Beautifully situated, there are attractions with children

Hopelessness with a restaurant. We have waited half an hour to place the order. A few waiters bustled around us and everybody said one after another "in a moment the friend will come over" and none of them approached. After an hour the waiter brought nugets to the child and the fish fingers were ordered and confirmed that they were fish sticks. Had he tried to make an idiot from a child?

A charming and quiet place, great restaurants and rooms

The standard is really high. Distant from the hustle and bustle, a huge parking lot and a lot of terrain for walks and tranquility. "Take a beret to the sea".

The most interesting was a walk in the woods, otherwise an overrated place. Parents with children hold your pocket, cheaper by the sea or mountains. Service not nice. With a wheelchair, it's easy to move ... We're disappointed in general. One star for the forest.

I used the saunas and pool there because I live in the area. Failure at the level of cloakrooms and showers !!! There is a need to replace showers because I have never seen so stony ones. It is difficult to wash like aunt from above. For three showers only one working properly. In saunas also ... it's broken, that fell off. As if the host ran out. Only delete nobody forgets. In such a place it is unacceptable.

A beautiful place, nice service and lots of attractions. A good place if you dream about spending time in a luxurious place, but not necessarily by the sea or in the mountains.
Unfortunately, the hotel service is in earnest of what anglers do - in the zoo it's difficult to go through the fishing equipment set with fishing equipment, there are a lot of smokers around. In addition, you can feel a clear powder in the ice cream, and some dishes at mass events are not too tasty for a 4-star hotel.

I really like this place, here you can relax and gather energy for the New Year. Nice service, the rooms are also pleasant and the surroundings are fabulous.

Good Location, very quiet but close enough to the city of Slupsk. Rooms are nice and tidy, high comfort. Food (breakfast/dinner) was great. Pub downstairs was ok, lot's of beverages but a little loud.

Mega place, food revelation, service professionalism.

I do not recommend this place:
- food not good, dinner 80 PLN per person is a misunderstanding expensive and a small selection, otherwise not tasty
- the price for the hotel is high and you have to pay additionally for all additional attractions such as the zoo, inflatable toys, seal center, etc.
-to see lemurs you have to buy a cruise and then you can swim to them
- literally everything has to be paid extra and the price per night PLN 450 is amazing
- nice room, but dirty yellow bathrobe, and the bedding also with stains.
- we came for a day with the possibility of extension, but nothing convinced us to stay there.
- hours of attractions also leave a lot to be desired:
The inflatables were supposed to be open until 8 pm, we went to the place, the Lord spoke with a great grace and said that it was until 7 pm, and we were at 6:30 pm and it was already closed.
The only plus for the service: reception, gastronomy, zoo. etc. Very nice and kind.

A very nice Hotel in a charming place. Mini zoo, ponds and restaurants by the water. Everyone will find something for both children and adults.

So one by one. One day cost 270 PLN including ... breakfast. Wow, I have to admit that I came from a hotel in Gdynia where I stayed for a few days (I am always there when I am in Gdynia) and the cost of PLN 200 included a swimming pool, breakfast, a large selection of TV channels. I went because a friend said go. After his stay, I ask if he was here. He didn't just tell him. So absolutely the place is not worth the money. Some madness. I put on a bathrobe and here .... a hole on the back, no toiletries, although they are written. The bathroom is some kind of Rococo for me, but you can't accuse someone of having one or another taste, so there was no topic. Some little worms were crawling on the sheets. I am not bitten but still a little discomfort. I go to the restaurant in the evening, I came quite late, I ask you behind the bar if it's all on the menu. This is. I look and here two cards are completely zero for vegetarians. I am asking if they have anything you can make me ... sandwiches. If I had known you would have stopped at a ladybug on the way. Ukrainian staff is not a complaint, I have Ukrainians in the company, the accusation is poor communication skills. It is better to expose people who communicate freely to contacts with the client. Massacre. Zero customer interest. Where do these supposedly good opinions come from? I have no idea. The place is located away from traffic - it's an advantage, but what about when the refrigerator gave time all night. Humming all the time. I am about 190 cm tall, so cribs are absurd. Linen too short - I used with both beds. Overall I do not recommend it. Maybe I just came across something like this, but everything right away? Breakfasts? As I wrote for vegetarians, only cucumbers and tomatoes. Well, maybe some radish and onion. Reheated bread. Anyway, it's a pity for words. The first and the last time. At this price, I think every S upsk hotel will jump over the valley. Where does that name come from? Well. Do you want to go there? At your own risk. Or you could just skim the opinions a bit more.

