I want to surprise my husband with upgrading his truck. I spoke to one of the sales manager the name Cody which was very informative and very helpful with me and selecting the needs in a truck for my husband. He worked all day with me to get everything I need for an approval and on top of that give me the best price and convenient payments. Once I selected the truck, Pat the salesperson help with arranging the switch from my husband's old truck to his new one and get everything situated. They were very helpful and knew their knowledge on trucks. They made the transition very easy. I would highly recommend dorsch Ford to anyone. They have such a nice hospitality and friendly environment.when my husband came to see his truck he was very pleased with how they handled everything and how they talk to him. Knowing that he had to go to work for third shift he was in and out. Does buying experience was very nice.

On 4/29/19 I paid a visit to Dorsch to have the handle checked out on my lift gate. This is on the second new Kia I've purchased from them. I had to sign a paper giving them permission to run some diagnostic text. Well dummy me. An hour and $111.78 later they came and told me that I needed a new lift gate handle that cost was another $111! Oh then the labor cost was added in, I believe the total to fix the problem was $326. Well I can't remember ever getting so mad and taken advantage of. But because I had to sign that diagnostic form for them to even look at it they had me. I understand they have to pay all those employees who wait for customers to come into the store. We were treated very well when we bought our 2 new Kias from them. One of the Dorsch brothers even came out, thanked me and shook my hand! ( I had already signed the papers) NO ONE would return my calls concerning this matter. I even considered stopping payment but then I would be as bad as them. So there you have my review. BUYER BEWARE

We have been in the market for a Lincoln MKX for about a month...been on the hunt from Minneapolis to Green Bay. Looked at many lots, spoke with many sales people and managers, called and shopped online. We had a great experience at another dealer while looking at a MKC but it wasn t the right fit for our growing family. Drove onto the Dorsch Ford lot and had nothing but an amazing experience with Lew and the staff. He went above and beyond to assist us with our wants and was able to get us into our dream Lincoln at an affordable price on a military budget. Rachael was very helpful while signing the paperwork, going over the gap insurance, extra coverages and answered all of our questions. They were willing to work with us, not pushy with the sale and went above and beyond our expectations with this purchase. Well worth the drive if you are looking for a vehicle. Great experience from start to finish! The service department diagnosed and fixed a recurring issue with my Ford Fusion that a different dealership didn't seem to be able to figure out, and actually took the time to explain the problem and how they were rectifying it. They also worked with what little time I had that morning and were professional and courteous the whole way. Definitely will be returning for any service needs in the future. Thank you!!

My wife and I had an exceptional experience working with Pat Chady. The minute he greeted us, I knew we were working with someone very knowledgeable. My wife wasn t sure which make/model she wanted so we spent well over 5 hours there, looking at numerous options, weighing out the pros/cons, asking MANY questions, ect! NOT once did I feel like Pat was getting sick of us or trying to get us out the door so he could be with other potential customers. With many past experiences, I have felt salesmen to be very pushy or don t give you the time of the day, if it isn t a quick sale this certainly wasn t the case this time. From finance questions to vehicle specifics, he was very professional and helpful. We will definitely recommend Pat and Dorsch! Thanks!

Excellent Service, called a competing dealership that was closer to me for a recall and oil change, I couldn't even get a Service Adviser to talk to me and never received a return call after leaving a message. Called the Service team at Dorsch got in same day, was in and out in under an hour. I've dealt with them before and they have always done a great job. I should have just called them in the first place. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Dillan was my sales guy and he did and exceptional job. I went once to just look and found the car I really wanted but wasn t able to do anything at that time. A couple weeks later when I was able to test drive, I called him up and he got the car ready for me to drive after my work shift on his day off!!! He had Troy help me out by letting me test drive the car that Dillan put on hold for me. He made sure that he had someone to help me out when he wasn t able to cause of his day off. Dillan got all the paperwork ready to sign without any hassle. The whole process took only one and a half days! I was able to drive off with my new car and loving it!! I definitely recommend Dorsch Ford this is my 3rd car from them and there is no other dealership that I trust more than them. Thank you Dillan for everything and Troy for stepping in for a little bit when Dillan wasn t able to. Cheers to happy new wheels!!!

