One of the mind boggling properties in Goa (Cavelossim) This property is very huge which can accommodate around 300 members approx at a time. The rooms are well maintained and spacious. It has lot of greenery around. This property is connected to the beach which is an added advantage. We have a wide variety of food which is very tasty, a huge pool, indoor and outdoor activities and lot more. I liked the property a lot and planning to visit again.

Pathetic. No network and internet connectivity is very bad. There is a renovation happening always noisy. Breakfast is average. Not a good place to stay and spoil your vacation
The rooms were very nice, cleaned and the service was very awesome. The staff very descent and obeying. The hotel is situated at the area where there is too much of peace. It has it's own private beach. The beach is also maintend very well
One of the Best Stay In Goa Till Date!! Property is fantastic and the pool super clean , larger and deeper enough for swimmers with always lifeguards around...It's a Lovely place, and the resort directly led up to the beautiful beach just a short distance away....Rooms were Excellent with clean spacious bathroom, Gallery and Staff was helpful and prompt in their service.
On 24th May 2019 ,I had booked into Novatel Goa as part of the ICICI team I was alloted Room no 18 . After 2 hours i realised that the room had mosquito menace and called housekeeping and reception to change the room .
Me and my room mate were assisted by the hotel staff and we were alloted Room no 51 .
We had a party to attend to before shifting we changed into our party dress and then shifted our room . In this process I inadvertently left my shoes are in room no 18 . Yesterday at 10pm I was going to the casino and decided to wear the shoes which i could not find in the room .I immediately contacted the reception and housekeeping . I was told that they had found nothing and as there was a guest hence they cannot search then and to wait for the morning . After a few deliberations and delays ,I went and saw the room .. I found nothing . My point is that i had worn the shoes when i came to the hotel ..i came back without the shoes I didn't wear them to the beach
So i lost my shoes in the hotel .. This is a concern for me as well as you . We come with money ..with valuables ..to have things getting lost in the hotel is not acceptable I implore you and your staff to help me in finding my shoes .
The property is at a great location and has a very easy access to the beach that is very nice. The pool is very good and well maintained.
The staff, however, is not very professional. Many of them are quite rude! We were a few families together and while we were waiting to check into our rooms we pulled a couple of chairs together to sit. Someone called Rajesh came and said this is spoiling the lobby "decorum". That is ridiculous! Decorum, really!!!
Their restaurant staff - ones who are supposed to "greet" as one walks in, are far from "greeting". I understand that it is a self-service breakfast. Either don't ask at the table if we need something OR if we ask for something, make sure it is served. Don't make it confusing! Some of the staff at breakfast was very helpful - like Satyajit.
Overall, go there for the location and beach, but do not expect any great service!
Addedndum: the housekeeping staff was very friendly. Kaity at the reception also heard us out and helped in getting the rooms ready for the check in. Shout out to them!
Very good holiday resort. The camp is calm. Although at the stalls in Cavellos you need to be vigilant. I do not advise you to bargain with the Indians if you do not intend to buy anything from them. They are good people, but they have their patience. The object is in a phenomenal position. clean and well-maintained. Portuguese style pubs. The center has a swimming pool and a snack bar next to it. The road to the beach is just a few minutes walk in the shade of trees. The kitchen is amazing in terms of Indian flavors, but also there we find European dishes there. wonderful and sandy. The beach is calm and there is almost no tourists there. A wonderful place. In the beach bar you can eat and drink a delicate brand of Kingfisher beer. I recommend it.
Simply Superb!!!!!. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. Book a room with a partial view of the ocean to enjoy a lovely morning view. Sea facing villas are few metres away from the beach. The resort by itself is beautiful. Access to the beach is private so you don't get to see a lot of crowd.
The area is really nice and will be gladly recommended by me. But it is advertised here for me free Wi-Fi, which is not true. Rather, packages of different duration can be booked against payment. Therefore 1 star deduction.
Our rooms were having few issue, toilet doors not closing, lighting issue, TV remote not working, broken side board drawer. Beds too are very uncomfortable to sleep
Bell-boy stole an expensive set of earphones moments after our check out Lack of any interest on the part of management to help us retrieve that It's not a cottage. It's a room beleaguered as a cottage. Shoddy State of 'greivance-adressal' The staff just smiles and does nothing.
Great location right next to the beach, clean, beautiful villa rooms, greenery. The gym is too small and basic. Spa is below average, Only one restaurant. Food is ok. I went in Jan and Feb so too many marriage crowd. But overall a good property.
We had a pleasant experience at novotel dona sylvia. The food is excellent n the staff is too hospitable n helpful.would definitely like to visit once again. Neeta sanghavi
One of the Nest n Best place 2 stay at South Goa. Novotel Hotel has spacious lawns and hardly few minutes walking distance to White Sand beach. During monsoon time u have the best clean and privacy beach at Novotel Hotel. Radisson hotel is situated few minutes walkable distance and only separated by an restuarant in between and they use Novotel beach for access.
