A charming place. I was delighted 12 years ago when there was only a lane on the water, a fisherman's lodge, a horseshoe stable and a "gray smoke" grill. Currently, it is beyond my imagination . Zoo, butterfly house, water safari and the hit sealarium . Everything neat, well-kept. It encourages and delights. Congratulations to the owner who so consistently carries out his visions .
We are in this charming place for the fourth time. Interestingly, we discover them anew each time. Lots of attractions for every age group. Now the animal park has received the status of a zoo, with a fairly original setting (you can visit it by boat). We highly recommend it.

Nice surroundings of the hotel. Food good. Pleasant swimming pool. Rooms tasteful but would be useful for renovation. Some shortcomings (furniture and worn out equipment). In general, an interesting place, worth coming.
I had a triple room for three adults. I was given a room with two beds and a fold-out armchair for a child. As if that was not enough, I got a leaky towel and a holey robe. When I carried these things to the servants, you took them without a word. A very big job at the level of this place.

It would be a five star rating if it wasn't for one huge issue - cardboard thin walls between the rooms. How can you build such great place for the families and kids and forget about soundproofing the walls!! Super annoying, especially given the price they charge. Just because of that I don't think we'll be coming back

The first impression is very positive, the rooms clean, neat with electrics living their own lives :)
Advantages: clean, tidy, cozy, clean rooms, bathroom with heated floor, super pool and sauna, a child-friendly place, big pay games, lots of attractions around the facility, a sealer great deal.
Disadvantages: very average food, sweet tragedy - everything on one hoof and very dry, only one elevator.
In general, we consider the stay to be relatively positive.
Overall, I was disappointed. 2 ponds, a restaurant a little further, a zoo and some seal in the garden pool ... only the hotel towering over the whole is impressive ...
Nice place to rest, walks good food very nice service
I do not recommend a holiday in the Charlotte Valley. On 28/05/2020 I went there to relax from Thursday to Sunday. I found the room in terrible condition (photos of the sink and the cupboard in the room are attached). I will not comment on the price of this holiday in a supposedly "beautiful" resort & spa.
This is probably not what a room for (PLN 1400) should look like after an almost 2-month break in serving guests due to the virus pandemic. I picked up my room and returned it to the reception after 2 hours. I was offered a 10m2 larger room and that's it. The advance payment (PLN 400) is of course forfeited, I do not mention the travel costs etc. Really, people, think about whether you want to spoil a nice weekend holiday with something like that.

A great place for families with children. Indoor pool, spa and fitness. Very good food. Great rock concerts of famous stars take place here. The hotel has a zoo, solarium and stud farm. Animations for children are carried out during the holidays. A place worth recommending.

Pleasant boat trips for about PLN 15. The zoo is really a mini zoo, but it does the trick. Minus for the lack of toilets for Children. The only one toi toi I noticed at the checkout.
As always on a business trip, I visited this place and as always I am delighted with the level of service provided. Keep it up. BRAVO
A very nice place, however quite expensive. Portions very small. (We ordered pasta, the portion looked like a side dish).
Some objects are worth visiting, such as the sealarium, mini-safari or a bison ward. Some objects like "fairy tales" are a waste of time. Very poor with bars and hot food on the spot (when we do not use the hotel it can be a problem). We spent time generally nice, we rate it at 4.
A restaurant on the water is a total failure. Everything is too salted and tasteless. Waiter hopeless. First, I asked for soup for the child because he was crying from hunger, and then for meals for us. After 40 minutes we got food for us and he forgot about the child. We were alone in the restaurant, so he only had us to serve. Instead of broth, the child got water with noodles. The fish consisted of breadcrumbs only. The medium-rare steak turned out to be very well done. The pork roulades turned out to be one big bitter roulade, so much so that it was not edible. The service and the level of the restaurant is the bottom line. The lord of the water zoo harassed the monkey he intentionally frightened. The only thing nice happened to us was the seal sanctuary.
I imagined that the hotel is located in the middle of huge forest resources, such photos I saw in commercials and I was slightly disappointed, because it turned out that the nearest road running 200m from the Hotel and the surrounding Kampinos Forest is not .... Apart from that, there is no too much to cling to, small rooms, beds also quite small but cozy, bathrooms comfort do not fall, but the view from the window can be charming :-)

For the first time I was so disappointed. Tomato cream soup is a more undefined spaghetti sauce. Dessert is two biscuits topped with sauce .. Nice waiters save everything :)

A place that is definitely worth recommending to whole families ... It is also worth to reserve a whole day, and this may not be enough to visit the valley.

