They were very helpful and accommodating. I was early and they still helped me in expedient manner. Everyone was very nice and technicians were skillful. It was a very nice experience for having a mammogram.

Update: Editing my review because of the responsiveness of NY Radiology Partners to my complaints. I received a call after posting this review and they were quite apologetic and indicating they are putting procedures in place to deal with the delays. I have been coming here for years and this year was the first experience of this kind of delay. I hope they can do better since the service here is otherwise top notch.

Came here twice in the last month. First time they were running an hour behind so I had to reschedule since I had another appointment. Second time, they were running behind an hour as well but I ended up waiting over two hours. Who has this kind of time to be waiting for a mammogram for over two hours?

I went with my son who is 4 .5 for a ultrasound . We haired for 2 hrs and each time he has his bladder ful ( required for revtest ) we were told 15 min . Just like this we had to wait for 2 hrs and poor little guy had to drink a lot of water . It took 25 min to process 3 pages of paper and don t feel that anyone who what they are doing . They all start leaving the office at 4.30 when the waiting room was full with people . Never coming again

All staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. I am claustrophobic and ALL staff members took the time to answer my questions and walk me through my MRI. The facility is clean, organized, and inviting. I highly recommend this site!

Very disappointing customer service.

Very disappointing customer service.
They made an error with my appointment time. I waited over 1 hour. When made a complaint, the front desk person said: "i will go over there and see what is going on" and then she kept serving three other customers while ignoring me. I asked for a manager, and never spoke with that person. The other front desk worker told me that I was scheduled at 2pm not 1:30 (not true) and that there were 4 other people still waiting before me. I had to leave not to miss my other appointment. Came back at 4pm and sill waited 40 min. The experience was really bad. I paid $516 for the diagnostic mammogram and received unprofessional customer service treatment. I would not recommend this place

Unfriendly and incompetent. First they sent me to another floor. Then they couldn't find the info that the doctor sent them. They refused to call the doctor and told me I must go back to get a paper prescription. Then I left. Lots of attitude. Avoid at all costs.

This was my 1st visit and it was absolutely awesome. The tech was so personable and made me super comfortable.
There was one thing that I did not like. I could hear the front office receptionists talk about me because I was late.

The employees are great but it doesn t make up for the wait. Appointment at 1:45 Andy it is now 3:45 and still waiting.

Long wait time- I waited over an hour past my appointment time before I was called in for my exam
Inaccurate data and redundant forms- although I ve been a patient of this network for 10 years, my insurance and birthdate was setup incorrectly. Filling out multiple forms with redundant info that is already on file is a waste of time. Although it gave me something to do during my nearly 1.5 hour wait.
The waiting area with the changing rooms was not clean, with debris including toilet paper and bandages on the floor.

The scan itself was very quick, and the radiologist was professional and kind.

Would I go to this location again given a choice? Probably not.

The stars at the faculty were GREAT! Rob went out if his way to accommodate my claustrophobia. He was very kind and professional.
Scheduling was a nightmare from beginning the end. After getting an appt after multiple calls and hours of waiting time on the phone, I was called 3 times And told that they did not have a prescription from the doctor by then I have the doctor send a prescription in three separate times. Nonetheless I was called the Wednesday before my appointment and told that they had canceled it because there was no prescription. Multiple phone calls later it turned out that they had called the wrong Dr. I I had asked for the test results to be sent to two doctors only one doctor wrote the prescription. they insisted they have canceled the appointment that I ve been waiting for six weeks finally I got my doctor to reschedule the appointment when I arrived I was booked on the wrong machine so I ended up having to go home in the snowstorm and then come back Saturday morning when I came back Saturday morning Rob was terrific and I ve been able to get it done however the scheduling problems with this facility will like me and make me not want to come back ever again.

