Good location, nice food, good hospitality...perfect family trip place...

Great location, nice rooms and amenities. Staff is cordial but room service is a bit slack. Next to beach so all you do is walk a few steps and you are on to a clean beach. Since it's a 5 star property, food and services cost on higher side. But overall it's a value for money.

Acually that place is beautiful and serene.Only thing I witnessed was the White forigners are given more priority than us Indians from wherever You reside.Their breakfast in continental is not up to standerd same thing is served everyday.Toiletries are only given on the day of arrival and is never replenished for the other days you there.Their recepionist customer service is very low standerd we had to wait for almost an hour to check out, thus missing our train and hiring a transport back home.Very very bad experience.

We were are in room 172 the last 2 nights have been kept awake till 2 with loud music and shouting. This morning poached egg not cooked and no one understands a queuing system. This hotel needs to decide if it is a hotel or conference & wedding centre. Wi fi is rubbish and the buffet on the lawn is dark and the food is cold so eating out again tonight at a cost

Fantastic! Had breakfast/brunch here and it was quite good, plenty of things to eat, the property itself is very beautiful, if you looking for a great place to stay with ample food options and quality service.. this is the place. Staff is very polite and friendly.

Very beautiful resort in Goa having a lovely beach. The property is very well maintained with luxurious villas. The villas are in well planned garden. Spice Garden can also been. Resort has spacious swimming pool and next to it is huge restaurant. Restaurant serves both continental and desi cuisines. Well spread lawns both inside the resort and near the beach offers great space for parties. It is really nice to attend parties with relatives and friends in this lovely resort.

Amazing beach resort with access to a privy beach and very courtesies and nice staff. A 26 year old property so well maintained and upgraded that Accor Novotel group found its interest and will be soon an Accor group hotel.

A nice place to relax and unwind with a very large pool and clean beach nearby. Shopping and supermarket outside the resort.

If you want a relaxing holiday in paradise Dona Silvia is the place for you. From your welcome from the excellent reception staff to the friendly waiters and varied buffet you will have a great time.

It was my third visit at the resort. The rooms are good and the beach is clean and close by. It is a perfect place for leisure time and sun bathing.
The food was average but since I was in a big group, our food was separate from the others. It is also a bit too far from North Goa.

Stayed there for 3 weeks in November/December had a fantastic stay lovely hotel can't praise the staff enough they were brilliant, thank you for a lovely time.

Amazing property, amazing food with great guest service! Special mention to Ms. Gita Naik for her commendable efforts in making guests happy! She and her team made sure that all our demands are taken care off! She does all to bring a smile on her guests face! My family is elated with this stay at novotel and one important reason for this was Ms. Gita.

Horrible check in experience..3 hour delay in getting room..no briefing..particularly on beach situation..and laundry 4 hours late...wonderful beach but service not great..food average

Great rooms. The pool is large and amazing with various heights for diffrent ages. the villa system is amazing. And there are many services like table tennis, tennis, xbox , etc. A beach connected which is very nice to visit.

Place is good with pretty ambiance. But the service is poor. We checked in yesterday with my hubby and 2 kids but after arrival it took nearly 30 to 40 mins to complete the formalities and give us room keys. In reception area there is no AC because of which waiting period gets more tiring.

In the room there is frequent electric failure. The kids corner closes at 6 pm. There is buffet system for breakfast, lunch and dinner but again the restaurant is non AC. Lot of flies around.

As as we were having breakfast one of the waiter was in hurry to clear the table. While I was eating he touched my plate and asked whether I have finished eating. Very bad /indiscipline feature of that person. Hope he gets feedback and training as how to behave with the guests.

The ala carte restaurant is AC but again not much variety in food. Only 1 person to take order, serve food and again to take payment( he has to take the customer to reception for card payment). Only person in restaurant as they r short of staff.

For the swimming pool they provide towels but for kids they don't have floating rings or life jackets.

We had to ask for newspaper since morning after giving 3 reminders we got newspaper at 2 pm in our room.

If anyone planning to come to this place think twice before coming. As my both the kids r complaining y we have come here. Only thing kids r enjoying is beach which is attached to the resort. We r regretting as booked room for 3 nights....

After paying such high price for the accommodation and food this is not expected....

Group of 10 friends from Canada stayed here during our india tour, agent booked hotel. If I had known it was an all-inclusuve, I would have requested another hotel. We did not book all inclusive package. PROS: lovely individual villa style rooms, on the beach, food is ok, across the street from little boutiques, bars, restaurants. Very nice beach. CONS: Very impersonal and inattentive service that often comes with all-inclusive resorts and captive audience. The grounds are ok, not quite 5 star caliber. I got a manicure and pedicure at the spa. It was horrible and expensive (similar to north American prices). THe room was ugly, broken furniture. I wish I had my camera to take a photo of the black plastic bucket I was soaking my hands in. Reminded me of those cheap salons on the streets of Delhi. The esthetician did his best and was very sweet, but not a good job (who doesnt put a top coat on nails?!). Also, a few weeks before we were leaving for our trip, the hotel tried to cancel our reservation saying that the resort was full due to a wedding. They only honoured it when I looked online and could see I could book the hotel for our dates on various other sites, so not sure how they could tell us it was full! Upon check in we also had issues where the front desk tried to tell me that our room bed requests were changed by the agent and when I insisted on knowing when, he wouldnt show me the message. In hindsight, i should have taken it as a sign and booked elsewhere in the area. You may wish to do the same.

Very good property. Owner is has Raddison too. But this property is very beautiful with private beach.. Big spalshing lawns and small huts to stay ..
