Food tasty, breakfast could be a little more varied for such a hotel. Eye rooms, hygiene great ... The front desk staff are a little uncomfortable, at least the girl who greeted us (bigger, dark curly hair), but the others were really nice and friendly.

Over priced for room you get and parking look like a catacombs

Very friendly reception staff, nice new hotel. Could be closer to town but convenient if travelling by taxi. Food actually quite reasonably priced by uk prices. We stayed on a Sunday and little choice for food in local area as everything in shopping centre closed. Thus we eat in the hotel.

My husband and I stayed in the Hilton whilst he was having surgery on his knee, I found the staff very polite the hotel was nice, However what I did find very nice was the spa and the staff member Carolina in the spa was very attentive in looking after me when ever I visited, going the extra mile to make sure that all my needs were met and that I was having a relaxing time, I.e, make sure I had eucalyptus in the steam room, if I wanted and fruit or water. My husband was unable to use the spa (due to the surgery he had) however Carolina made sure he was comfortable and got ice packs for his legs. I don t often leave reviews however, I feel that when you have a memeber of staff that makes your business stand out and goes above and beyond for there job, then it should be recognised, my husband and myself certainly felt that the Hilton should feel proud to have members of staff like Carolina being the face of there company. And we would like to say a special thank you to Carolina for her looking after us.

Very stylish hotel. The deluxe room offers a lot of space. The superior rooms also offer enough space for storage. Floor-to-ceiling windows, subtle air conditioning. Very well trained staff. Excellent fitness and wellness, swimming pool, workout with life fitness and 3 saunas with ice and a view of the city. State-of-the-art technology. Quick and easy in the city, parking spaces with valet service (quick!) In the underground car park. Perfect service early and late.

We chose this place due to the good reviews, but we are starting to think it may be paid people .

Our driver nicolah was very professional and really kind. His English was very good. The car was comfortable and spacious.
When we arrived we were greeted With a fresh warm cookie (not vegan) unfortunately so they gave me an apple to choose from . The apples were not too good to be eaten (had Brown spots ).Nicolina and Josipa were great at the front desk.
We upgraded our rooms but the bathroom was very tiny . The room did not feel as if it was an upgrade. We decided to try the restaurant out-bad decision .
Sarah was our waitress . It felt as if the restaurant was missing waiters to serve as we had to wait about 5 Min to get a menu but Sarah was very kind . It was disappointing to see that they didn't have any vegan options that would compromise of a complete meal rather they made me make meals out of their sides. The only meal that was complete that could be the curry kokoma but was not feeling in the mood for that. We recieved our meals and were dissatisfied. I told Sarah I was vegan and the salad that I ordered came with feta cheese on top , they sent it back just to have them pick off the cheese and there were still remains of cheese on the salad. My parents ordered beef carpaccio ,blank Angus flank(as there was no hanger) and a black Angus beef burger. I ordered rice, vegetables and mushrooms, with fries after. The beef carpaccio was frozen with no seasoning, proceeding to ask Sarah for a lemon wedge which took about 5-7minutes to get it. The burger was asked medium and was gotten rare and still bleeding in which one waiter came to our table stating that was normal that ita supposed to bleed at rare. We sent it back to wait another 15 minutes. The flank was almost blue, went asked for medium rare. The vegetables and rice were full of butter and oil which felt disgusting . It was too overwhelming . There was no seasoning in any of our foods , to the exception of the burger when it came back cooked properly. The fries tasted as if the oil wad rancid. Overall it was a terrible experience and we did let Sarah know but it seems as if the chefs did not care. My parents were compensated with 2 glasses of watered down rum . The next day we tried to have a nice breakfast but were welcomed with food that was very underseasoned. They served the same food for our whole stay and on our last day the chef did not seem interested in making eggs and almost shoved the plate back when giving the eggs , whilst walking away(someone behind my father was waiting for eggs). The pears and apples at breakfast were underripe.
The room had a few faults and the shower button came pushing out and fell to the floor. The gym is not 24/7 which is a shame to put hours on a gym when many people have different hours. We wrote to the Hilton in regards to our issue with the restaurant but were pushed aside saying that management would talk to us (which they didn't) and then proceeded to send an emailing thanking us for advising them , yet that didn't solve our bad experience. On our last night we went to the bar to have coffee and a dessert. Matej was our waiter. He was very kind and quick for service. My mother ordered the apple tartin which was horrendous -do not get this. We even asked matej to try it as we couldn't believe how disgusting this was. The dough was raw and the mouse tasted like shaving cream. Matej refused -
all in all . We would not return here. It definitely did NOT feel like a Hilton, many lower class hotels serve better food and service then they did during our stay. We can say we are extremely disappointed. I would suggest maybe trying the other Hilton, but don't go here.

