I would not return to this dealer. Not a pleasant...

I would not return to this dealer. Not a pleasant sales experience with constant upsell and hand off from sales person to another. Bought a 2008 Kia Sedona in 2012 from Donnelly Kia. The engine started fail when the timing chain went in 2016. When i called to inquire about their lifetime engine guarrantee, i was informed that because I had not done all my oil changes at the Dealer, their guarrantee was void. Seems a bit dodgey to me. Oil changes are oil changes so long as they are done on sched. That said, i can't say i miss driving a Kia/Hyundai product, and i certainly don't miss the maintenance bills.

But i will not be back to buy another car from a dealer with such a shady warranty product.