The food itself is good service could be better we had to wait for 40 minutes just for starter.
With food they add things on that wasn't in the description like I ordered pasta prawn and tomato sauce and when I got the food there was caviar on top.

At the New Year's Eve party the food was terrible and the fireworks display lasted 60 seconds. Failure. I do not recommend staying in any option

Disappointing stay - soooo short.
- minuses
1. Not hygienic, dirty bathroom. Clogged shower drain. Mold and streaks from some cleaning agents - a worn-out shower.
2. The minibar in the room is but empty. As in the picture.
3. One of the few hotels that demanded payment for the stay before the service was provided. I believe that it is at least inappropriate in such a facility.

+ pluses
1. Peace, despite the disgusting appearance, was clean,
2. The breakfast surprised me pleasantly, tasty, large room, comfortable tables, efficient service.

A very nice attraction for kids. As a mini zoo is a large area because the tour takes about 2 hours. There are both Polish animals and exotic specimens such as Przesympatyczna Vietnamese pig. A great bison farm equipped with an observation tower. The price for admission is quite high - 72 PLN for 2 adults and 2 children, but in my opinion it is worth it. The children are happy, especially with the beautiful and extensive playground in the middle of the zoo.

We visited restaurants in the Charlotta Valley as part of Sunday lunch. I have heard good reviews about meals here several times so we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, after visiting the restaurant we have a slightly different opinion. The first thing we noticed was emptiness, despite the lunchtime, except for us, there was only one table busy, which did not indicate the sieges of this restaurant. As the first, we chose chicken soup, sour soup and pumpkin cream, and here you can not say a bad word, because the soups were quite tasty. The second dish was no longer tasty. The children chose nuggets and, despite such a simple dish, the coating was heavily over salted, as was the wife's dish, ie cod with cabbage and white borscht sauce. I chose "trout from our farm", which due to the amount of salt, could not be eaten. Friendly service offered me a replacement for new dishes, but despite the new portion it was even worse. The trout was badly fried, almost raw, and it smelled bad. In general, the dish is not to be eaten, and the price is 55 PLN. Besides, the cat hanging around the restaurant is not the best showcase of the restaurant. Unfortunately, I do not recommend.

Revelation, I recommend it to everyone, aquarium, zoo, restaurants, stud farm, I really recommend it.

Dirty rooms, children's pool in a strange yellow shade, I have not seen such a shit a long time ago. The hotel has long since survived its splendor. And it has been used as a cereal. I do not recommend, I regret the money spent here. It is also interesting that dishes have different sizes depending on whether they come for lunch or dinner, and they cost the same.

Beautiful facility, nice pond next to it, numerous attractions, also for children, good breakfast. I would highly recommend!

Terrible food. I spent over PLN 100 and did not eat anything. Knuckle stinky and hard as stone. The tomato cream tasted like a pizza sauce. Service ok. Plus for views.

Beautiful surroundings, fresh air and lots of pets for children. I recommend it for a family trip, in the zoo you can see lemurs, sail around the zoo by boat and go to the seal sanctuary for a performance. The whole, depending on the options, takes 2 to 4 hours.

I am freshly after staying at the hotel. On the downside, a restaurant that tries to be original and is over-converted, and with some dishes you should work on the taste. Only at breakfast everyone will find something for themselves. The rooms themselves are clean, tidy and very simple. The pool and saunas are ok. As far as service is concerned, half and half, one nice, even at the reception, others as if they worked as a punishment (bar). 3 stars :)

We purchased a package for a long weekend, not as a consumer company.
Standart room as very low for this price. They could not offer anything else. Terrible dinner. This level is not in a sanatorium in the spa. They do not want to give us more than 3000 z . For comparison, for the same money I rented a 2-room flat with a garage in Sopot after I stayed "on the ice" late in the evening with all my family. They hope that it will bake, that time will pass ... I would add that we were not at the same time the only family who wrote the withdrawal. After showing them the "apartment" on the tree, they were worried about the child's health because of the impurity. I invite you all tricked contact person. We can file a class action lawsuit. It is the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract if the room was purchased remotely, its standard leaves much to be desired or simply does not suit the consumer, and the hotel is not able to provide it even by exchanging it for another.

We were only at the zoo ... The zoo itself is boredom. Cruise and island lemurs cool, but to use this attraction you have to pay separately even the entrance to the zoo - then the whole goes quite expensive.

