Dorsch Ford Lincoln Kia Review

Waited 2 1/2 hours for scheduled oil change! Representative was apologetic and didn't charge me for service.

The staff was very nice. But as I drove home from getting my car serviced, I found additional items to fix (the car was out of alignment and no alignment was suggested) and I will need to return for further service. Disappointing.

Everyone at Dorsch was amazing to work with. So friendly even through this pandemic. They made sure I understood everything before leaving with my new car! Overall, wonderful experience and beyond happy I chose Dorsch Ford for this big step in my life!

I drove through the lot yesterday, with no intention to buy, just to browse and shop around. Lew met me outside and gave his card to me and gave me time to look, without being clingy or pushy. I left the lot with an idea of a vehicle that I wanted, but still no intention to buy. I ended up going back later after price shopping a bit more. The vehicle that I wanted was so low in price, it was actually listed below Kelley Blue Book value. Lew did a wonderful job teaching me all of the features of the vehicle, as well as all the safety and warranty offers. The time it took from start to finish was a bet lengthy, but I was beyond satisfied with my service. Lew was friendly and very personable. When it came time to financing, Brad was able to assist me with all of my questions, and was very attentive to detail, as he caught multiple errors on the paperwork, which ended up saving me more money! Everyone was kind and very easy to work with.

I have no issue with the work I had done. I had a 9:10 appointment and my car was suppose to be done at 11:00. I came back to get it at 11:30 and it was not done. Didn't get it until approximately 12:15. Since I live in Menominee, Michigan and had a 3:30 appointment in Menominee, I had to miss a few things I was going to do in Green Bay while I was there. Even though this was the first time this has happened, I was not happy.

Nick at Dorsch was great to work with and Finichial Team.was also very helpful. My Friend that was with me at day of purchase will me purchasing a New KIA in the near future . My Friend stated that he will also go through Nick when he makes his purchase.

We went in to look at the trade of our leased Kia Sorento for an upgrade, or if it would be benificial to buy it out. James in finance was very knowledgeable in his work and explained all our option thoroughly and in ways we understood. We decided to look into an upgrade where we worked with Paul. My Ford Focus had a transmission fault and i showed up without an appointment and they fixed my car no problem. Friendly Staff, good waiting room and 10/10 car repair.

We've been going to Dorsch Ford for many years. We keep going back because no other dealership treats the consumer with the respect they do. Buying a car is completely transparent. Paul Brault is an exceptional sales person that takes the time to really understand what you're looking for the minute you walk in the door. James Vertz knows his numbers and also how to explain them. Working with both of them is always easy (and fun, too). When it's time for service, whether it's a simple oil change or extensive service, you always know you're in good hands. We've been to other dealers, but only end up "just looking" because Dorsch offers the experience that's always "above and beyond".

I spend 2 hours waiting for my truck to have just an oil change! Dorch is where i take my truck for everything, after yesterday i dont think i would ever go back. Asked for a tire rotation and got told lug nuts where swollen..... Got told the same time 6 months ago i did replace them back then. When I got home I tried to take the lug nuts off and i did it!!!
Worse experience ever!!

My family has always been loyal to dorsch but I recently bought a certified pre owned edge and within a week had battery acid leaking all over. By the third month the battery was completely dead....I called to inquire and was treated like a silly girl that couldn't possibly understand vehicle maintenance. The sales man and service kept insisting I left a light on or that while I vacuumed it out, had drained the battery. My father is a mechanic and when I had him call back to discuss the issue their tune changed somewhat but still left me high and dry. Really disappointed that the loyalty and concern on their end stopped once the ink was dry on the paperwork

I am very happy with the service I received from both Michael Pufahl and Brad Zerilli. These two gentlemen are honest and personable. I was able to get into a vehicle that fit my needs both physically and financially. The overall experience with the sales team and the Ford Explorer XLT has exceeded my expectations! Mike is one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He worked out the best deal for me gave me alot of different options and it was actually nice to finally feel like I was actually in control of buying the car I wanted 10/10.

Pat was awesome to work with. We were in the dealership all afternoon and they even stayed late to close our deal. This is the second time we have bought a car from Dorsch and would not go anywhere else after this.

UPDATE: James called to apologize, stating he thought I hung up, and is now working with me to resolve some concerns. I appreciate that he looked into my lease and found my tire is covered under warranty so long as I didn't hit a curb. He gave me his direct cell # so we could talk and I finally feel I'm being heard although it took a not so pleasant review. To clear up from before, James didn't transfer me at all during our call on Saturday, it's typically all the other people, from various other phone calls. Today, James said the service center would call about fixing the tire. They got slammed and James made me aware of it so I didn't feel forgotten about. The service guy called a short while after, delighted I knew all of the specs on the tire. Feeling hopeful.

Most of original review (1 star): Anytime you have questions on your lease or what benefits it all entails without reading through all of the paperwork, they just transfer you off to multiple workers. I have been transferred to about five people in one 25 minute phone call. Ridiculous! No one ever knows anything. A question is never fully answered. Cannot wait to finish this lease and move on. Oh wait, I was going to give a 2 star rating until I was just called back and was hung up on by the "lease specialist", James, before I finished my sentence. I was planning to ask him another question, but I guess not. Simply asked if a tire being ruined by running over a sharp object would be covered and he stated "probably not, only if it were a manufacturer's defect. I would need to get you over to the service department." Why can't the lease specialist see the details of my lease without the service department? I stated okay, that's fine and he asked if I wanted to be transferred to the service department to get tire pricing (when I know for a fact the service department closes at 4pm on Saturdays and the call took place after 4pm.) Really James?