The wait time for an ultrasound is horrendous and the set up is very confusing. If you need more than one procedure, such as an MRI and an ultrasound, plan on at least four hours. I was told I would only need 2. Some staff were very helpful and lovely which I deeply appreciated while others seemed annoyed with patients and their confusion about where they needed to report to. I observed multiple patients being told they needed to go elsewhere, including elderly patients who were clearly confused and being spoken to with an irritated tone. I ve been to this office many times and been told the incorrect floor to report to several times as well, so I now know it was not my mistake because I wrote everything down. When you are getting ready to have a procedure done that s already stressful and emotional, the chaotic system makes for an even more emotionally taxing experience. I don t believe this is the fault of the people that work there but the fault of the people who have set up the flow and system. I ve been to many other offices over the years who have managed to make a more calming and guided set up. I strongly recommend they look into George Washington breast center system among others. This has been an absolutely grating experience and I say this as someone who has never bothered to write a review in my life. This is the first.

I have been going to NY Radiology partners for close to ten years. I usually go to the West 57th St. office. This was my first time at 5 Columbus Circle. My sense at both offices is that they book way too many patients for appointments at the same time. The staff seem overwhelmed, and are therefore too stressed to be very helpful. I came for my annual Mammogram and Sonogram. I get the same thing every year and they couldn't find the referral for my sonogram that my primary care doctor sent over. This seems to happen frequently at this place and I may try to find a smaller practice. They're just too busy to be thorough and patient.

Was offered snack and juice or water
The person who did my monogram was polite and thank me after each screen shots. She was very gentle doing my exams.

I have never been here when the wait was less than...

I have never been here when the wait was less than an hour. They never call in advance to tell patients they might not need to leave work early. Instead, they wait until patients arrive to tell them they'll have to wait at least an hour. It's not the staff's fault, as they seem to be working hard. Clearly the place is made to overbook - and patients are the ones who suffer. I have given 3 chances. In the future, I will tell my doctor to refer me. someplace else - even if I have to travel further. It will still save time. (Note: I've been here an hour and 15 minutes with no end in sight. I just went to the bathroom and came back to find that there are NO FREE CHAIRS IN THE WAITING ROOM. I have to stand. It is that full. This is unacceptable.)

Maubrie is the absolute sweetest (forgive me if I misspelled her name).She tried her best to make my mammo as painless as possible. Although I have had a mammogram before, she walked me through every single step, touch and movement. I hope I am lucky to have my yearly exam with her every time!

I went in for my first Mammo. I had heard horror stories or how painful it was, but the technician I saw, Roxanne was a gem, she answered all my questions, explained things thoroughly and made me feel extremely comfortable. If Roxanne is an example of how the technicains are, then I will be making all my appointments here. I also want to point out the rest of the staff was fabulous and the wait time was not that bad. Thank again Roxanne for being so great!

Waited forever in dressing room. They asked me if I had my paperwork. I said yes. They did Not ask me for it. So I sat there "naked" for almost 2 hours. Terrible. I was not the only one. Horrible!!

The office had a large number of patients waiting to be seen. The waiting area was full. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time. Everyone in reception area was pleasant and professional. After 30 minutes I was called to do intake at reception desk. Thirty minutes later I was called to the back by a very kind woman named Patricia. I followed directions to undress from top up, with rope open to the front, and again sat in a crowded waiting area. Within 15 minutes, Ashley and Denise directed me to the mammography room. There Ashley began to command directives in an extremely assertive tone, without warmth nor sensitivity. I felt extremely uncomfortable with her mannerisms. This is the first visit to this facility where I can say that I was disappointed overall. I've been going to this location for mammograms for over 10 years. I think they overbook, it's an assembly line style of care. I did not care for this experience at all!

I had a 315p appointment. I was asked to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Which I did. At 340p I asked the receptionist how much longer. I explained that I was on a break from work. She said that she would find out. After 10 minutes I was escorted down to the radiology waiting room. Asked to change and have a seat. At 420p I asked the person who escorted me down how much longer. I am on a break from work. Plus that I need to pickup my kids from school. I was finally escorted into the MRI room at 435p. I did not get out until 505p. Was late back to work and picking up my kids.

