I would like to say special thanks to Jeanete Maalouf for the great sales service from Don Valley North TOYOTA. From the moment walking through the doors Jeanete was friendly and welcoming. It was a great experience. It was my first car and it makes sense that I was very stressed. Jeanete from the start and all the way through to handing me the keys was stellar in her professionalism and courtesy. She is punctual and straight to the point. Our negotiation took about 4 hours and her patience was really appreciated.
I strongly recommend all my friends to visit this dealership and meet with Jeanete and enjoy their purchase. She is really professional.
It is very important to find a sales representative that helps you through the process and give you peace of mind when times are stressful.

Buying the first vehicle can be a stressful experience! But thanks to Sam Francella and Don Valley North Toyota, it was a quite a pleasurable experience, I must say!
Sam was very friendly and reassuring which helped to keep my stress levels down! I really appreciate his honesty and frank opinions. He knew my needs and addressed it with regular follow up.

The dealership as a store is quite amazing. A young gentleman even asked if I needed help as I was walking around even though he wasn't a sales person which was quite nice. However, the impression that I get over the phone with the sales woman wasn't that great if I'm completely honest. I hope that they would spend more time answering my questions instead of just rushing me off the phone not to mention how unfriendly the lady sounded. It's a shame really.

My husband and I just bought a 2020 Toyota Camry TRD with Simon! We are very pleased with the efficient and professional service we received that day. Simon made us feel like valued customers and did not hurry us along to make a sale. He was very diligent in going over every detail with us. We appreciate his genuine and light-hearted personality. Shortly after driving the car off the lot, we noticed a slight cosmetic damage on the side of the vehicle. We approached the dealership right away and they were quick and eager to get it fixed immediately--what exceptional customer service!!! Thank you DVN Toyota and keep up the great work.

Do not go here for regular maintenance services. They replaced break fluid on my rav4 with 19,000km mileage and charged $190 extra for total of $455. Toyota guide line requires break fluid replacement every 64,000km.

Christine Lee was absolutely amazing! It was my first time purchasing a car and she couldn't have made the process any more smooth. I was very nervous as I did not know much about buying cars, and on top of that I still needed to buy insurance. Christine went above and beyond; finding me a car in my budget and contacting different insurance companies to find me the one with the best quote last minute. Christine was very easy to get a hold of and communicate with and handled everything professionally especially when I was short on time. She ensured that I was satisfied before leaving the dealership. Leased a Yaris from this dealership in 2010, bring my car back on March 11, 2014 to renew my lease for a brand new Prius C.
after negotiation we agree on a lease price and the Sales asks me for a deposit, I gave him $500 cash and ask what if my credit application is declined? he said the money will be refund. I then went upstairs to see the financing manager and get paperwork done. about 3-4 days later the Sales called me and tell me the credit application is declined. I said "Alright, then give me my deposit back" He said since I paid in cash, they will need to cut me a cheque and put in mail, he will process the request and I should get a cheque in 2 weeks. No problem. I waited two weeks, nothing in mail.

I called him after 2 weeks told him I have not yet receive any cheque, he said I should wait a bit longer and he will once again talk to the financing manager and request again.

Two weeks after, still nothing, I called again, he told me to call the financing manager directly, So I did, left a voice mail, no reply.
Another week past, I call their reception and their reception said that financing manager is on vacation and won't be back till May 6, so I ask to talk to somebody else during his absence, they transfer me to another financing manager and I explain the situation. He said he will email accounting department to trace the refund cheque. I also called the sales again and left voice mail, No reply ever since.
call back a few days later, no answer. Sent an email to the sales person and financing manager, No reply.

Finally I called and ask to speak with their accounting department, left a message, then someone from accounting dept called back an hour later, apologize to me, people in their dept have been taking vacation, and said will put in a rush cheque request on the same day and will call me as soon as the cheque is signed by their manager (so after 7 weeks of calling and waiting nothing has been done till I call??)

Another week passed, call their accounting department for a follow up and how long does it take for a manager to put a signature on a cheque? talked to their accounting dept, the girl at accounting dept over the phone took my name, phone # and deal and I ask them to call me back, no one calls back.
Today (May 14), I call them again, tell the accounting dept the same story over again, and she said the account payable is having a day off. left my name and phone # again. still no answer and no reply.

Sick and tired of this wait game and same excuse of "vacation and day off" . went online and get a phone # of OMVIC and file a official compliant.

Ironically, this dealership has declined my credit application on March 11, but Toyota financing sent me a Pre-Approved letter on April 25 for a car.