I stated I did not want pricing but... he hung up. I was going to ask if I had to get the same exact tire as the other three (brand, everything), before being hung up on. I had already planned on doing so, but just checking so there wouldn't be any additional penalties upon the lease maturity date.

I cannot believe the sheer disrespect and incapacity to have respectable customer service. I am not trying to run a scam and get more than I deserve out of this lease, but I would appreciate if I have questions about my lease if they could answer them as they arise without feeling like such an inconvenience. Why do you make your customers feel like a nuisance? Why can't you educate your customers? I am a salesperson as well, but I take pride in educating my customers so that they make a purchase that will satisfy them.

I am completely satisfied with my experience at Dorsch Ford. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from here. I absolutely love my new car! Thank you to everyone at Dorsch for making my experience AWESOME!!!

Dylan was very knowledgeable and friendly to work with. I told him that I typically hated car shopping because you end up sitting in the dealership all day. He promised that this time would be different, and he kept his word. The process was quick and fair. I did not feel pressured into anything that I didn t want or need. I got exactly what I wanted and still got home in time for dinner! Thank you. I would highly recommend this dealership and Dylan. Somebody should give that kid a raise.

Interesting how they don t allow public posts on their page. But I will Def post this on all social media. One of their lovely and courtesy drivers blew a stop sign today, almost hitting my car on mid valley drive. I actually had to back up so he could squeeze through and then he flipped me off. I called to report this, was transferred 5 times, and hung up on each time. I used to do a lot of business with this dealership and recommended them to my friends. That won t be happening. Congrats on losing a lifelong customer. Nice work with the customer service.

Dorsch Kia is always crazy busy when I get there in the morning and in spite of that Darrin and his team always find a way to get me in and out of there quickly. This time Jacob Greetan found an issue during an oil change / inspection and had to "special order" parts. Had me back on the road, under warranty in less than a day for a pretty serious problem. These guys are the best!

If you guys like mechanics taking your money over and over again, come here!!! These guys just care about making you spend money without repairing your vehicle correctly. If you call to let them know it isnt repaired, you will just have to wait until they have time just so they can make you spend more money. These guys dont know what they are doing, all they are taught to do is rob you in front of your face.

Excellent customer service! They really went out of their way to make sure that I felt comfortable and vehicle before I left there was no pushy sales gimmick s and they were honest and upfront about everything from the start. Scott really took care of me and they were very accommodating even if I wasn t going to leave with the vehicle. I highly highly recommend I definitely don t make you feel like you re any less for having to go through an auto credit program and I m grateful for that!

They did an excellent job on my Navigator. After it was serviced, they cleaned the inside and outside and even left it parked inside to stay warm and clean.

I took my vehicle here for service and I had an extremely bad experience. I called twice to check up on my vehicle. Once to see if the tow truck made it there and another time to see when it will be done. The first time, I was transferred 9 times and needed to explain my story and what I needed over and over again. The second time was the same exact thing but transferred 4 times and when I did speak to someone they were very short with me; I was in the middle of a question and they hung up on me. Also, I was told my truck would be done the same day, it wasn't done until the next day. When my friend went to pick up my truck, no one knew where my reciept was or where my trucks was! It was such a headache for such an easy service. I hated bringing my vehicle to them.

Everyone involved was most helpful, polite, and explained everything very well.

I pull into service garage whenever my pressure is low. They are so great to me there. They have nitrogen for tires.

I got my truck fixed in about an hour and it was a nice experience at no charge.

After 2 days had to bring the car back for noise. 75 miles and needed a oil change. They have also sent me the wrong info on payments. Places is terrible wish I would have never have went. Update. Things keep getting worse.

Everyone there was extremely helpfull. Our sales guy even drove the 30 minuttes to our house to pick up the title that way we could get it all done in one day.

Have been a GM owner for the previous three vehicles and Jack Terrien was able to set us up in a Ford! There was minimal haggling as the price was up front on a certified pre-owned vehicle and I felt a sense of respect while going over my requirements. Having grown up in a family working at a dealership I had a sense of what I would walk into, but from the moment I walked in everything was easy and simple to understand. Highly recommended to my friends and family to stop into Dorsch of Green Bay for future vehicles.

Bought the car there and a half months ago. was told breaks were new but already have to re place rears because a pad was stuck. They did not help cover any of the cost even though they did the work. Also same car wheel bearings went out. I don't expect them to cover everything it was a used car but there should be something to show good faith to a loyal customer.

The experience I had was just over done. To elaborate, they over did the customer service piece to a point were it came off as fake/non genuine. Like, I have to be this nice when you come in for service.

I came in for warranty work on 2 vehicles. I noticed on the paperwork something marked about a squeeky steering wheel. I was told nothing about it, nor offered a solution to fix.

We went to Dorsch Fors Kia to look at a truck not knowing what to expect and Dylan was fantastic. He answered any questions we had about the vehicle and made us very comfortable with the pandemic we are in. Explained things very thoroughly and was very knowledgeable. Get a call saying that they will match our payments and put us in a new truck! No problems nothing to it we are all good to go! Come on down! So we do... The guy they said would be there that made the promises? Not there. Oh wait it's a marketing guy who calls and feeds lies to get us down there and waste several hours of our day. Nothing was right, owed too much, etc etc. We bought it from them originally and they had all the numbers when they made the promises... Oh such a waste of time, gas, and our money...

Just finished our purchase of a used 2018 Dodge Journey crossroad from Dorsch ford Kia in Green Bay today. Very happy with the entire transaction. Our salesman took the afternoon to let us test drove a few vehicles and did a good job explaining everything from start to finish. This was our 3rd purchase from Dorsch in addition to leasing 2 Kia sportages from them. Highly recommended.
