I went to the showroom with my wife. Met "Lillian Chen" the sales representative. Her behavior and patience towards trying to understand our expectations were nice and good. Guidance was smooth. Quickness towards customer service was good. We missed the service engineer meet for our Santa Fe as the delivery was after 6PM(It had been closed) Will visit soon to understand how to be on the maintenance and keep it all well.

I visited Don Valley North Hyundai several days ago and was met by my salesman - Askhon. Ashkon went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and concerns about the vehicles we were discussing - the Sonata and Santa Fe. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Ashkon - or Ash as he suggested I call him - made me feel very comfortable. Although I am still evaluating my options between the two vehicles discussed you can bet I will reach out to Ash when the time comes. My experience at DVP Hyundai was very pleasant. I would recommend the Salesperson Jonathan Park to anyone who's thinking of getting a Hyundai vehicle. I'm very disappointed with the service department at this location. I bought my Tucson last October from the dealer in Peterborough while I was up north visiting family but I live in Toronto. I turned on my AC for the first time in June and noticed it was only blowing warm air. I took it back to the Peterborough dealer since I was again in the area and I was told directly by the mechanic that there was a defect in the condenser so it would be covered by warranty. Unfortunately there was an error made when ordering the new condenser so I couldn't get it fixed up there and decided to take my car into this location since I had to go back to work and it's close to where I live. Despite the fact that I had a copy of the work order from up north and gave the lady over the phone a detailed account of what I was told the service advisor at DVN said it was road damage and he would not cover it under warranty. $330 for the part, a $125 "service inspection" plus tax. No thanks. Even if it was road damage (which it wasn't, I was shown the problem area by the mechanic who first looked at it) you'd think they would cover something that could be so easily exposed to potential debris striking the vehicle. In the end the Peterborough dealership fixed the issue with no questions asked, no thanks to these guys. It's a shame, I was hoping to have a positive experience here since it's so close to home but these people clearly haven't looked up the term "customer satisfaction" and have tainted the Hyundai brand as far as I'm concerned. Don't take your car here, I sure as hell won't.
I must say the pre-owned sales consultant Eric Chu was extremely helpful! Eric worked with us to ensure we get what we wanted. He was very professional and he really took his time to explain every single detail to us. He never rushed us to purchase the car. But of course with his help we have purchased the car we wanted. Once again I would like to thank Eric for being so patient with us and helping us get the car we wanted.

We recently purchased a new Hyundai Elantra from your dealership. Mr. Arbi Aboulian worked with us tirelessly to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. We were very specific about the colour of the vehicle as well as features and he helped us find one and went into great detail explaining all the features. He made us feel very comfortable with the purchase by answering all the questions we had (and we had a lot of them). The warranty coverage was explained in great detail as well as the process involved in finalizing the purchase of the vehicle.
We are extremely pleased with Mr. Arbi as well as your dealership as a whole. The service is impeccable, the warranty is unmatched and the quality of the vehicles is above expectations.