This past weekend we went to DVN Toyota to inquire about purchasing our first family car. We were helped by Trisha Lee. She was very knowledgeable when it came to any questions that we had regarding the cars that we had in mind (2017 Rav4 and 2017 Highlander) not only did she makes us comfortable with our transaction, but she took us on a test drive that both my spouse and I were able to partake in, and was able to explain all features and all functionality of the car that we decided to purchase. It was one of my best car buying experience ever, be it researching car online at Don valley north Toyota website to coordinating my appointment at dealership followed by a call and meeting Mr awesome Shuja Rizvi. I don t recall your website sales lead s name but everyone involved through the sales process including Mr Jason were simply amazing, pls extend my thanks to the team.

Actually I just landed to view the car with no intention to finalise same day as I had 6 other down selected options to review through the week however buying experience was so smooth, car was so good, price was so competitive and flexibility was so compelling that I thought I will be wasting my time looking at other options and ended up booking my car same day and getting delivery the very next. Even post sales experience and follow up on your commitment was really a wow. It was a great learning experience for me to see how your team differentiates in delivering the experience to customers - online, viewing, booking, finalizing and then post sales.

Experiencing such an experience is really motivating. Keep up the good work and looking forward to buying more Toyota s in future and recommending the dealership to my friends and family.

You would be insane to go anywhere else. I walked in and spoke with a gentleman that did not seem like a sales person but rather a friend. Anand Vyas did not push any high pressure tactics, was knowledgeable and respectful. When ever we spoke he knew my children's names right off the bat because he genuinely cared.

As the time came to purchase a car, Sam Francella was more then fair in pricing. He was extremely friendly and genuinely interested in my experience. After dealing with both of these gentleman I was in tears. Tears because things had been rough lately and them making this a friendly and uncomplicated experience meant the world to me.

My amazing experience continued with Anthony Silva who took care of my financials. Again someone who was informed but not pushy and a real heartfelt interaction.

Terrible I recommend that everyone DO NOT GO THERE to get your new car at Don Valley Toyota Today we wanna trade my old Toyota and reget the new car four months before we went there and the one salesperson talked to us to wait until your closed kilometers he told us only need to trade around 2800 dollars to paid off the car. But today the other salesperson talked about that we need to pay 7000 dollars and also talked to us this is the new LUNAR chinese year promotion for the coming back customer the price is higher than if you go outside to choose the car company. But the ridiculous was when they bargained the sales manger for 6000 dollars to trade my old car they said the manager now need to 6600 plus tax to trade it. On that moment are you guys serious about that I remember that sales manager was called Steven and also why you give us 7000 dollars to trade the car you dont need to calculate in your computer it is only calculate that by your mouth Is this your serious attitude for your old customer Again Do Not recommend every new or old customer go back at Don Valley Toyota

Just picked up my 2016 Toyota Yaris and the experience with the dealership was great; especially when compared to Scarborough Toyota for example. I dealt with a gentleman named Shuja who was very patient and helpful. Highly recommended! Also, thank you to Jayden for helping me out with my financing. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the sales manager but shout out to you too! If things continue to go well in the future, I will be sure to make this dealership my first stop when looking for a new vehicle in a few years.

Very dissatisfied with the service here!!! I wish I could give 0 stars!! The Filipino used car sales manager Mark, Matt or whatever his name is can never be reached!! Never picks up/returns calls! Terribly unreliable! Is he trying to avoid customers or what?! I have a complaint so I guess he s trying to avoid me?? He gives this dealership a bad name and a bad taste! Waste of time! Will never do maintenance/repair there! Will avoid this place at all costs!

That cause me get 3 tickets and their manager was such a bastered that told me i sould check the plate and docs by myself before the test driving. One of the worst car lease experience in my life.....

One of the worst car lease experience in my life...
To start with... same day I signed lease agreement I got an email satating
1- first year of paid maintenance !
I clamied it they said this doesnt apply on your Camry, I called the same dealer and talked to another sales person at the same dealer! He said yes it is available for camry! So they are lairs... two sales persons contradicted their words! I went to claim it they denied their ads I attatched my prove for reviewers knowledge.
2- sales manager was always picking up calls and replying to my calls and messages , once deal done they never replied and picked up calls... everytime I want to get in touch with them, I have to call receiption , then she transfers me so they can reply to me.. before the deal done, from first ring they reply!

3- last week I made my first service, all what they did exactly and in only 10 mins service, they filled up wipers fluid and charged me about 69$ . I beleive it is 100% useless service..
4- i poseted this review last week , they told me , email us and we will solve your issues, i showed sincere positive intention, I deleted my review and emailed them again! And as usual never replied my emails, never called me back...

5- i got my new car with only 5 months plate validity, and my friend got same car from mississauge dealer with two years plate validity!

6- one important advise and note for all buyers check different dealers before you buy or lease, get best quote and then match with the best offer.

7- last advise make sure to see pre delivery expenses since they increased alot if you ask for more discount... they give you discount from one side and add it to the pre delivery expenses from other side! Be careful.

Finally make sure to get multi quotes before you buy your car, make sure you have free maintenace since all dealers provide it...

