Great service and really fair prices. My wife went in for one item and left with three. The price for them together was the same as the price for the original item at other stores.
I shop here pretty often and came today , from two hours away, especially bc i was coming to exchange something at another store and i had 15$ in reward points. The staff always needs help from a manager just to ring something up ive noticed. No one seems trained whatsoever. But my issue was that the manager said my points have been used. I only received them two weeks ago and have been saving them for my trip. She was arguing with me LOUD. beyond rude. I wish a manager would believe a customer and honor a discount .
Big issue with sale prices as it can say 60% off and really its 40% off.
20+ employees and only one kid working a register, and he was struggling hard. Took as long to pay as it did to pick out clothing, in a nearly empty store.

Overall a good store but my experience was pathetic.. sales rep was either tired or was dealing with something but she was quite rude answering my questions regarding pricing and other stuff.
DKNY quality clothing from a quality department store!
I was in February and the truth was impressed with DNKY and GUESS of the prices they had! Wallets at 12 dollars and bags at 60 dollars. The mall is very good there is 40% and 60% discount on almost everything! For me, what comes out best if you live in Spain and compare the prices here are the brands ADIDAS, PUMA, DNKY, GUESS
Customer service was great and I got a coat for $85 retailed at $269!
