I worked here when I first moved back to EP. It was really crappy and terrible pay. You called every Tuesday to give them availability which is cool because they worked with you also they helped me get my security license in Texas ( I had one from another state). The pay was so low (minimum) for the jobs you d do. I d work 10-12 hour shifts and mostly sit in my car and had to drive to other places to use the bathroom sometimes. Idk if they have improved but really only work here if you want your security license. They ll hire you if you have a car, and drivers license, and a pulse.
Among the best jobs I had everyone there are super nice and the jobsites are great and professional! If you want a job that can put you on the map! sun city is where to go!
They really work with you and your availability. Theyre constantly making sure you are comfortable and safe, specially when you havent done security work before. By showing an effort to always take good care of their employees, Sun city has been a very great company to work for.

Sun City is a company that is attentive to the needs of its employees. If at any point I have needed help, I can rely on Sun City to take care of it. The company helps us workers and myself to excel and achieve satisfaction for all of Sun City's customers as well as satisfaction for the employees. They look out for us...so that we can get the job done through teamwork. I appreciate the job here at this company and have truly enjoyed working. They are always on their toes keeping a lookout like their logo showing an eagle.

I am a 20 year old and currently employee. I am involved with school. The pay is low, I get it. Let s get that out of the way. I have learn and expanded my knowledge doing security for Sun City. I was not the best guard when I join the company! I WAS 18, which at point and time. I was the youngest guard at Sun City. Sun City Believing in a KID; gave me a opportunity that I have been able to work city events, Private schools, hotels, raves, and a lot more. When you pick a security company be wise and pick sun city. The management is organized, kind, and most importantly work with your school schedule! WHAT I HAVE DONE FOR THIS COMPANY, I WOULDN'T DO For Blackstone or mike Garcia or allied universal... just any other company in general. They are kinda my second family. I can t tell them no and anything they need of me. I help them out with best effort that I can. Oh yeah I didn t get paid to do this... this what I feel I review about the 1 and 5 months that I have been here!
Me as a client i don't recomend this company, they changing guards all the time and that really made me angry cause they don't even asked for my opinion before changing guards, and also my guards told me the salary they receive it's 7.50 to 8.00 now i have a contract with Securitas.

I think that Sun City Security is a very good company. They have treated me and all of the employees fairly and they try to keep us busy and as happy as possible. Sun City truly cares for their employees and try to help as much as possible...like for example they have a dispensa available for all of their employees. I have enjoyed working for them and especially the special events that they have.

This company does not care for employees. Contractors can treat them like dogs and they don t do anything about it! Also HR does not do the job when they are supposed to give you documents. They cut your hours from one day to another. Also they pay minimum wage. A total waste of time
