I shop here pretty often and came today , from two hours away, especially bc i was coming to exchange something at another store and i had 15$ in reward points. The staff always needs help from a manager just to ring something up ive noticed. No one seems trained whatsoever. But my issue was that the manager said my points have been used. I only received them two weeks ago and have been saving them for my trip. She was arguing with me LOUD. beyond rude. I wish a manager would believe a customer and honor a discount .