Super smooth experience leasing a new car. Got in contact with Run on a Wednesday and by Friday afternoon I drove away in my brand new car. Amazing service before, during, and after getting a vehicle with them. Guys i will share another bad experience with the service department at dvn hyundai today.So i used an online tool to make a service appointment for my santa fe turbo, today is tuesday and i wanted to make an appointment for tomorrow but it didnt give me an option for tomorrow and directed me to the dates that the appointments were available, so i booked an appointment for thursday may the 30th/19 for 1pm. An hour or so later some asian lady with a very thick accent called from the service department, i could barely make out what she was saying, i THINK thats what she said that the time i booked is not available so i asked her why did your system let me book if that time wasnt available? she rudely hung up on me without saying a word. like seriously!! so i had to call 3 times to get a hold of her. So i asked why did you hang up, now she started making excuses. so now i think she said that she doesnt have anything available till june 12 which is 15 days from now! i said thats way too long of a wait. she said sorry and that she couldnt do anything about it and bye and thats it. 15 days to get any type of service done at this location i think its ridiculous guys. i think someone from hyundai head office should sit down with the manager at this service department and talk to him about reducing the service time and who he should put behind the phone to communicate with customers. Someone who people can understand would be greatly appreciated. review written on May 28/19.
Don Valley North Hyundai was very approachable and friendly, and both the sales agent Allan Chow and the sales manager Chris Catsanos were very accommodating to my needs and concerns. Initially I had to wait for my car as they ran out of the white colour, but in the end I switched to a red Elantra GT instead and Chris was very reasonable in giving me a better discount because red was not my first choice. I got a very good deal on my trade-in and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. This dealership is quite honest, friendly and they genuinely care about their clients. Overall 5- star performance, and would definitely take friends and family back to the dealership in the future!!
The folks at Don Valley North Hyundai are truly focused on customer service. This is the first time that I have purchased a car from a dealership and I was really impressed. Mezghan (Mezzie) only showed me cars that would give me longevity and took the time to really know my needs - my five-10 year goals. She didn't push anything on me that wasn't taking my future plans to grow a family into account. She was extremely patient as I looked through my options, and eager and friendly.
They were rammed the afternoon that I went and that's the only reason that I am not giving them a full five stars - it did get a little hectic. However, they exerted any energy they had left to give my boyfriend and I the time that we wanted to take with this decision.
After the purchase of my car there was a bit of a misunderstanding but the manager, Nash, took the time to call me and apologize for the misunderstanding and made everything right again. He called immediately, not three days after (like some places). I really appreciated his integrity and how quick he was to understand my concerns and address them like a professional.
I am really glad that I ended up coming here, best experience I have had at a dealership yet!
Came here to get the rear bumper of my lexus Rx350 fixed after an accident. Can't comment on the cost as I did not shop around. The service desk guy arranged everything. Got me a car rental from an affiliated car rental agency, and coordinated payment from the guy who hit my car. The service guy made the process really easy for me, and the quality of the work was great. I would come here again but hope I don't get into any more accidents =)

Arbi went over a lot of safety features in the cars that I was interested in and made me feel confident in my choice that Hyundai was definitely the way to go again. He went above and beyond to go over everything about the cars that I was looking at and I will definitely be going back to make a purchase. First of all. Hyundai gave me a great deal for a used Sante Fe Sport. I cannot say much of Sam Chen as the dealer who sold me the car (e.g. did not include a manual, did not have the car ready when he said it would be ready) but his boss (Arthur) was very kind to us and helped us to seal the deal. I love that car. The fit and finish is more than I can ask for. The interior makes me happy plus the music that plays when you enter the car...brings a smile to my face.
Cato Chung on the other hand, he is the Parts & Service Manager. Always calls you back when you leave a message. At least I know he tries his very best to do so. He is reliable and very eager to help you out. I brought my car in a few times, but when Cato Chung is working, I know that my car is being well taken care of. Always. That is the service I expect from a dealership and nothing less.
Steven is one of the staff members who work in the shop. He is very friendly and he was responsible to detailing my car and washing the exterior. When I got my car back, it was like the car was brand new. A few weeks ago, my fiance's dog was sick I had to transport the dog in the trunk. My fiance's dog sheds hair like crazy!! I never thought the hairs would be removed. I thought it would be impossible But Steven cleaned it so well, I could not detect one dog hair. Thank you for your hard and detailed work on my car. You are amazing!

After you sign the purchase agreement, they will start showing their real side by giving you attitude, showing ignorance, and giving you a really hard time on any of your inquiries and giving you the run around on the resolution.
To complicate things even more, you will be refused to speak to the manager. They will tell you that you will receive a call back, but keep you waiting. They will be too busy to look into your inquiry.
Other Hyundai dealerships in Toronto will give you MUCH better service!
