I had a very bad experience on 9/17/19. I was alerted an hour before one of two appointments that the system was down and I had to get rescheduled for next week. I was en route when I got the phone call. I decided to keep my bone density appointment at another location and the woman who handed me forms looked at her computer and told me that I had to go to the location where I had gone for my base line test. The person I made the appointment with told me to go to this particular location as the site I had previously gone to no longer Performed this test. I had to call that location to prove to the woman behind the desk that that was true. Resolving this issue took Almost 30 minutes and resulted in missing my scheduled time and forcing me to wait over an hour before I could be seen for the test.

The left hand didn t know what the right hand was doing. It causes anxiety and stress.
