Terrible service at management level (as well as Yeva at front desk who terminated a call on my wife who called for help with the internet connection and then laughed in our face when we came to speak to her about it).

Food is well below expected standards (the hotel is NOT cheap). The breakfast buffet is repeated every single day (rubbish if you are there for more than two days). The lunch and dinner are not buffets and they also never change.

We checked into a 2 bedroom apartment which had dirt in the bath tub from previous guests. What made it worse is that the dirt was removable, as proven after we had to beg for someone to come and clean the room.

There is no guest relation manager, which makes dealing with any issues you may have extremely challenging and frustrating when you are on holiday.

The front desk manager was reluctant to remedy our many issues (too many to list here) by simply offering us a menu which is reserved for paying restaurant guests as opposed to those staying at the hotel. Once he eventually did we quickly realised that even that menu wasn't at the standard of a 4 star hotel.

Despite our terrible experience at this hotel, there are few people who went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasurable as they could in the difficult environment set by the management.

The concierge and room maintenance staff in general were also very helpful.

My advice is simple. Don't stay at this hotel.
