Hotel very nice, delicious food and friendly service. Very good house wine in the restaurant. Unfortunately, they organize company events without informing before arrival which plays until 4 am and in rooms loud. Unfortunately, the manager was not too excited about it.

Unfortunately, waiters were overwhelmed. Food was good.

Nice place. A lot of things to do especially for kinds. Beautiful landscape, forest, lakes, animals, everything to relax and spend nice time with family.

This was our second week's stay at this property. We were on holiday without any concerts. In general, the facility is away from the center, in peace and quiet on a large area. The rooms are interestingly decorated, but do not have air conditioning, which sometimes bothers you during the holiday season. On the plus side there is its own zoo and seal center, food at affordable prices in hotel restaurants. It is worth coming here if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle.
the zoo or sealarium itself gives you the opportunity to be very close to the animals. You can really pet the lemur. Whoever was on seals in Hel or in the Warsaw Zoo will be positively surprised here. Of the meals we only had breakfast and the rest was from the menu which we were happy with. Some of what they describe about food, I have an impression so far they went to warm countries for all inclusive for a thousand zlotys and ate and drank to the stop. Apart from the fact that it speaks poorly, it is also unhealthy. At this property, meals are at the hotel level.

We were on inflatables. The entrance fee is PLN 40, the price is PLN 35 on the website and Facebook. Apart from this fact, the website says that children under 3 do not pay, it is not true. A child does not pay anything up to a year, over a year each child pays PLN 40 (apparently the president of Charlotte changed the prices at night (31.07) ... for three children it costs PLN 120. A two-year-old, for whom we also had to pay, used only one inflatable he couldn't enter, the steps on the inflatables are not for such little ones (and you have to pay the normal price). Dirty inflatable boats, full of sand and sticks, Electric cables behind the inflatables are not secured in any way, which is what everyone can imagine. the fact that there are a lot of inflatables, the price is not adequate to the condition it is in. The owner should also reduce the price for children up to 3 years old.

We stayed in Dolina Charlotty in the last week of August, unfortunately the facility does not meet our expectations, and the appearance and technical condition is far from that presented in the pictures. Room for a family of 4, very small, without air conditioning (fan is a reward), but clean. As a family with children, of course, we went to the mini zoo and sealarium, naturally another profession. Sightseeing for a maximum of half a day, broken cages, dirty catwalks, a fortune everywhere and not to mention the smell. The rope park is practically non-existent, there are some holes in the nets! The next days we wanted to rent cross-country bikes because there were no "ordinary" bikes for a few summer children (before arrival, I called and asked about bikes for children and adults and was assured that they are) unfortunately another disappointment, the bikes are tiny for a 2-year-old and inoperable, we decided to rent bicycles for adults with children's chairs and? of course, another zonk, the bikes also inoperative and without air in the wheels. Food? usual mediocre hotel food. A huge plus is the service, the employees are very nice and obliging, but they can not do much, because you can see immediately that the facility is very poorly managed and actually not managed at all. Swimming pool approx.
At PLN 3.600 for 4 nights, you can expect something more.
The facility is over 10 years old and you can see that there has been no major renovation or investment in those 10 years. The grass in front of the object has been mowed, but a bit further there are bushes and garbage.

A good starting point.
A great atmosphere especially during the concerts of the legend of the year or during cabaret nights.

Failure, it is not worth coming here at all. We went to the sealarium, the water is completely opaque. Information that the water filters damaged only after entering and, of course, paying for tickets. After the quality of the seal center, we have already given up the mini zoo (a normal ticket of PLN 20). Car parks consist mainly of holes and mud. Lots of advertising but no quality on the site. I strongly advise against.

I was expecting something more. Hotel quite nice, but the rooms need significant refreshment, there was also no air conditioning. The food was quite tasty, but the selection of dishes was not impressive. I am deducting one star for the dinner situation - please pay attention to the staff to maintain good hygiene, especially in times of a pandemic. I omit that despite the order, no one wore masks. But during dinner, the waitress picked up a sausage from the ground (which had fallen off while applying it) and WITHOUT CHANGING THE GLOVE, she continued to put the meal on. I pointed this out, but you obviously didn't understand what I was saying. She apologized, then continued to place the meal with her dirty (as if not looking) hand ...
It should be noted that the hotel is adapted mainly for families with children, in my opinion it is not suitable for staying "together".
The hotel area compensates for everything. Zoo, sealarium, ponds - fabulous :) As for the SPA and its service - absolutely flawless. Full relax. In my opinion, the ladies were very professional.
To sum up - I believe that the price in this case did not fully correspond to the quality. I simply booked better hotels for this amount.

A great place to stay with children, lots of attractions. Unfortunately, I subtract one star for the kitchen - generally over-salted soups and heavy food.

