In principle, a very nice hotel, whose location, facilities and staff really captivates. Nevertheless, for this stay very significant deductions in the rating:
- The construction site, declared before our booking on the phone as a "smaller construction site front of the driveway", turned out to be a huge new building, directly behind the main building of Steigenberger. Two excavators max 20 meters from our bed, hell of a noise at the front desk and still noticeable in the room and the pool. In principle, one can only advise against booking at the moment
- The sometimes relatively crude attempts to cut money, lead to thick Servicepatzern. No water in the room with reference to the room service (8 euros for half a liter, is that still possible?), Late checkout with EUR 75 fee per room (we had two double rooms) for departure at 17 o'clock, although the rooms are free for the next day , Requirement of 10 euros for a towel not returned ... Obviously here is a weak management on the road, his own financial goals are more important than the satisfaction of the guests.

We stayed 1 week in the hotel, it was well worth the price. The breakfast buffet was rich and very good. The two restaurants had a good selection of dishes that were creative and tasty. The massages in the spa we also enjoyed, as well as the saunas and the ice grotto and the pools. The room and bathroom were very nice. We were very satisfied and will be back.

The employees were very attentive, the cleanliness of the hotel impeccable, we were in room 602, incredible views, I would not change anything of my visit, we went to the SPA and the facilities very well taken care of and afterwards we went to do a massage that was very relaxing, the employees from the SPA they were very nice and they were in everything.

Even though it has not taken me very often to this wonderful hotel, I am in love again every time. Although the flight is so short and one actually equates the Majorca vacation with a trip in the next city, the Steigenberger team always creates a miracle! Keep it up. There is really nothing negative. I am looking forward to my next visit!

Very nice and well maintained hotel, rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast, the food at the pool area and also the restaurant were excellent and the service very attentive. At the beautiful pool there are enough beach chairs. The check-in and check-out was very easy and fast, the staff always friendly. Only a star deduction by the distance to the beach

We are always happy to come back for a long weekend in this super nice hotel. All around you always feel very well, quiet location on the golf course, nice spa area, very well-equipped rooms, breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. High praise belongs to the staff at the front office including valet parking and housekeeping

We have visited the Steigenberger Hotel, formerly Dorint in Camp de Mar, very often and apart from a few small things we were always very satisfied. The hotel is in a quiet location directly on the Andratx golf course on the 18th hole. The hotel is modern and luxurious at the same time, with a pleasant Mediterranean flair. The rooms were always very clean and equipped to a high standard. We particularly liked the spacious bathroom with the beautiful natural stone tiles. The staff was always very friendly and accommodating. Special requests were met with a matter of course and the necessary professionalism.
We have already visited the hotel several times and could not find any significant differences between the rooms. The rooms in the north are very quiet with a view of the tee-off point of the 18th runway. The rooms in the southern part of the hotel are located by the pool area, where it can get a bit noisy, especially in the summer months. The rooms and suites on the upper floors hardly notice the volume and also offer a wonderful view of the sea.
We liked the breakfast buffet very much. The restaurant is generally okay, but we always preferred to go to the neighboring Campino for dinner.
Although we liked the quality a bit better in Dorint's time, we can recommend the Steigenberger Golf Hotel in Camp de Mar.

A great hotel with beautiful, large rooms and a good location. In 5 minutes you are on the beach. The pool is also great for doing a few laps in the morning. The bus stop is also not far, so you can easily get to the surrounding towns. Camp de Mar is small and dominated by hotels.
The breakfast was good, but too little local for my taste and not varied over the days.
Overall it was a great stay.

I can only say that the reception we received at the hotel was nothing more that disgraceful. The reservations made a total mess of things and the receptionist wanted to charge us extra for children in attendance. I acknowledged that I signed a document within 3 minutes of receiving it but the hotel wanted me to pay extra money for a bed for a child. What is totally ridiculous is that the hotel offered our family drinks which would probably be in excess of that the extra charge was. We were left standing around the reception for nearly 50 minutes. They made us feel like total idiots.

