A great place for a good rest I recommend for families with children

The time spent here was wonderful! The week with the children passed extremely nicely. Clean, well-kept swimming pool, interesting animations, beautiful zoo, sealarium, a friendly staff and stylish rooms. Huge 5+ for delicious food and 6+ for service, which answers questions and helps solve problems with a smile. Beautiful place! The stable horses are calm and neat, the instructor is helpful and smiling.

It's bad ... you can see that the tooth of time has gnawed at this place ... or maybe it's a coronavirus ... but the heyday of this place is long gone ... it is very expensive and unfortunately not very interesting ...

It's a cool place for a child. However, the minus is a separate fee for each place (zoo, sealarium or water zoo).

You can expect the best place on earth But it's great

Very nice surroundings, a beautiful forest with marked paths that lead to the most interesting places. I recommend going to the seal show a year at the sealarium, great fun. A nice hotel, but be careful when booking a room for three people, one will sleep on a fold-out chair . Good food. recommend

No information that the rope park is closed. Maps out of date. Some of the attractions are done by force, it's a pity because instead of the climate goes trash.

Hotel with 250 guests with charmingly courteous service. Two swimming pools, a sauna complex and a SPA center are an attraction for those who do not need a beautiful forest surrounded by which the hotel was built. The food is very good, the rooms are big and clean, certainly not once will I be a guest of this hotel, maybe during one of the concerts organized in this place?

A hotel with an absolutely complete offer - silence, peace, beautiful views, zoo, seal center, horse riding. In addition, a stone's throw to Ustka and S upsk. The higher price range and small pool facilities are the only "but".

A beautifully located, comfortable hotel. The only thing on the minus is a kitchen that is not equal to the quality of the object.

Mixed feelings about Dolina Charlotty hotel.
The hotel is advertised as a luxury resort and spa, 4 *.
Unfortunately that was 10 years ago and today, unfortunately, this is not the case.
On the plus side:
-Nice service
-Clean room
- Beautiful surroundings of the hotel
- Spa / swimming pool very nicely done with big windows to the forest.
-Good breakfasts

On the downside:
-The hotel stopped in -90 / -00
- Slackened beds - springs come out of the mattress
-Old towels and bathrobes - slack, some with holes
-The area around the hotel is neglected - remains of a broken rope park and plastic / garbage after organized runs.

Unfortunately, it is not a luxury hotel or a hotel that deserves 4 *.

Time for renovation / change of manager?

Nie polecam I do not recommend regarding price and our journey not worth ! . The restaurant is really basic, bad experience with flies in dishes everyday you have to pay the coffee at the souper, no activities for children on sundays, park linowy in the offer is closed since 2 years ... "living kitchen" only once , explanation from service : we dont have anyone knowing how to make pancakes... old noisy climatisation in our room, etc... really we regret having spent our time and money there, a really bad experience

Very nice atmospheric place. All tastefully decorated. Very nice area around the hotel, a hilly area, full of paths, you can take a walk and even meet wild animals - we met the wild behind which chased our dog :) A place worth recommending. Frequently visited by rock stars - organized concerts.

Hotel very nice. A lot of greenery. It's where they come from. Zoo. Fokarium. Swimming pools. You can kill time with children. Food rather poor - unfortunately. And it's ordered and it's in a hotel package. He also deducts one star for food. One for the service, which in most foreign and if not oriented what where and how. Placing money with such a good amount of money there are certain expectations as to food and service.

It's worth coming. However, the price for a family getaway is quite high. A quite impressive collection of animals for a private zoo.

The place itself is charming. The service was incredibly nice, even though it really was at the time when I was with my little daughter a lot going on in the hotel. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the rooms - I ordered with a balcony and received at the bottom. Thinking that the price goes with quality.

I rate this place for five (5) stars because I really like the area. There is a stud here, so we can ride on horses. Next to it is a sealarium with lovely pets. We also find here a bar, a restaurant with a view of the river and a bar with ice cream. You can sail on the ship, finding islands with animals on the way. We can find there 9 islands, including one with lemurs. You can stroke them and feed them.
I highly recommend the whole place. Worth visiting. Super zoo

A beautiful and diverse place for people with various uses. Lovers of walking and running, horse riding, swimming, jazz concerts will find their atmosphere here. Lots of attractions for kids.

Beautiful surroundings. Rest and renewal great. Explore the surroundings by bicycle. Great bicycle routes. Close to Ustka. It is worth going through the "yellow trail".

A great place. Zoo, Poland playground, places to use, sealarium and very good cuisine. A lot of attractions for children.

A beautiful place in the hands of people with a sick approach to business ... The zoo and sealarium are not well taken care of and the prices come from space. In the restaurant, after 10 minutes of waiting, we didn't get a card or a word of explanation from the waiter so we left. I definitely do not recommend !!!!!!!!

It's a nice place, the zoo is worth visiting, but I advise you to avoid the Go ciniec restaurant - we waited for a long time, we got almost cold, dry fish, I do not recommend it.

Great views of delicious food, for children many tourist attractions zoo seal ponds and seasonal events

A place worth visiting even for a small zoo, which turns out to be not that small, especially since there is no similar place in the area. In addition, a great playground and a fairy-tale part for children. I have been there with my daughter several times and she has always liked it. A big plus for organized concerts and other events, e.g. running.

