Beautiful ambiance, private beach and the best part, food is awesome. Try tawa fry, goan fish curry or the fish in oyster sauce all taste superb.

Used to be my fav place in Goa and I have fond memories. However, things have changed post acquisition by Novotel. Earlier packages were all inclusive of meals and now you gotta pay seperately for all meals. The place is twice as expensive now and one may consider other available options in the same price range around.

Property is nice. You can walk to beach. The hotel does not provide any recliners or chairs on the beach. Stayed at Ramada caravela earlier. They had plenty of recliners for guests to enjoy the view. Also they do not allow guests to be near the beach at night....which is an essential experience for anyone going to beach from north India. The food is expensive. Room was ok. Did not have a tub. I would rate Ramada caravela much higher as compared to novotel based on customer experience if pricing is similar.

When you listen about Novotel ! It's all about stay , delight and satisfaction ! So I planned a trip in Novotel ....And Just after entering in the hotel we received a warm and wonderful welcome by Mr. Prakhar (Duty Manager Front Office )..
I have to attend one conference so my flight got delayed , so I want the room asap to fresh up ! And Prakhar ease that process ! Thank you Parkhar for your warm and wonder hospitality....all the best !

Overall good property for couple and family. Well maintained. Nice pool. Decent staff. Stayed in villa. Find villas just average. Not value for money. Beach very accessible. Rear gate directly faces beach. Buffet spread is excellent.
They do not provide shuttle service to airport due to local union reasons.

Awesome resort..they won't give you any chance to complaint..simply one of the best resort in South goa

A very beautiful place to just relax and have fun with the family. The staff was excellent. Food was great. Everyone was very kind and caring. Special thanks to Katty who was very helpful in making several reservations for us.. Selection and quality was very much appreciated..The Novotel was truly a place I will long remember. Will definitely choose this place again.

Paradise on earth is called Novotel Goa Donasylvia Resort.I personally like this resort bcz of it's service standard ,the way they delivery& present the things that no body does. Excellent Housekeeping, beautiful rooms,cleaned & hygeneic bathroom with very good fragrance & with all other required supplies.Nice food, great pool, and staffs are very expert in their work. Overally I enjoyed my stay ,thanks a lot see u soon guys.

Ultimate place to chill. Very peaceful. I enjoyed the hospitality and the weather.

This place is still recovering from the Covid impact I guess. We had booked 3 rooms. We had to change one coz the AC, TV, flush was not working in one of them. The bed size in all 3 were not standard. The one in my parents room was comparatively smaller. The housekeeping was not upto the mark either due to staff shortage. You would have to call them to get your room cleaned, else it would not get done. Food is definitely overpriced. Better to go for a package incl food or look for options outside. Also too far is you are coming from Mumbai. The proximity to the beach & size of the property is great. It's really peaceful as well. Hope the service gets better once things are back to normal.

Rooms was , the food quality was not that great , access to private and clean beach , pool was close due to safely (covid), Gym was , Hotel staff was polite.

I had an issue with the security staff regarding policy around swimming times in the pool. I found the security staff rude and
uninformed . For me it has been a difficult stay.

Right from the word go, this hotel is a disaster. There is no valet to park your car. The duty manager Mr Prakhar is the rudest Hotel staff I have met in any premium hotel. There is no service during breakfast, everything is self service. Tea coffee is not served on the table. Clearance of dirty plates take forever. If you order extra bed, it will take 3 hours and 4 calls to get done. We asked a bucket, and it took an hour and 2 calls. Hotel tried to extract additional charges even to sleep the reserved pax. In game room, only a few games are free. You need to return towels at counter. This hellish experience is just getting started.

It was pleasant stay in all front like food,staff service and environment. Would like to visit further with family .

Very noisy, loads of people tanning their already sunburnt bodies at the poolside. Whenever there is a problem you have to wait forever to find someone who can help you. Pleasing service is very hard to find. Our key card didn't work 4 times and we had to wait each time 20 mins in front of closed doors and walk the whole way back to the reception to get someone who helped us. I would not recommend.
