A place worth recommending. The picturesque area has many attractions for children. Zoo and sealarium, rope park, canoes. A big plus for food and service. Full professionalism. Great pool, nice equipment at the gym. Bowling, gaming machines for children, ping-pong table. A great parlor. With a slide and a pool with balls. A big plus for massages in the spa zone ladies are trying very hard. Stay with kids great. As for the minuses, I think it would be better to refresh the rooms because it is not climatic and a bit dirty. Bathroom without water mixers tragedy, generally clean but old. Television size of the notebook: (generally a rating of 4 because a big minus for the party that took place during our stay.) Loud music did not let you relax.Although the hotel staff forgot to inform their guests about this fact, the apology and compensation allowed a good evaluation and I would definitely recommend it to everyone Earlier, however, ask if there will be an event.

We bought holidays from 2 + 2.
On the plus side:
- Delicious food, impeccable service both in the room and in the facility. Very kind and helpful people. Receptionists very reliable and friendly.
- A large playroom and all-day animations for children, cool. The kids had something to do.
- Saunas in the plus and swimming pool area approx.
- We also recommend sealarium. Towels in the rooms were replaced without any problems.
- Kids soup option around noon - great idea.
On the downside:
- Bathrooms could be renovated, no towel rails.
In addition, bar soap is a massacre, especially for children who have difficulty mastering it.
The towels and bathrobes smelled and were slimy. (They passed something even though they were washed)
- Lots of standing water around the pool.
- Wardrobes in the room look large but little space for clothes ....
- Poor lighting in the room
- Bowling: Tracks in a tragic condition ... crooked and weathered ... the price for the game is greatly exaggerated.
- We have been misled about the possibility of using horses in the stable. We were informed over the phone that our child, who has been riding horses in the stable for 2 years due to his age, can only take a walk on a horse ... which is completely pointless for us ... since the child is doing well in a group . (The kid was focused from the beginning, the equipment was taken, and here's a bluff)

A place that has, as usual, advantages and disadvantages. It depends what the tourist expects. We both looked for silence, greenery, contact with nature - treehouses met our expectations in this respect. Living conditions leave much to be desired as for the price - equipment heavily exploited, not to say destroyed and stale. Small and not very functionally developed area. Plus it's a terrace overlooking the 4 sides of the world and. . . neighbor, who can be a foreigner that a flock of york in some versions 2 cottages have one shared terrace. Delicious and varied food. Green surroundings, close to wonderful Ustka and charming S upsk.

A very interesting place with many attractions (including a chapel on the island, a zoo, a horse farm, tree houses, fisheries and an amphitheater hosting world-class stars). High standards of customer service. Fantastic SPA with a beautiful Indian decor though a pity that artificial plants were used. The huge space of the Charlotta Valley gives you the freedom to stroll. Cuisine and wine are definitely the weaknesses of this charming place. With kind regards for the owner.

A unique place for rest and recreation! Only the amphitheater should have a roof !!!!

Fantastic breakfasts! Extra pool. Rooms nice, comfortable beds. Nice atmosphere.

Interesting small sealarium and mini zoo. However, the infrastructure leaves much to be desired, especially at the mini-zoo. There are no garbage bins at the playground. Bar with unused potential where you can buy only black coffee and several types of bars. The swings creak mercilessly, and it would be enough to lubricate a little. Toilet neglected. It gives three stars for encouragement.

Encouraged by opinions, I went. A hotel with great ambitions, but already a bit outdated, when you look at these prizes, you say wow, but if you look at what is there, in fact, you are not crazy. Restoration and meals the worst thing that can be, packages with stays of 4-5 days, (eat breakfast for 5 days the same) tomoim opinion for the "supposedly" such an honorable hotel is not fitting. Dinners under the dog. One day there was even raw meat, as we pointed out the fact was exchanged, but how can it be spent? Every day, the same (I'll add one) salad for the main course (vegetable salad and vinaigrette) for such a "queer" hotel. But after the opinions of the guests who were with us and the opinions of Internet users, I see that it is not just my opinion. Maybe in the summer time, when people sit more above the water and fall into the hotel only for the night, it will still escape, but in the winter-winter season there really is nothing. Even this pseudo playroom for children (it's really a carpet, some plasikowy house, two cross-balls, tables and crayons) Spa and pool ok. But the rest broke everything. A hotel if it's for one night and home, it will not scare you. The first and the last time. I will not recommend it to anyone

Relatively expensive. Nightmare queues in the season (one ticket office). Even worse queues for the water safari. Buying a ticket for this attraction is a piece of cake, waiting for the ferry is an organizational horror. Not worth it. The same can be seen from the shore. In the heat, the animals sit in the bushes anyway and you can't see them. The cruise time during the crowd of crowds is shortened below the declared time of 25 minutes.

