Professional staff and meeting all requirements, the hotel is connected with city transport, which increases its connectivity with the rest of the city.

Greatly hotel with huge fitness and swimming pool overlooking the whole city. Very nice restaurant with outdoor terrace and great breakfast too. Would highly recommend it.

I am very disappointed with some slicked receptionist who was very cheeky on arrival at the hotel. As for the staff, I would like to commend the professionalism and kindness of everyone but him, because upon arrival he was cheeky on a regional basis.

Staying here already 2 nights and can say overall it s a great hotel. I took a corner suite and it is certainly impressive! Having a great time so far. The only issue I ve had is the hot water pressure is not great (.

The staff is awesome and extremely helpful. Room service food was great (recommend the angus burger, crazy delicious) and so is the cleaning service 10/10. The breakfast (buffet) is weak at best which was a big turn off and not a great way to start the day, I don t recommend. Parking is expensive but you can park cheaper behind the building in the office center if you don t mind walking 100 meters.

Pool and gym are good but not great, was happy though. Location is bad and far from the old town, but there are some other things close by (shopping and restaurants) Overall think of this as a mini or express version of a 200 room Double Tree.

Very large spacious room. Shower had a waterfall head and was very large as well.

Allocated approx 3km from the main tourist attractions ,yet well suited in the business hub of Zagreb,well established hotel extremely modern with restaurant on the bottom floor and fitness/Spa center on the 10th floor (with pool) pricing is very reasonable for what you get and their breakfast in the morning is amazing .

The hotel is pretty good. The poor breakfast and the worst the unfriendly waiters and reception.

Great location, in one of the main street, brand new hotel. Extra large rooms, beautiful decoration with a panoramic window that take the whole wall. There is a good restaurant and bar in the lobby, staff is nice. You can park in the hotel or just around the corner in one of the many public parking.

The staff was amazing from check-in to spa just fantastic. The room was lovely and the staff even made the last night of our honeymoon extra special. The transfer to the airport is well priced and the car has wifi as well! Thank you so much!

Nice bussines hotel with everything you need in a right place. Food is great, breakfast solid but I would like a few more options. Hotel offers complimentary spa services which includes pool, jacuzzi and turkish bath. Service is not exactly the best ever and it is not as good as last years, since I have been there three times. A small renovation also would be recommended. Location is good, but you have to use some sort of transport to get to the city center.

The hotel room is well furnished, but the bath water temperature is unstable, when it is cold, it is overheated, be careful. The food is delicious, other facilities have not been used, no comment.

Incredibly friendly courteous staff, impeccable room, a very comfortable not too soft bed, spa was very good, gym was good, unfortunately the location is not very quaint but the hotel itself is top!

Polished 4-star hotel with clean, modern rooms. Separate showers and baths in all rooms. Floor to ceiling windows in all rooms are amazing, but beware as you can see straight into the office building next door - and they can see you as well. Staff usually very pleasant and polite. Very nice pool and spa area, wasn't crowded at all. Breakfast what you would expect but without a wow factor. Amazing experience other than a few objectively tiny details - e.g. no entertainment tv channels, room service not available all night.

Nice hotel with friendly staff but a let down. The room I stayed was without show cap, hair dryer and room slippers. Even though 2 of us stayed in the room only one set of shampoo, bath foam and tooth brush. The mineral water is not complementary and cost 3.5 euros. When we called the reception the staff is very kind enough to bring us the shower caps, hair dryer and slippers.

Night manager tried to upcharge our room, but then backed down when he found out we we're Diamond Members. Then we had to ask for water, soap, a new kettle, and towels. TV stand was against the end of the bed, floor in bathroom was damaged. Not up to normal Hilton standards.

A wonderful bar with a great selection of drinks, a bad coffee reminder, but Matthew was great! All praise to the staff, and especially to this young and smiling gentleman!

Room 4.5 stars, very big window, clean and comfortable.
Gym and indoor swimming pool: 5+ star, we were there at 10am, it was empty. Nice pool, great sauna area! And relaxing seats at the window.
Breakfast: 3 stars considering this is a Hilton, choices is very limited.... just very boring ..... and the walnuts are already gone bad: bitter, dries out...

Proper gym. Good service. Good food in the hotel and in nearby restaurants. Breakfast abit expensive for what you get maybe but they had what I wanted. one of the best hotels visited in long time..

A very pleasant hotel. Haven't seen the rooms, but as an event venue it was really good. Also, the food was delicious.

Overall a great choice, comfortable well equipped rooms, great restaurant and amazing gym/fitness facilities (great for a hotel). I would absolutely stay here again.

The rooms are very equipped with pretty much everything you could need, along with both a shower and a bath.

The restaurant downstairs has a great ambience, and really tasty well presented dishes.

The fitness facilities are exceptional for a hotel. Spanning 2 floors, the upstairs gym had dumbells up to 30kg, and even a set of 40's. It has all the usual cardio machines, a few weighted machines and a cable set.

The only criticism is that the rooms are a little dark, and the pillows extremely soft (luckily you get 4).

Best accomodation to stay if you need to be in the center for business or just casual

The hotel is not bad and is similar to the one in Amsterdam. The SPA area is very nice and there are many fitness equipment, a large pool and a jacuzzi and sauna. The breakfast is not great and the service left a lot to be desired. By default, there is no orange juice and in itself there is not much choice. It sometimes takes up to 5 minutes to ask if you want a coffee. Bed and room is ok and the floor to ceiling windows provide a nice view.

It's a great hotel. I like it everything. The staff is really well trained, they always had a sincere smile and were very helpful. Check in was very welcoming, a nice cookie was included. Room was modern, comfortable and functional. Gym pool area was super nice, the lady there was really friendly and her smile was contagious. The one th8ng I did not like is that some toiletries were on request... It is just annoying to have to ask for small things like shaving cream.

We really enjoyed the hospitality and services provided by the hotel. The room we had was very nice. Our room had better facilities than many regular Hilton Hotel rooms which cost twice as much. When we needed service it was provided very promptly. It is conveniently located in the new business district.

Quality of Service in a hotel is dropping slowly but surely. If you need decent internet, just dont go there.

I am sorry that they are more important to themselves as a Bolton brand than to guests.

It was a little away from the central tourist area but it was comfortable.

Close from clean, tram riding, and away from the center is a good hotel.
Rashiku popular restaurants in the steak on the first floor, that is correct was delicious.

Very nice hotel. I really liked the stay. internet is a bit lagsam but still ok. Staff was very good and special praise to Dominik who showed me the entire wellness / pool zone. Breakfast was good. You can also set climate control to nice and warm. I will visit the hotel again.

Rude staff... Room smelled of old sweat and there was a buzzing every two minutes like someone turned on an electric razor.. All night. And those were the tolerable things. The lecture the asst mgr tried to give me about how to run a business when he tried to charge me for a ride that never showed up to pick us up at the airport was intolerable. Priceless that he even attempted to charge me.