We spent this year's Christmas with my husband in Dolina Charlotty and we are not satisfied with our choice ... We will probably not return to this hotel anymore.
Substantiation:
Apartment:
- mostly cold in the rooms - at our request, we and our family (from another room) received additional duvets.
Farelki in the rooms, so that the guests can warm themselves :) I have not met this anywhere :)
- it is not possible to watch TV from the bed - the TV is only in the living area,
- dirty cover on the bed - crumbs of food replaced on the armchair at our request,
- the smell of cigarettes in the bathroom - we received an air freshener on request,
- no help / interest from the reception - in order to get an answer to our questions / requests, we had to personally ask if anything was known about our matters,
- toilet cover container empty - on request for refilling - answer that there is no (why this container?) :)
- lack of basic hotel toolkits - including tissues, according to the reception there are no, we asked a nice maid - it turned out that they are :)
- broken armchair and shelf in the wardrobe in the apartment (repaired on request - you can unpack :))
- in the restaurant we quite often came across an unwashed (fat) plate :(
- during the Christmas Eve we asked for plates and cutlery to be changed - as it turned out (information from the waiter) they are per person and implicitly - we eat on our dirty ones. The dishes were getting cold and we were waiting without plates and cutlery, constantly asking for them. Then we consumed cold foods,
- we didn't like the food very much :( With some exceptions. But generally not tasty,
- the promised bonfire in the holiday package - we did not live to see it (I suppose it was included in the price - it did not take place, the price difference was not returned, but we did not ask for it either); we feel only a bit misled - because it was supposed to be a nice attraction,
- cold water in the pool - probably the coldest in which we had the opportunity to swim in hotels - the Baltic Sea :) And in December it would be useful to heat the water, in summer it might be something else,
- we asked to contact the manager / management - they were supposed to contact us, we didn't get to the end of our stay.
Pros so that there is no:
- kindest maid,
- the same lady from pancakes,
- free parking,
- in summer too much greenery around :)
- large terrace,
- a nice sweet Christmas surprise for the guest in the room :)
If we knew, we wouldn't have come to this place. But we don't know, until we try ourselves - only the money spent is a regret ... I leave the decision to potential clients. Above are our subjective feelings, meticulously written down during our stay on the spot.
I greet other dissatisfied with Christmas, because I can see that the opinions have already circulated :)

Service so bloated as poor, uneven food, pork chop, average fish soup, nice cod. Apple pie very good, espresso (the waiter said) one of the worst I've had, cappuccino too. I definitely do not recommend these prices. A big plus for the location, however this is a restaurant, not a viewing terrace.

Good breakfasts, nice and clean rooms, lots of attractions for children, great swimming pool, I recommend it!

Triumph of form over content! For a small cubicle PLN 440 (price PLN 100 more than given by phone at the time of booking). Stuffed in the room, dirty in the pool and saunas, descending paint from the benches in the playground! Only the reception hall and the restaurant room make a good impression, all in order to get rid of you in advance for such an embarrassing standard. Claustrophobic corridors, everything is heard. I have not been so disgusted for a long time, I do not recommend it to anyone, unless someone likes to be put in a bottle.

Excellent location, beautiful views, quiet around, friendly service. It is worth working on. Very average dinners, decent breakfast.

Lovely hotel, delicious food. A dozen or so kilometers from Ustka. I would recommend.

I was not at the hotel. I was at the concert in the amphitheater. Little benches as for the good old communist times, but the atmosphere was unique. The concerts for everyone. I highly recommend

The resort itself beautifully well-kept, nice location, near the sea. But is not this one of the high class hotel in Poland? I was at a Foreigner concert. It was divine, chad. And here begins the magic of this place. You can meet people from the world of music in the corridor, take a picture with them. This place because many musicians come there is magical. Only yesterday I thought, it is not possible that crowds came to such a "wild" town. And yet. The emperor also added that the organization at the concert was super, the sound system revelation. Seat comfort weak, benches strongly elongated, uncomfortable. Also, shopping for drinks and food for controversial chips. You will not buy anything for money. You need to exchange money for tokens at the kiosk, then for a round amount, for example 0.33 water for a five-door token and already. Plus the solution that goes fast with tents with food. The minus that you have to stand in two queues and the prices inflated to a round amount.

Unfortunately, we expected much more from a 4-star hotel at this price. Very poor quality and monotonous food (both in the hotel restaurant and on the water) with very high prices. Messy rooms. On the plus side a very good SPA and nice area all around.

Great place, friendly and obliging service. I would return the ovage on the owner's place to the appearance of the balconies.

It is not cheap, but I think this place is a very interesting alternative for parents who want to introduce their children to the life of wild animals as well as escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and plastic trash that unfortunately flooded seaside resorts.

I would recommend. Great place. It is best to choose, however, just before or after the season because there are so many people in the course that it is difficult to go with children.

Unfortunately, quite expensive. It is interesting only after purchasing the ZOO Safari option, where you sail with a guide boat, which tells about animals on the islands. The sculptures in a mini zoo from various fairytales make a great impression. The downside is the bar, which serves half-cold casseroles.

A place quite ok. For a walk with the family, for example. Unfortunately, the ticket prices are too high for the attractions. The worst "option" is the local "bar". Prices at least a 5-star hotel and the quality and taste worse than in a decaying railway station bar. Generally, I do not recommend it.

A good place for a weekend with children. Zoo sealarium and ponds. Small but nice pool. Rooms without air conditioning. I do not recommend it for longer stays. Decent kitchen.
