Horrible experience, we do not encourage anyone to purchase from this location.

Went looking for a used car and sadly the car salesmen and the "manager" lived up to the greasy, slimy, deceitful used car salesmen stereotype.

We asked several times for a breakdown of price, including what they would give us for our car and yet they just kept saying "it fits in your budget, so what's the issue". We had to sit with the finance guy, get a credit run done on our credit and get mad before any actual numbers would be shown.

Then at this time, it became clear that the offer we said "No" to was exactly what they wanted us to sign.

In the end it felt rushed, my husband and I had to get mad, we had done a credit run that if we didn't purchase the car would could reflect s negatively on us.

We left with a car but we arent happy about it. If we could cancel the deal we would. We will not return for any car issues to this dealership.

If your looking to be treated poorly and staff that have little to no work ethics please do stop in to this Kia location.

Was told to arrive at 10am the next day to test drive the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I drove from Orleans and arrived on time to be told that the car had actually been sold a week before I called. These people are clueless!

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Donnelly Kia and I couldn't have asked for better service!
I went to a few different dealerships but found that none had the same friendly atmosphere that Donnelly's does.
The salesman I dealt with: Liam, was a very lovely and professional young man and the reason that I chose to purchase a vehicle from Donnelly Kia! He did not pressure me in anyway and patiently answered all my questions. At my request Liam even went so far as to calculate fuel economy differences between my current vehicle and the new one I was considering buying .
After deciding to proceed with the purchase, the Sales Manager Greg, came out to congratulate me and spent time exchanging relaxed friendly conversation while I waited to see the finance manager.
Upon meeting Reg, the finance manager, I was immediately greeted with a smile and made to feel at ease. He patiently explained options and breakdown and then apologized that he was unable to get any answers from the bank that evening due to the late hour. The next day we exchanged a few telephone calls back and forth while he worked to get me the best options available. Again very friendly, patient and professional service!
In summary my experience was a very positive one and the service from the staff was beyond my expectations! I love my vehicle and definitely highly recommend Donnelly Kia!

Vehicle was brought in today for a warranty issue. Had an appointment this morning at 7am. No shuttle service was offered so they set me up in an Uber and got me to work! Fantastic idea and great service from Daryl and Matt in Service. Matt has already called me to tell me that they have fixed the problem within hours. Having just bought my vehicle from another Kia dealer with bad experience. Donnelly Kia hit it out of the park with this one. I will be back to get my serviced if needed. Thanks Guys

I've just recently bought a vehicle from there , I'm having a issue licensing the vehicle due to the mistake of the person handling our file , we have told him what to do , just use the same tag and switch it over to the new vehicle , what doe he do , he applies for a new tag , love it when they listen, 2nd and last time , in the future I'm going somewhere else.

In 2010 bought a Rio. Called Donnelly and another dealer for a no-haggle price. Donnelly was upfront by phone about a 2000 rebate from manufacturer. The other dealer did not tell me about it and used it to cover the negotiated "freebies".

I went in over a week ago to look at a vehicle. Everything seemed great after the test drive and I put down a deposit before speaking with someone from finance. Upon seeing my credit, he printed the bill of sale before approval from the bank and had me sign it. I thought that was weird but as a first time car buyer, I didnt think too much into it. I was more excited than anything. A few days went by and I was texted, called and emailed a few times in regards to bank troubles. I figured maybe because this would have been my first big committment, the bank was a bit hesitant? When I expressed interest in getting my deposit back, I was called and notified I'd been approved and we set up a day for me to pickup the vehicle (supposed to be today). I was also asked to supply 2 recent paystubs, which I did. Tuesday I received a message asking if I could get my bank to call my manager at work to confirm my hours. By now I really thought something was off...I reached out to friends of mine who have bought cars before and worked at dealerships and all of them told me this is off. When attempts to reach my manager failed, I was texted yesterday and told I cant get the vehicle until they've been given the green light. Needless to say I'm really discouraged. I replied back and asked for my $1000 deposit back as I feel this has dragged on too long and nothing seems to be enough. It has been a whole day and I havent heard back from anyone. Now i have a bill of sale without the vehicle. Perhaps my mistake was saying I was a first time car buyer. I'm insulted and really upset because I feel like I've been scammed.