General positive impressions. A lot of attractions for children and adults. Standard rooms could have been a bit better for this price. I recommend for less demanding families;)

On the plus side works - a great place for a walk in the beech forest; przesympatyczna Lady, who not only paddled us with a carriage, but also freely and pleasantly told about the complex, encouraging to visit the sealarium or zoo. Massage - great. On the first day we found a chilled apartment, this was corrected at the service; in the bathroom it is difficult to put cosmetics, no shelves. However, the last star is missing for ... defrosted apple pie - change the recipe!

I won't say anything about the hotel because I wasn't there. However, the Charlotte Zoo itself can write a lot. The zoo itself can be explored, come with the family, I recommend it. Unfortunately, there is a subject of the restaurant "Madagascar" in the zoo itself, I personally advise against it. I ordered a cone with mushroom, the cone was slightly browned on the outside, unfortunately the raw dough inside and the mushrooms themselves were cold and not even hot. I reported this fact to the staff, unfortunately, no intervention They took the dish in a hurry and I didn't even hear the word I'm sorry. It's like that about food and service in Madagascar. As for other things that are unacceptable to me, there is a failure of the women's toilet. In such a large facility, such defects should be repaired on a regular basis. male, which in time a failure became generally for all visitors, regardless of gender, also had a lot to be desired toilets dirty paper everywhere toilets not washed at all smell such that it was impossible to catch a breath. My son gave up using the toilet at the sight of it. July 29, 2020. I advise the management to check what is happening at the facility

Coming to the hotel with children, even when it rains for a few days, you can stay there and the children will not be bored, there is a playroom, a ball room, a trampoline, bowling, a pool table, a tennis table, a swimming pool and two bars for parents Apart from attractions, there is also a zoo in the building, a seal center is also a park with inflatable slides, castles, etc. All this is located on the 120ha site belonging to the hotel. Food, service, cleanliness, everything is great. I am very pleased with my stay in this hotel and I recommend it to everyone.

That's really a part of my life, which contributed to the performance of The Rolling Stones in Warsaw in 1967, which I managed to get. Minor "Kilkanascie latek "and I had the pleasure of watching concerts in London, Paris, Warsaw and Toronto such fames as Pink Floyd, Gilmor, Roger, Thin Lizzy, Jethro, Alvin, Niemen, Nalepa, Carlos are just a few of the legendary artists I was lucky to listen to and watch live in beautiful halls, huge stadiums, and also remember a small hall in Zoliborz in Warsaw in a culture center where Blekaut started with the founder Nalepa and vocalist Guzek, then sat with my friend on the window sill, looking at the incessant whetstones and who would think ...?
I go to the fact that often small and unknown places hide huge secrets and this time it was. I heard in Canada a little about the Charlotta Valley somewhere near Slupsk or Ustka because there was Carlos Santan there, not for the first time and it intrigued me. After arriving in Poland, I decided to dissolve the mythical fog protecting the Charlotte Valley, the occasion came quickly because my surprise was to make the last concert on 10 years of the Rock Legends festival. The festival included the Irish Water Boys concert and Alan Parson Project I never expected that I would be able to see and hear such a fame - yes, the legend and co-creators of PF Dark Side of The Moon.Ok alone, the Valley is a hotel complex and SPa and a small amphitheater with wooden seats, which can accommodate about 10,000 max. Amongst the woods we managed to get to the hotel where one of these diamond-shaped treasures is located, namely, on the walls hangs dozens of fantastic photos of groups and legendary artists, and here I fell off the proverbial barks - there were, among others, Carlos, Whitsnake, Deep Purple , Robert Plant, Dylan, Alice Cooper, Manzarek & Krieger, Perfect, Sufler Shed, Burdon, Budgie, Bonnie Tyler not even half of the legendary musicians. The next surprise met me downstairs in the pub where one of the walls is inhabited by the original autographs of performers, it is probably one of the most expensive and valuable wall of the world, the Polish The Wall ..
Admiring the eyes I did not know the conversation with a nice guy who shows me the autograph of Alan Parson and from word to word it turned out that he is the official photographer of Legend Rock and all the pictures outside and in the middle are his share. I admit that the conversation with Marek Hofman He prolonged his stories about rock artists was very fascinating, interesting. As one of the few lucky singers I've got an AMAZING album, in which there is a whole range of fantastic pictures, groups and musicians captured by Marek Hofman in the frame. I am glad that my album (obviously signed by Marek) contains one of the limited photos authorized by Robert Plant. I guess I wrote a little bit but I also gave a secret mole. My concert under the sky with the stars was wonderful and lasted over 4 hours, saturated music thickly after midnight we went to summer music, warm night. See you next year.
