My wife and I experienced some of the best customer service ever at a hotel at this Double Tree. From the time we stepped out of the taxi upon arrival to the time we were checking out, the staff here truly wanted to make us satisfied.

The location is good being right next the the Mall of Emirates but there was construction between the hotel and the mall so our walk to the metro was a little longer but it was not bad.

The hotel is located on a side street so the traffic is not bad in front of the hotel.

It was nice being close to the mall which also had a grocery store in it. If there was anything that we needed, the mall had it.