Professional absluga. Nice atmosphere. I recommend Rybaczowke in particular. Breakfast included, lots of variety, tasty and healthy. Beautiful surroundings. For children there is a zoo, a swimming pool and a rope park

Trip with family for the weekend, great views and attractions, beautiful place. But .... throughout our stay the breakfast and dinner menu was the same, and the food was clearly heated, I dare say that in the microwave it was tasteless, cold and old. This is not what we expected from such a highly rated hotel. This disgusted us and we are not planning to return.

A place where you want to come back! We were with my wife quite a long time ago, but somehow during the pandemic we remembered that we had not published an opinion about the hotel / resort ... well, we are now posting it ;-) One of the few places we want to return to without a doubt. Pleasant crew, spacious interiors, comfortable and quite quiet room with a balcony, where we could admire nature while sipping a drink. Delicious food in the inn. The nearby zoo was not only for small ones and the animals did not seem to have tight cages or small running spaces. We recommend a place whether for a family trip or for a few days in order to "break down"

I had mixed feelings when going to this hotel. I was wondering why this hotel has a unicorn's head in its logo. In the Middle Ages, the unicorn was a Christian sign, but nowadays, the unicorn is a symbol of lesbian, homosexual and group sex love and is a sign that is forbidden in Christianity.
Entering the four-star hotel, I was immediately surprised by the parking lot, or rather a hardened floor for cars, with puddles after the rain. The lack of pavement and interesting, eye-catching vegetation make the hotel built of red brick look austere. Inside, there are also red brick trim, decor with old motifs. At the reception there are many photos from the next Rock Legends Festivals, which take place next to the hotel in the Amphitheater. Rooms clean, bathrooms cleaned, but mine could be refreshed. In the restaurant, the food is simple but good. Breakfast included in the price of the room, Swedish type. I consider the prices high for this standard. On site, upon agreement, spa, massage, bowling alley, billiards, swimming pool, fitness room, playroom for children. Outside, a petting zoo. There is a lake view from the room. Competent service, a lot of foreigners, not all can be well understood. The hotel also organizes events and meetings for collective groups. That is why people who value peace and quiet can find a training or conference, then it is crowded and loud. Free wi-fi. The hotel is not accessible for disabled people.
All in all, for the price, I was expecting something more from a 4 star hotel.

Totally overrated place !!! I advise against zoo! A ticket for 25 PLN from an adult and 18 discount is a great exaggeration for what it represents with its standards !!
No arrows informing about the direction of sightseeing, very dirty in the mini zoo and fairy tale zone (cobwebs and dirt in fairy-tale houses, e.g. Red Riding Hood, sculptures of fairy-tale old figures, e.g., Thumbelina, no hands, or dwarfs who eat bark beetles) !!!
Ticket price dear you, like to a serious reputable zoo, and here a dirty, neglected place with a very poor selection of animals presented with underinvested infrastructure !!
Unfortunately, me and my family are disappointed with a visit to this place !!!

This is my second visit to the tree houses and I can recommend this place with a clear conscience. A very good, beautiful natural circumstances and no complications. Only food in the hotel restaurant to be improved. But it's a matter of taste

A nice place for a trip while at the seaside near Ustka, Dar owo, eba. Small zoo, horse riding, feeding seals, boats, kayaks, water bikes, fishing, SPA, restaurant, cross-country trails. I recommend!

The whole makes a nice atmosphere, zoo more for the younger generation.

Lovely location, well-kept area around the hotel and cottages. A great place eg for a family with children. But the worst kitchen I've ever had. I advise you to take the packed lunch, because sometimes served dishes are completely inedible ;-) (the chef also agreed with me). Service level and cleanliness acceptable ... in Eastern Europe, but it can be experienced (all our guests slept, after small perturbations, in separate beds).

Unfortunately, there was a children's hotel there, in the spa part there is plenty of them everywhere, noise and noise enter the saunas every now and then circulating between the cabins, cooling them, you can not focus and rest. Carers do not respond, the staff have it somewhere although it has been entering the entry board for 16 years. In the jacuzzi the same as recently daddy with a toddler in a soaked pampersie fit in, I gave myself the rest in the potty. Adults, for the most part, have no idea about saunas, I have seen those who did not sit in a sauna about bathrobes, they will not mention, but that's not the hotel's fault.