I took my car in to have my oil changed and the passenger mirror fixed after I cracked it against the garage door. I specifically said the mirror needed fixing when I made the appointment. The tech (Jon) seemed a little lost as to what to do with it when I came in. He gave me an estimate for it and I said I would have to consider it.

After thinking it over, I called in two days later and told the receptionist that I was interested in moving forward. She said she would forward the info to Jon and that he would call me back. I heard nothing for a week.

I called back after another week and finally got a callback from Jon, who said that he would order the part and have it painted and give me a call when it was ready to be installed. Another week goes by.

After hearing nothing, I call back again and he apologizes; yes the part is in, he just forgot to call. We set up an appointment for another week hence.

I get there and he takes my car away, saying it would be about two hours to get done. I settle into the waiting room...and an hour later Jon comes to get me and has a loner waiting for me. The part STILL HADN'T BEEN PAINTED! So I take the loner home and get a call back the next morning that the car is finally done.

Communication and organization really needs to be looked at around there. For basic oil changes and maintenance, I've had good luck with these guys, but despite the fact that I bought the car from there, I may have to greatly reconsider taking it back if it needs any repairs in the future.

I had an emergency visit to Dorsch this week and when I called to get information Manny was super helpful and was able to give me information about hours and rental options. Over the next two days, Rob was in charge of my account and kept me fully updated and made sure there was a plan to get me from place to place. I haven t always had the best experience with having vehicle repairs but today s visit was exceptional!

So I got my car from the 2 years ago. It died, for it towed to figure out the problem. Well we still have no answers. Ryan was very rude to my mom and I when asking questions. That s why it s a 4 because of his attitude.
Scott was THE best I ve been dealing with him for over 2 years now. He helped me get a different car since what I was originally told was wrong (which I don t believe was true) was worth more than my car. Then brad came to help with more of the process of getting the new car. Scott and Brad were amazing. They were able to get me a new car and gave me a crash course on how to use all the bells and whistles for the car.

Went it to have a diagnostic done to see why my turn signals were not working. When I got there 5 mins before my appointment there was no one at the service desk inside garage I stood there for over half a hour after my appt time to be helped oh yea but a lube tech not even a mechanic (but he was extremely nice and very very friendly so no complaints on him) still after checking in my car it took em another half hour to take my car back. Then another hour to get a diagnostic that oh yea it was my turn signal switch paid the money to have that replaced and it wasnt even the turn signal switch it was the turn signal relay in which I asked them about first and the idiot told me absolutely not its your switch. So thank you for ripping me off over 700 bucks ill will now take my business elsewhere.

So again money rip off, terrible service, and terrible time management.

NEVER LEASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!! I have lease many times with other dealerships. Everything was fine with the vehicle until it came time to return it. The car was in incredible shape with the exception of a scuff mark on the side of the car that could have easily been buffed out, not even through the paint. The salesperson said not to worry about it. They would not let me be present for the inspection. After a few weeks I get a bill for almost $1,000 claiming all these charges for wear and tear. I returned the vehicle with 5,000 miles under my contract as well.

Initially we almost walked out with a vehicle that wasn t quite right for us after thinking about over the weekend and Chuck was understanding and we got right back on the horse with him where he found us a very nice vehicle as well as walking us through the set up of it. I purchased a Kia Sorento and was told the tires were brand new, yet somehow all four of them needed to be replaced less than a year and a half later. Dorsch was unwilling to admit any fault and did nothing to help, forcing me to pay $600 for all new tires. If they were truly new when I purchased the vehicle, they should have lasted much longer! Very disappointed with the after sale customer service.

I hate car shopping and dislike salespeople even more, I was really dreading having to go look for a new car today. But our experience with purchasing a 2021 Kia Sorento today was amazing! Our salesperson Chuck went above and beyond and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not once did we ever feel pressured or frustrated with the process. I'm a difficult person to impress, and today I was impressed.