I have been coming here for years and this time was without a doubt the worst medical experience to date. I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early (presumably to get he paper towel sorted ahead of my appoint time). I arrived 25 minutes early. I was not called for an hour and then I sat again. Two hours later my testing was completed. Not only was the wait time egregious but the facility is ice cold. I guess not surprisingly, no one even apologized for the insane wait times.

Staff today treated me as if I were the most important person to walk through the doors.
Reception folks were thorough and courteous.
Technician George was reassuring and explained. In just enough detail as to what would be taking place. He is a real asset to your staff. He quickly conducted the procedures and was very attentive to my getting on my feet as quickly and safely as possible.
Thanks for making me comfortable and treating me well.

The front desk staff is always friendly and sincere in asking how you are. You can tell they have fun at their job and that makes a difference to someone coming in. They get you in as soon as they can and the techs are friendly as well

The receptionist and technicians were kind and very responsive to my concerns. My fear of having an MRI has been cured. The equipment is modern and comfortable. The technicians were calming and made it a pleasant experience.

I will not be returning!

I ve been to this office twice, my first experience with the staff was great! The front desk staff was efficient, thorough and respectful.
The nurse and doctor I saw were no less than perfect and so very empathetic, kind and respectful as well.

My second visit, I had arrived a few minutes before my time so that I could check in, register etc. A front desk associate called me up to Register and pay a co-pay. Once completing my registration process I was asked to wait to be called by a doctor and was given my forms and receipt. I had been called a couple of more times (by a front desk employee) but informed a different woman that someone else had registered me already. After some time I was called again to be registered, I was told no one had registered me. I showed the staff member my forms and receipt with the current date on them, that had just been given to me. She proceeded to tell me that I had not registered with anyone and my forms must have the wrong date.
She continues to aggressively ask me who took care of me and I informed her that her co-worker adjacent to her had registered and charged me, which is who I received my forms/receipt from.
The staff member that I had first spoken with and was registered by, looks up at me and tells me and her co-worker that she did not speak with me. At this point I was very confused about what was happening.

The two front desk staff members now proceed to look into who took care of me. However, I know (for a fact) that the first staff member was the woman who registered and charged me; why she didn t recall?... I have no idea

The two staff members finally realized their mistake after a few minutes of interrogating and embarrassing Me in a waiting room full of people. The second staff member informs me that her co-worker prior to her had indeed registered and charged me, however, she registered and charged me under another patients file. (My receipt and paperwork that had been given to me all had my correct information, I was still very confused)

The two employees did issue a voided receipt. The second employee continued to verify all of my information. She also continued to treat me very unfairly and rude while Loudly repeating sentences about my information. Once I was finished with whatever that was... I proceeded to sit in the waiting room until I was called by a doctor. The doctor this time was different from my last, However, was respectful.

I will not be returning after the confusion, disrespect and embarrassment I went through, caused by the front desk staff members. It s super unfortunate that they are any kind of representation to the company.

Nice place. Very crowded & the mammograms were delayed abt 45 minutes due to broken machines, but I was getting a pelvic exam so that didn t take very long. Techs were nice enough (older women with older women patience lol) but overall smooth experience. Hopefully getting any photos and results is also a smooth process

They crank people through and put them in danger as all they care about is making money with how many people they can process . RUN FROM HERE!!!!!

I made the appointment for my MRI at Columbus radiology because I was told I would be using one of the bigger machines because I am claustrophobic. That did not happen and I was given the regular machine. The technician said that the regular machine was better but that was not the arrangement and it caused me a lot of stress that I was not prepared for. Why trick a patient into believing something that is not going to happen.

Radiology tech was rude. Had to put contrast in me to perform the MRI. Had a lot of difficulty finding my veins. Poked me like six times in each arm. Both arms are bruised up. Blue/purplish color. Both hands are swollen since the morning.
