Probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff is friendly and helpful. Place clean and tidy. Rooms are specious and well organized. Two thumbs up!

Terrible experience. I came with 2 colleauges after 2 flights and 5 hours in the intermediate airport, having the hotel confirmation and was told by the receptionist that hotel is booked and we have to go to another hotel. Worst thing was that it took at least 15 minutes. People in line waiting for their check-in started to yell at us and neither receptionist nor his supervisor did not do anything. Aaaand he checked in people behind us, a group of 4. Terrible experience .

Wonderful hotel. Very clean, nice, modern great breakfast super friendly staff. Location could be a bit better but nearby infrastructure very good however way to center a bit further.

Nice hotel, very clean. Confortable bed. Very quiet.
Underground parking. Close to tram station. The old center is at 40-50 minutes of walking (about 3 km).
Nice pool, sauna and gym. Jacuzzi is small and not very efficient.
The restaurant is ok, the food is interesting, but too spicy.

This is a really lovely place to stay. Everything you could wish for, and superb value for money. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
The fitness centre is brilliant.
I could go on for ever.....!

The rooms are modern and very clean, the staff very helpful and friendly, the pool is fantastic and the view is the best in Zagreb, everything is new and nicely packed, for every recommendation and doc again, that's for sure.

The best Hilton group hotel I've stayed at, ever. All the facilities are new, modern clean and well maintained. Staff are professional and welcoming. Excellent breakfast buffet. The gym and spa on the 10th floor is a stunning feature, which is very well managed by Caroline.

Thank you for a lovely stay. This is what all hotels should be like. We will definitely visit again.

Hotel was very nice resturant we were eating twice and unfortunately every time disappointed wrong food etc

Massage is excellent, so is also the breakfast, lunch and dinner aswell as the wine selection.

Typical Hilton hotel, nothing special, but also nothing wrong. It was my first time in Croatia so I'm not sure if the limited breakfast options were due to the hotel or its normal for the country (I'm used to France, UK, Germany, Italy)

No objections to some, but not pretty, such as stains on upholstered furniture.

Rooms and breakfast could be better, but spa is perfect, and people working in the hotel are great, especially in the soa and in the bar.

During my stay, they had a problem with TV operator, no alternativ entertaiment was offered, neather any kind of refund. Staff is genereous, maybe to much genereous . SPA and GYM minimum of the minimum just to get a star. Overall nice designed and very clean hotel.

A new and excellent addition to the DoubleTree brand. All the facilities are up to date. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, even the "standard" ones. The restaurant serves a good dinner. The breakfast room was full when I came and had to sit outside. Not a problem with great weather but not so good in other seasons. Very nice gym and swimming pool on the tenth floor with a fantastic panorama view. 10/10 would come again.

Excellent hotel a couple of km from the center of Zagreb. Wellness center with sauna, Turkish bath and swimming pool. Jacuzzi.

Very nice hotel to stay in. Not only friendly reception staff but the entire staff. Extremely comfortable room with all conveniences. The gym and wellness on the top floor is also recommended to visit. The only thing that could be better is the WiFi network, otherwise great!

DoubleTree standard with friendly staff and good location

Convenient location. Clean and spacious. Service and staff at the level, unobtrusively and everything in its place! On the top floor is a cool pool and SPA with a great view of the central part of Zagreb.

In short, neither good nor bad, but I thought better

One of my best hotel experiences ever. I never write reviews but I had to for this hotel. The staff is phenomenal, especially at the check in. They are extremely friendly and courteous. They go out of their way in many ways. From small freebies to making certain your invoice is printed out correctly. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Great location. Hotel restaurant was very good.

Most importantly a huge kudos to the staff at the check in counter. I realized I forgot my passport in my hotel room safe once at the airport trying to check in. Having very limited time I called them from a taxi heading back. By the time I arrived they had already retrieved my passport and it was basically a handoff. Thanks to them (and an amazing taxi driver), I was able to make it back in time for my flight.

I already look forward to my next visit.

Over my expectations good hotel with an amazing fitness-/spa-area. Both the pool and the fitness-room are situated above all other buildings so you get a beautiful view over the city, and are well equipped. Very good bar in the lobby and good breakfast. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the bed was perfect. Staff very helpful and kind.

Clean and spacious room. Toilet slightly small. Only concern was the mild external road work noise that last till 3am.