On the plus side - a fairy-tale land for children.

If you go to a zoo and aquatic zoo then for the price I expected something better. Land of fairy tales is nice but quite small. The sealarium with potential but neglected for three pools was so dirty that it was impossible to see floating seals

A wonderful place for both couples and families with children. Rooms stylishly decorated, very clean, comfortable beds and very friendly service. Meals will satisfy the appetiest appetite. In addition to the attractions in the hotel itself: swimming pool, bowling, spa and Wellness zone, a lot of interesting places to visit outside the hotel but it belongs to: riding school, zoo, seal center, restaurants by the pond. Pond stocked, a real paradise for avid anglers. I recommend !!

One big minus for the only use of the coffee machine during dinner. When I saw this card with the words that you can only use the coffee machine during breakfast, I thought "seriously?"
Second issue, it's time for small repairs of walking routes.
Food ok. Rooms ok. No air conditioning, which can be a problem in summer.
It is also incomprehensible that the windows only open to the full width, they cannot be tilted. If you get a ground floor room and you don't like stuffiness then you have a problem at night ...

A brilliant place in the middle of nowhere. A huge space. Full of attractions. I mention the zoo, sealarium, restaurants with delicious food and a great view. I would recommend.

A very large holiday complex. Everyone will find something for themselves here. Large concerts are often organized in the nearby amphitheater. A place suitable for every age group. Clean and tidy.

Climatic location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly service, but too modest choice of hotel restaurant. Tomato cream soup was plain tomatoes without pasta, and Fish & Chips fried fillet in thick batter with ordinary fries.

We bought a weekend for two. It was extra. Massages and pool nice. A walk in the woods was also very nice. However, for a trip with children during the holidays I would think about it because it's probably not it.

Even a lot of attractions from the snobbish hotel through the mini zoo, the seal center, tree houses. Everywhere you pay for entry separately and you have to pay twice in the zoo to visit everything. Generally very expensive. Good place as the weather is because everything is outside.

The seal show was great. The restaurant is great. In the zoo, the most interesting attraction are the bisons, but we did not manage to see them, because they were just on another run in the forest, so a waste of money. If you are coming for it, demand at the checkout to ensure that they will be on the main runway.

Great place for families. Lots of attractions for every family member. The hotel service deserves a mega plus including restaurants on the water, sealarium, zoo and stable service. Everyone very polite and helpful. Breakfast and dinner very tasty - a large selection of dishes. Very easy to pay, you forgot your wallet, you can enter a payment for the room and pay at check-out, by card, cash or BLIK. A place worth recommending.

Excellent place, zoo, seal center, horse farm. Beautifully and prices adequate to quality. I take the star for the restaurant. The waitress, despite her request, did not give a drink card, because she said she could tell everything. We were asked about the order in which the dishes were served, after which they were reported in a completely different order. The staff, after asking about cutlery for children, did not even offer a teaspoon, we asked them at the bar. Dishes exquisitely served, flavored medium and expensive. In summary, I highly recommend a trip with children, with lunch outside the object :)

On the other hand, exorbitant prices for what is offered - a bowling alley a bit pseudo, room bathroom hit by a tooth of time, swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness room if there are no people, food is good, but typically hotel To sum up, it is generally a nice place but overrated. A fantastic place to spend the world, a very interesting alternative to traditional solutions. Nice and efficient service, good conditions, although comparing year to year, it came out a bit worse. Chaos broke in during the Christmas Eve dinner, there was definitely no reaction from the manager of the facility. Just a few words because waiting for borscht and later for hot fish made people look for cold snacks, the wait staff tried to explain it to people but it only lengthened the process of serving dishes. There should be a manager here. Good food alone, although the variety is weaker than last time, fewer "attractions" for children although Miko aj was nice. This time on the eve of Christmas Eve the bonfire was as usual, but the closed Go ciniec made eating sausage by the bonfire not fun in itself, good it wasn't raining because probably no one would appear. When asked whether it was worth coming here again? the answer is one, I was not entirely convinced, unfortunately next year we will look elsewhere.

I think someone had a good idea, but the issue of organization leaves much to be desired. The building is interesting, the area is beautiful but even though we were at the beginning of the season, the balcony window did not close, the glass was erased in some paint, the shroud protecting the structure was peeling, no lifeguard in the pool, damaged showers, no soap. Like little things, but not at this price. The website looks like premium quality and is actually quite average.