The potential of this place is untapped. The place is beautiful and that is basically the advantages.
The service is rude and shows no signs of good manners. We waited 20 minutes for someone to be interested in us, despite the fact that we were seen by 2 waiters who pretended that they did not see us, and the top of everything was the bartender, who when asked if it was possible to place an order with him, muttered "yyym" (meaning no) with such as if I had offended him with something to death. The waitress who served us shouted through the half of the room what to serve us and gave the impression that she wanted to get rid of us as soon as possible.
The "homemade lemonade" turned out to be plain lemon water and had a terrible taste.
The broth was hot, actually cooked on meat, the portion was large but lacked flavor.
The chicken fettucini in cream sauce turned out to grow tasteless, the portion was small and the note contained two whole pieces of chicken.
The bacon-coated tenderloin turned out to be the best of all this, which does not mean that they were delightful, although the portion was large, the meat was juicy and tender, but completely tasteless. This dish was saved only by a very good mushroom sauce.
The dishes are well presented, but for this price you can ask for more. The prices are exaggerated, there are very few items on the menu and it's hard to choose something, and the restaurant is only open until 8pm.
All in all, two stars are a stretch only because the place is beautiful.
I recommend this place for walks because you can eat for this price much better in many other places.

Nice area, nice people, but with prices it's BIG !!! This applies not only to restaurants but to all attractions. With all due respect, but to the quality of even Czech Praga, they are far away, yet they have to pay comparable money. VERY UNUSUAL.
Double rooms very small and without air conditioning or even a fan. The paths around the center are soiled with horses. It's hard to go with a pram to not miss them. Food unchanged for 3 days. No plates and cutlery during breakfast and dinner. No coffee. Unorganized service. Nobody is watching anything. The only plus is clean in the building
Great place to relax with the family. A lot of attractions in the resort (horse riding park rope kayaks zoo walking and cycling, close to the sea 15 km close to S upsk about 15 km.

The place itself is very nice and nice, but when it comes to restaurants - a failure. Sour rye soup with mushrooms, not a single piece of mushroom that reflects my whole day and I die. Space price. I do not recommend eating there anything.
The breakfast is very good, the donkey's problem seems to be a bug, at such a huge table. Room Housing clean, cozy. The hotel is beautiful and the neighborhood is also very nice, just like a hotel for families with children, descent to the lake, and also towards the zoo etc. - a massacre. Swimming pool, jacuzzi - great. Balinese massage with the whole ritual in front of it - a paradise on earth. The biggest downside, however, are prices in the restaurant, whereby, for example, a small tart with mascarpone cream and raspberries for PLN 21 was not worth recommending.
Beautiful place for quiet walks, fishing and so on. Well (especially for children) made by the zoo. There is also a hotel and spa, but I will not judge.
I suspect that the concerts have a hot climate here;)
An interesting place for a family stay. There were many attractions to choose from so the children were not bored, and we could rest with her husband. Divine spa !!! Beautiful smells, very nice furniture and very well-performed treatments. food ok, we used half board. Very tasty dumplings with duck.
I was only a guest of the restaurant, but both breakfast and dinners were delicious. A very large selection of dishes, great quality of products, friendly and efficient service. I would recommend.
A perfect place for the weekend. The modern resort offers, among others, a swimming pool, saunas, gyms, bowling alleys and a massage zone. Good food (buffet table). There is a zoo, a seal center and a horse stable nearby.
The rooms are clean, smells nice, spa treatments and massages are at a good level. Possibility to use the swimming pool or a large playroom for children. Beautiful surroundings. An additional attraction - the seal sanctuary.

Beautiful place! Fabulous and ideal for a holiday with children. Treehouses = fulfillment of childhood dreams. I was with my family 2 + 2 + grandparents. Communing with nature, beautiful views, Zoo (visited from a boat and meeting with lemurs), land of fairytales, sealarium, rope park (TYROLKA on the lake), swimming pool .... all this caused that after just sat./c. spent there everyone felt like they were here a week. This is called relaxation. The Swedish buffet for breakfast enchanted the variety of dishes, delicious everything. I do not agree with any of the negative reviews.
We were winter. Despite the bad weather, there was something to do: sauna, swimming pool, massage, spa zoo. Delicious food, warm, quiet, atmospheric place.

Dirt, mold and worn-out toilets everywhere, no drinking water in the complex, sauna, small jacuzzi, old pressure, and the water gives a lot to be desired

In general, the price is not adequate to the quality, and certainly not for a 4 * hotel

On Good Morning, nice, smiling service is waiting on both the reception and the restaurant. Swedish buffet at a very decent level. SPA also deserves a lot of praise. Great massages, much better than in the Hotel Go biewski Miko ajki.

The zoo in the Charlotte Valley is a nice place among nature. For children, additionally a land of fairy tales with houses and figures from famous legends. Animals have quite large catwalks or are on small islands. Quiet and peaceful zoo, good for walking and spending time. I would recommend!
The hotel keeps its level. It has its shortcomings, but the meals have improved noticeably this year.
The interior facelift is also a plus, although I hope there will be more bathrooms.