I recommend this hotel for a holiday with family, a lot of attractions for children, is what to do with children as the weather (playground, zoo, seal center, rope park), but also rain (2 play rooms including balls and pool) . I wonder, however, the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, we visited the hotel in May, and it was ok, but if it were hot, I think it would be hard to stand in a room without air conditioning. We chose an accommodation with half board, delicious food, dinners every day, there was plenty to choose from. Well, SPA zone I am very happy with pre-massage, he was gentle, did not hurt me in any way, and let me relax very much

Mixed feelings after staying at the hotel. For this money there is no crazy ... evidently the hotel is based and goes on some reputation worked out in total I do not know of what ... Location and surroundings okay. The area around and the number of attractions for kids okay. For me, minus the climat ... in the hotel, stuffy and sultry in the rooms, some cheap windmill for PLN 50 ... rooms relatively small two people with a child and no more how to turn ... cleaned I do not even know in which system for 6 days only twice ??? Breakfasts okay and dinner formula This is a misunderstanding and mockery of guests ... so modestly and sparingly that it hurts ... and at full occupancy in the high season ... SPA very nice price is known as a hotel spa but somehow massage about ... I do not generally discourage. Let everyone come and judge ... a few days for sure "you can survive";)

It is a rather small zoo or a beautiful park with playground, fairytale forest (building with fairy tale characters, music, stories about speakers) and small water safari. The water area is actually like a small tropical river and you can see animals. There are not so many animals, but our kids liked it. The seal feeding (every 2 hours) was also cute. All in all a family outing, as well as picnic and picnic.

Nice hotel, however, in my opinion, the prices are light madness ...

I spent a week of vacation there this year with the whole family but it was not crazy.

On the plus side, for sure: daily cleaning and friendly service. Cool playrooms for children, although a monkey grove would need some air because some kind of massacre. After 10 minutes, my head is dizzy from the stuffiness. Pool also a plus. Nice two swimming pools, jacuzzis, saunas. It's fun to relax even at 10 am. Nice spa. :)

On the downside: the food. One and the same quite often. Little variety and average good. In the afternoon there were supposed to be soups for children - and there were. But, cabbage soup :) I think there are many more interesting soups for children than cabbage soup; / unfortunately we had to turn back and not only us because lichen children do not like cabbage soup.
The entire surroundings of the hotel. The pictures are nice and neat and actually dirty. Old benches, cobwebs everywhere and "poops" from horses; /
There were supposed to be inflatable toys in the open air for children. We were there for 7 days and there were locks for only 1 day. The rest of the days theoretically they were supposed to be, but there was no service. The website says that there are 2 playgrounds, 1 of which is located in the mini zoo and to enter there you have to pay admission to the zoo.

In a word, the hotel certainly does not deserve 4 *. Will I recommend? No. Will I go back there? No.

A very good upscale restaurant specializing in fish the menu is in Polish and English! And try the Appel pie very well!

Great place. I was there twice, once on integration trip and once with my family. It was nice every time. Good food, comfortable rooms and beautiful surroundings. In the rooms I liked the fact that for hotels, there was a lot of wardrobe space, which was very convenient when you are with your family. A lot of attractions in the area - a zoo, a seal center, horse riding. Neighborhoods good for walking.

Revelation. I've been here several times and have never been disappointed.

Food first class! It's costly, but what I saw on the plate after the administration made an impression on me. Beautifully presented, well-structured. It tasted great thanks to the additions. All you need is one addition so that ordinary pancakes will reveal a completely new taste to us.
This, unfortunately, is associated with a high price, but if you earn a national average, I would say it is cheap. Climate of the premises 10/10.

It's worth to be there as soon as the concert begins

A unique place! Beautiful surroundings a very comfortable hotel with a great pool and a very good restaurant. Very nice service. Thank you for hosting I highly recommend !!! The only thing that can be changed is the double beds could be slightly larger

The hotel is located in a very picturesque and well-kept area. Rooms neat, but not having air conditioning (only a fan), a small TV (no more than 20 inches). Televisions downstairs in the bar to replace - broken CRT and poor reception - the Euro is unacceptable. I participated in the trip as an organized group. Food below all standards (3 days with frozen rows weighs: carrots, cauliflower and broccoli as an addition to the main dishes), broth with iced hair, evening with a grill that has been fried earlier and served in preheaters. The chicken was hard two days in a row. Gyros salad with garlic sauce and pet bottle. The last supper on the tables was spread out with holes in tablecloths. I asked the lunchbox in the morning (reminding myself twice), the receptionist said she had not prepared it - the cook was making it on his knee. I do not recommend, somehow in relation to the price - not much. I will not go back there for sure.

A beautifully located hotel with many attractions for children, even the youngest. The food is quite good even a special menu for children. We were in November and most of the guests are families with young children. I think a little bit lack of service to at least take care of the state of the sauna, swimming pool or provide attractions like a mini disco. But it is a popular hotel and recommendable.

A beautiful place to relax. Wonderful views outside the window ponds and greenery encourage you to take a walk it was a pity that I was only for the weekend but it was great. Very nice service, a great approach to the client, here is what to do pool, spa, restaurant on the water, zoo, land of fairy tales, horse farm and many more to exchange for a long time. Minus one star for food, there was something to eat, but too many spicy dishes. Soups are also weak
Menu for children bottom of the bed of nagetsy from the package, probably a joke for this money and only 2 items. There is no soup for children.

Zoo ok, seals tired, nice views. Parking free. You can, but you don't have to.
