It's a great hotel, just a little out from the centre. Uber ride costs about 4 to main square.

Very nice stay. Includes spa and fitness. Professional relations of employees. Breakfast is very friendly and helpful.

Two night stay in the summer. Great pool on the 10th floor along with spa. Rooms are comfortable and several amenities. About a 20 minute to walk to the city center. Convenient to public transportation.

Good atmosphere but to know how they think, they put tea and coffee with tge wstet kettke but u have to buy the water, how come? as if they are saying we are offering coffee and tea but u don't drink if u don't pay, what a shame, location is not in the middle of the historic centre

Small room, damaged floor in the room and the bathroom. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi is extremely slow which is unfortunate for a hotel with more business oriented guests. All in all rather disappointing for a Hilton hotel.

Good business hotel close to the city center of Zagreb

If I could give less than one star, I would. It is hard to believe that a **** hotel is so basic in everything. Starting from service, quality of the food and total experience. The location is 30 min walking distance to the city center. The rooms are average size and absolutely nothing special. The eye-poking light indicators over the night stands are real extra. Don't forget to bring your sleeping mask. We stayed 5 nights- sheets never got changed. The water in the shower is some kind of warm, so you can only dream about hot shower. The breakfasts is waaay below average- tasteless food, very limited options and TERRIBLE coffee. Trust me, I tried ever option- filtered, espresso, cappuccino, late. They were all gross! The mornings were a real torture. The best part is when the restaurant is full, they close it and don't let you in.You stay behind a rope like an Intruder! Fascinating experience! When it comes to the SPA( the reason we choose to stay here) ,It was again only on the OK side. Small and super overcrowded! The pool was so dirty, you could see it and definitely could feel it too. Didn't even try the jacuzzi- too big of a risk! The only good thing about this place is the gym, which has a pretty sweet view at night. And the girls working there. Both of them were super professional and nice. Sorry they couldn't make up for the rest of the mess.

Everything was very good but the location was pretty good as it is only 2 Stadtion from the bus central station but from the old town it takes 15min by tram.

My stay here for a week was excellent. The hotel has great amenities, large rooms, superb fitness and pool facilities. The top of the staff here is super friendly and professional and provided one of the best services I have experienced. I would definitely stay here again.

The wi-fi connection is terrible! You should get at least a normal wi-fi connection for that money.

Nice and comfortable, but never forget the room key! You would risk being shut up in the elevator or on the stairs .....

Been a couple of times and even organized conferences their. Everything worked flawlessly. Nice spacious rooms, very friendly staff, very good bosnian Restaurant Sofra arround the corner - recommended to me by the hotel driver from the airport. One of my favorite hotels from the Hilton chain.

Friendly staff, cozy rooms, good quality of amenities available, delicious breakfast so definitely make time for it and I got a warm cookie when checked in :) great choice when in Zagreb if you re looking to stay central

Nice room neatly staff very kindly contacted the receptionist with a maid and waiter in the restaurant the only slight objection is the lack of slippers in the rooms we are used to and we do not carry their own

Great hotel, very nice room very modern and comfortable. Only down side was the parking that was rather expensive with 24$ CAD a day.