The dealership is indeed one of the biggest in Canada with a massive showroom, however all of this details are minuscule next to sales person "Jalal". I've done deals and been part of business for many years. I've done educational and practical aspect of business and the person which you read about getting deals done, with amazing character, perspective, patience and going the extra mile to ensure its customer not only gets the best product but extraordinary service is Jalal. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership as they have great prices and will ensure that you get a great quality of product and service. Overall, I just want to say thank you to DVNT, Jalal and thank you for working hard to ensure me a low rate and second thank you standing by every word you would say you did and beyond that.

I took my Toyota Camry 2007 for diagnostic of an apparent electrcial problem, the problem could not be
traced or identified although the mechanics spent quite some time on the car.
I was charged for the diagnostic exam although no diagosis could be made, I requested for refund but
it was refused, this is unbecoming of a reputed manufacturer and the so called "leading" dealers,
so please be ware of their unscrupulous practices.

Then I approached a lady and I asked her if she can help us, she said she can t but she will get some one that can so she went and never came back, so we walked around still no one to help us and I saw her at the counter and there is at least 4 employees talking and laughing, as if there is no customers around.
Then we decided to leave.

I just left Don Valley North in my new set of wheels (08 Prius.) I had the pleasure of dealing with Sam Francella and I must say that he made the whole experience easy and pain free. It was my first car and Sam was more than helpful with guiding me through the whole process and making sure everything was taken care of.

I would definitely recommend the dealership and Sam in particular to anyone looking to buy a car.

They didn't know the difference in features between the 2019 and 2020 models (everyone in the dealership might not be the same, but the rep that spoke to me was like that) .I guess they have good business so they don't care about customer service.

They took care of my complaint and fixed the issue quickly .
It shows me that even when a mistakes do happened they are giving an answer and support to provide a really good customer service.

There quite a few sales rep engaged with each other and they clearly saw me but there was not person who approached me to ask if I was looking for anything or a hello or even smile, yet I could see other walk in being assisted, so I left and won't be returning here.

Amazing experience overall! From the receptionist to the final sale, everything was a great experience. Everyone I met was friendly and I didn't feel the coldness/pressure that I've felt at other dealerships. I was able to establish a deal with Justin Ng and since I guess it was month end, I was actually able to get the car the same day! Unbelievable if you ask me! Totally unexpected. I didn't feel pressured at all when dealing with Justin so that was extremely pleasant. Great guy, great place. I would definitely refer anyone here and to Justin specifically!

I have been dealing with sales and service department at DVNT since last 7 years now. I must say I am very satisfied with the quality of service provided by DVNT sales and service personnel. To be honest, I have such as great experience at DVNT, I even don t bother visiting other Toyota dealerships even though those dealerships are closer to my house. This week I had a meeting with one of their sales team members Mona to discuss my next purchase. To be honest, Mona is the best.

It was our first experience with a Toyota dealership and what a positive experience it was. Sam Francella was amazing! He is a great salesman with a lot of knowledge. He is very personable, helpful, patient and kind. He even made our eight year old daughter feel special. Because of Sam's demeanor, our overall experience was over the top. Thanks for everything. This is the beginning of a great relationship.

2 other dealerships told me its gonna take 1 hour ...

2 other dealerships told me its gonna take 1 hour and 130$+tax to calibrate sensors. 130$+tax!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(those who know a thing or two about cars, knows it takes 20 min). These guys were done in 35 min and I paid only 70$ together with NEW windshield WIPERS!!! Mark is an awesome adviser, thank you again. And thanks a lot guys for being honest.

This review is long over due but definitely needs to be recognized. The service and attention to detail from the people at DVNT is impeccable. We had an issue with our car back in Jan (right before we had to leave for a business trip) and I called up the service Dept at DVNT and Marlon Lopez (guest services manager) did not hesitate to get our car in there asap and fixed the issue the same day! I am beyond pleased with the level of service and the level of commitment to guest satisfaction, I would recommend Don Valley North Toyota to everyone!

2017 Aug, I came here with a friend to look for a SUV, although he did not purchase, the sales rep was polite and professional, gave me a very good impression.
On 10Jan2018, I came and ready-to-buy a Sienna, but the sales rep was awful. Her attitude was bad, not polite at all, did not give any offer, and when we said I will go home and think, she didn't even say bye to us, what a rude service, wasted one hour of my life there. Will never consider Toyota in the future.
Finally, two days later I went to Kia and got a Sedona with excellent service.

Have been doing business with Don Valley Toyota for many years and have purchased many vehicles from them. it is always a pleasant experience and we are made to feel special. Most recently we had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Armon Mazaheri-Tehrani, a most pleasant and professional sales associate. He is very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of our questions. Of course he was interested in making a sale, but most importantly he was interested in selling us a car suited to our needs and making us happy customers.