A solid, nice hotel in a good southwest location of the island. Service, price and performance, primarily in the renovated room categories, are in proportion. Individual employees, for example restaurant and in the spa area, could do even more prudent and more friendly their work (depending on the time of day). Regardless, I know this hotel since more than 15 years, formerly the Dorint hotel chain, you can recommend this Steigenberger resort good and gladly!

Spent a week in Steigenberger Mallorca and returned with contradictory experiences. The hotel complex, the refurbished rooms (however overlooking the farm buildings of the hotel and only with partial views of the golf course), the facilities are overall the standard of hotel classification appropriate. The same applies to the food in terms of breakfast and in the restaurant (... if it was open, which the staff was not always known in advance, then you were, however, very "among themselves ..."). Unsatisfactory - the service, especially the lack of competence and (in) friendliness of the reception staff. Again and again unconcrete and false information, always the questioning customers as a petitioner, always very formal. Exception - the motivated and very friendly and helpful staff of valet parking. The handling and handling of disturbances, e.g. by a nocturnal false alarm, simply unprofessional and unworthy of such a house. The exaggerated and patchy, unnatural friendliness of the management assistant is more appropriate for a hotel with guest animation. The overall atmosphere in the house rather stiff, arrogant and not easy. So an ambiguous stay with a clear optimization potential in management and in personnel and organizational development. We will not be back.

I do not often give 5 stars, but there should be more here. The well-being began at the hotel. So nice and quiet we were rarely greeted. We could choose the welcome drink (cocktails, wine, etc.)
The room was a dream. The bed was too hard for my wife, schwupp, she got a soft mattress pad.

3 times we ate at the onsite restaurants, as we realized that the prices outside were not much lower, but the service in the hotel classes was better. Too bad that the card was the same every day, but that is complaining at a very high level and there was enough choice for both of us in the Mallorcan and once in the Mediterranean restaurant 2x.
The staff was so friendly. And not only to us. We have had the opportunity to follow conversations with other guests a few times and I certainly would not have reacted so calmly and friendly with some.
All in all, a wonderful stay in Steigenberger.
A small supplement yet. We only came to this hotel due to an upgrade and after this experience we thought about whether we would not book in such hotels in the future.

Excellent hotel. Was our 5th stay in about 10 years here. The quality remains high in all areas. We had with our two children 2 very nice double room with connecting door to the pool. The food at the pool bar was great. From the construction site behind the hotel we did not notice, because the rooms and the pool are on the other side. Any time!

The Steigenberger in Camp de Mar, is one of the nicest hotels I have seen on Mallorca jeh, the service is great and the rooms are super clean and swept. Also tomorrow's breakfast is worth 100% because there is a large selection as well as freshly prepared things like omelette.

Everything is wonderful! Great service, clean rooms, regular housekeeping with fresh towels, chocolates and toiletries.
Delicious food in the restaurants, as well as in the pool bar, as well as incredibly good and sustainable massages in the spa area. The generally friendly and helpful staff in all areas of the hotel (in addition to the great weather in April) made our vacation perfect. It was a pleasure!

We spent from 23.08. until 30.08.2018 part of our holiday in this wonderful hotel. It was an unrestrained time. From reception to farewell, we have always felt very comfortable.
Great room. Super pool area. Outstanding breakfast. Delicious food in the restaurant. Very professional, friendly and attentive staff. At any time we would / would like to stay at the Steigenberger Golf & Spa Resort.

A very nice hotel not far from the beach with great pool and golf course.
The staff were all extremely polite and almost all spoke German very well. Especially great were the waiters at the pool and lobby bar.
The pool is neatly deep with its 1.5 meters and is good for swimming. For the little ones there is a separate flat area.
The breakfast is outstanding. Much is fresh and there is fresh orange juice.

My wife and I returned to the hotel after many years in Camp de Mar, now with children (2.5 and 6 years), having stayed there several times, when it was still a Dorint. The hotel is in good condition, but what makes the difference to other hotels is the friendliness of the staff and the service. Hotel management is people's business and our impression is that managing the hotel with the GM and the co-GM in the lead does a fantastic job, because the atmosphere in a hotel is shaped by leadership, the living of values and their choice of staff , We felt great from day 1 onwards and well. Please continue in this spirit, we will definitely come back!
