parking passes doesn't pay attention if you have a pass. Cookie is bomb, the rooms are spacious, pool and spa area are nice
Would be a near 5 stars. Until I noticed $8 daily parking :-(
Attended a charity event at the Aroma room. There was absolutely no parking!!! An older lady had to walk two blocks with heels in hand. They should have had either valet parking or reserved spots for confirmed attendees. We missed the silent auction even though we had VIP tickets. If you plan to attend an event at this hotel, good luck with the parking.
Ambiance was super cool. Room was spacious and enjoyable. Me and the misses were quite pleased.
So convenient..super that they offer shuttle service!!
The atmosphere and decor was amazing. The rooms were very well kept and spacious. My only qualm was the exercise room which had limited and lower quality equipment, but I was very happy to find that they provided headphones, something that I have not seen before at any other hotel.
My wife and I won a free 2 night stay in their "Presidential Suite" which is great. Nothing bad to say about the staff or the service but this is definitely not the place you want to pay to stay at..the room might as well have been an over-sized room from motel 6. I do not recommend staying at this Double Tree.
The worse cookies of the chain. Staff & location was motel like. The rooms were smelly & far from double tree standards.