We had excellent service from Chris Daniel at Donnelly Kia. It was probably the best buying experience that we have ever had in buying a car. They were knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The business / finance manager, the part I normally dread, was friendly, not confrontational and pleasant to deal with. No high pressure (for the first time ever!!!). We really enjoyed this buying experience and will go back to Donnelly Kia again should we need another vehicle

Chris and Ben were fantastic to deal with. Great to communicate with and gave me a great deal. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Would have given five stars but Liam in finance was not as great to deal with. I always felt as though Liam did not have time for me and he did not always return calls/texts/emails promptly. Maybe this was due to staffing shortage bc of covid19 but he never apologized or gave an excuse for the delays so I do not know. He gave the impression that he was doing me a favour.

Charged me 40$ to balance two tires without even telling me their price, and they already had to take them off in order to change the brakes. Having worked in a garage for years I know that it takes maybe 10 minutes to balance two tires if you don't know what you're doing. I hope that was worth losing a customer over

I would not return to this dealer. Not a pleasant sales experience with constant upsell and hand off from sales person to another. Bought a 2008 Kia Sedona in 2012 from Donnelly Kia. The engine started fail when the timing chain went in 2016. When i called to inquire about their lifetime engine guarrantee, i was informed that because I had not done all my oil changes at the Dealer, their guarrantee was void. Seems a bit dodgey to me. Oil changes are oil changes so long as they are done on sched. That said, i can't say i miss driving a Kia/Hyundai product, and i certainly don't miss the maintenance bills.

But i will not be back to buy another car from a dealer with such a shady warranty product.

Managers not supportive of their sales employees

Regardless Donnelly KIA's negative reviews by other customers, one of our Parent Officer in our community gave a chance to this location by trying to find a car wit them... Unfortunately, the reviews were spot on and the organization at this place needs improvements.

The manager's excuse for inconsistent information was that one of his employee was a rookie. Even though this so called "rookie" had done a great job. The manager could have been more supportive and praised his employee and helped him close the deal.

Improvement suggestion
-Give credibility to your employees
-Be consistent infront of your clients otherwise you loose trust in them
-Give options to your clients and figure out how to help them

The Service part is great just the Sales Department management need to improve and support their sales teams. Learn from the Kia at Hunt Club.

Excellent service! We bought a 2016 Dodge Caravan. Beautiful vehicle. Couldn't be happier with our purchase. I am a former employee and they always treated their custumers very well. So when it came time for me to buy my first vehicle, I was treated very well and they made things so much easier. From Terry (sales), to Hassan (finance), Chris (Used Car Manager) and Gary in service. Thank you so much! I would definatley recommend Donnelly's to anyone looking for a new/used car.

Told me car was still for sale from car gurus- scam till going on...reviews on car gurus said it happened to a few people. Put up a great car with amazing price and sell it. Keep it up on sites for months to get people to go in and look at other vehicles you didn't ask to look at. When I asked, "are you sure it still there" she said ", ya, I'm pretty sure I saw it earlier". Just come in she said and well find something." I insisted she go check as I had a long drive there, she came back and said" I guess you were right, it's sold". Shame on Kia to encourage this type of behavior and dishonest salesmanship. Its not like they dont know, its been going on for months according to other reviewers.

The service department is absolutely excellent. As an added bonus, Jerome (shuttle driver) is a treasure to spend time with. If you ever have the pleasure to spend time with him, ask him about his photography. Most talented artist I've ever met.

The fellas in the service department are efficient, professional, friendly, and great to deal with.

I'm still a little frustrated with some of the initial sales processes, but the service department has more than compensated for the shortcoming of sales team. Thanks, gang!