A very nice surprise is the fruit in the room. Great breakfast. Good localization. The downside is the cold water in the pool.

Great hotel, with extrem friendly staff, everyone was so nice!! Rooms are clean and comfortable! Breakfast is great!! But really the best was the massages we had! Sooooo relaxing, thank you so much!! We will be back!!!

Great hotel. Pool and gym with city views. Affordable spa and good meals. 10 minutes' drive from city center. There is a tram stop next to the hotel. Very nice and kind people.

The hotel is only ok. Pros: nice gym, big firm bed. Things that need improvement: the entire 4th floor and my room had a smell so I kept my windows open the entire time (hey hotel manager: those carpets and window curtains need to be washed every 6 months, isn't that your industry standard to deep clean rooms every 6 months so it didn't stink?), TV right at the foot of the bed, I have never seen anything like that (the big brother is watching you) I had to use the pillow to cover the big red light when the TV is off since it light up the whole bed, I called 3 times in 3 days for my safe to be fixed (needed new batteries), buzzing coming from the fire alarm speaker, next to the bed are light switches with little console lights that light up the entire room at night when all the lights are off, staff of the hotel generally disinterested in guests. I will not stay there again. The hotel is not bad but for that price it's not great either (and yes, you are supposed to be great for what you charge).

We were there over the weekend. The staff were all very friendly. The arrival was informative and they explained everything to us. Unfortunately, the room card did not work, so I had to go back to the front desk. Afterwards the safe did not work in the room, so a technician had to come. In addition, despite our double room is only a bathrobe available. The spa has the best times behind it, but is still well usable and neatly designed. You can exchange money directly in the local currency at the reception, at a fair rate with 2% processing fee. Parking costs 120 kuna per day, about 16 . Although it is relatively expensive in my opinion, one should use the offer. Because around you can only park a maximum of three hours. On Saturdays from 15:00 and the whole Sunday, parking around the hotel is free on public roads. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there are shops and a tram station, so you can drive very quickly and comfortably in the city center.

What to say ... Hilton is holding to his level. An excellent hotel is well located where it can be reached in any destination in Zagreb. The rooms are perhaps a little less than usual but are well furnished. Spa at the top of the hotel is a special treat. The restaurant at the bottom offers steaks for which I have to say that I have not eaten better in my life. Personally superior and always and always ready to be at your side.

A great hotel. Great view from the 8th floor. Had a corner suite. Very friendly staff and easy access.

Great place. Perfect service. The fitness and spa area are especially nice. Overall it s a great experience. Definitely recommend it. Also easy to reach the city center either by walking, taking a ride or a tram.

Very at the hotel level. There is a fitness center, bar, parkimg. Rooms are large, newly furnished with a view of the nearby park. The reception is very nice.

Nice and clean rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast options are good and this place is close to a small shopping area and a few restaurants. The tram stop is just a few meters from this place, so if you plan to travel by tram its very convenient.

Brand new Hilton Hotel in Zagreb
Staff is still learning sow you will meybe wait few more minuts on Reception. Underground garage is out off use. But anyway the Parking is behaind the Hotel wery big and free of charge. Rooms are clean and cousy. WiFi is wery good, Breakfeast is rich and tasty, Fitnes and Loundery is free of charge. Just relax the stay and visit the center.

I spend more than 10 nights per month in hotels. I expected more from Hilton. Was attracted by the Spa and view from there but this is all. Room was good size, clean. Breakfast quite basic , tasteless with products not so great. Breakfast area is small and when full they stop you at the entrance and make you wait until somebody is done eating while the whole bar area is quite empty. Also food is not being stocked so even if you make it inside, there is nothing to eat. For 5 days not a single dish was changed/added.
After long cold day wanted hot shower but got only warm one. Slow WiFi, only 30 TV channels from which 2 in English. Location is 25-30min walking from downtown. Not the best Hilton in town.
The nicest staff were in the SPA area and the housekeeping...stayed for 5 nights...sheets were not changed even once...

The location is not great as it takes 10 mins by car to the old town. But staff are very nice and room is spacious.

Great hotel with spacious and full room. Shower is great. Only thing though is that it is a bit far from the center and tourist attractions.