I had done my research and had my heart set on a Kia Sportage. My mom came car shopping with me. As two women car shopping, we expected to not be taken seriously. Our experience with George Pearce at Dorsch Ford Kia in Green Bay, Wisconsin could not have been farther from what we had expected. George made us both feel comfortable and listened to what I wanted and what my budget was. He provided options and was very patient. I test drove only two cars. George was prepared to ride around all day with me, but it only took two. George synced up my cell phone for me and showed me how to use the technology the car was equipped with. George was easy to talk to and really broke down the barriers I had up when I walked into the dealership. I'm from the U.P. of Michigan and this dealership is 3 hours from where I live, but I bought a car anyway. The service was outstanding. My mom and I were both treated with care and respect by every person we encountered. I've worked with several sales people at other dealerships and most of them tried to sell me what they wanted to sell me. George sold me what I wanted. I love my Kia Sportage and I highly recommend George Pearce and the team at Dorsch Ford Kia.

Upon returning to the dealership to discuss lease-end options, my salesman completely ignored what I told him I was interested in, and instead tried to sell me a newer, more expensive car. Once he realized I wasn't going to break my budget, we discussed a price on the used car I came to the dealership to look at in the first place. I presented a number I was willing to pay for the car, and he responded by saying, "There's no way we can do that." He then looked at his phone, said he had another delivery to complete, and got another salesman. The second salesman said he would take my offer in to his manager, and then proceeded to head back into the car lot to assist in another customer. This second salesman brought out payment information that included a price higher than the sticker price of the car itself.

There are a few good salespeople at Dorsch, and if you go there, I hope you get one of them. Most just care about how much money they can put in their pockets, regardless of what you're actually looking for in a car.

I purchased a KIA several years ago with the help of Dallas and Debbie. Since then, I have had excellent service from Jacob. Because of my positive experiences at Dorsch, I took my daughter there to purchase a vehicle. Paul went out of his way to help us--and gave great advice. Once again, Debbie worked her magic and got us a low rate and also helped us learn more about our purchase. These professionals even stayed late--beyond regular hours--to help my daughter and me. We now have two KIAs in the family, and we couldn't be happier with our vehicles. I always recommend Dorsch--they take good care of us and will take good care of you.

6-23-16 I just purchased another KIA from Dorsch with the friendly help of Eric and Cody. Once again, I received professional sales and financing services. Thank you, Dorsch, for taking care of me once again--I'll be back!

On my initial visit to Dorsch Ford Kia I was only on a fact finding mission to look at hybrids. My preference from a previous test drive was the Ford Fusion. I took the opportunity to test both he Fusion and Optima to compare. I decided the Fusion was out of my price interest and had decided to keep my previous car instead. Brad worked with me and showed me the various options for financing and leasing, many of which I was unaware until the visit. Over the next few days I traded emails with Brad on numerous questions, and after an additional test drive of the Optima decided that was the car for me. I felt Brad's professionalism and friendliness was a direct reason why my purchase was within my wants, needs, and provided extras I was not expecting. I have purchased cars direct from auction, and now from multiple dealerships, and this was by far the best experience I have had. The entire team at Dorsch Ford Kia made me feel at home and did not add any pressure to a big purchase decision. Thanks to Brad and the entire team for providing a civil shopping experience to change my opinion of how buying a car should be.

After receiving a letter about a recall on parts for my KIA soul, I was directed to take the vehicle to my nearest KIA dealership to have the maintenance done on it. Usually I do my own work on my vehicle or take it to a friend to get their input and help, but I have to say I was very pleased about the service I had done on it. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful, and the communication was exceptional. I felt i got exactly what I needed done and there was no pressure to get extra work done that I couldn't afford or didn't want. Everyone was personable and understanding.

I came on a Wednesday night to look for a lease vehicle. And picked up my car on the following Monday! My sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and took time with me. Answered all my questions and I left that night feeling confident I choose the right vehicle for me! On the day of pick up I met with my sales person and finance person. Everything was explained to me from the paper work to understanding all the buttons on the dashboard. In an hour I drove off with my new lease vehicle!

I was there about 2 weeks ago and I fell in love with one of their expeditions. I tested it and immediately loved it! So I went in and had great assistance by Andrea Goffard. But when it came time for the financial part, it was the worst experience of my life. Brad Zerilli is horrible when it came to returning my calls. All I wanted was a chance to buy a vehicle and didn't receive any answer. Had he contacted me to let me know what else I needed to do to get the vehicle of my dreams I would have made it work. Even a simple courtesy call to let me know how things were going would have been nice. I didn't even get that. I won't be coming back.
