Beautiful place, lots of attractions for children, mini zoo, restaurant on the water, tree houses. Everything makes an impression.

The Charlotte Valley is not just a hotel. This is also a good place to meet nature, various animals and time spent in the open air. Lots of greenery, water reservoirs, a boat with a guide. It's really worth visiting this place with children.

A very cool place. They have tons of activities and delicious food. The only thing that didn't suit me was that the room I lived in - it was an apartment - was cold. However, it is good that there were additional stoves there so it was possible to heat the room. However, from what I noticed, this is probably only a problem in this type of room. I am writing about it because at the same time my friends rented a room and they had a smaller room and the temperature was right there. But another time I also went there and I had an apartment too and I was cold too.
Honestly, I didn't remember that.

Stay in Dolina Charlotty on May 3 - 6, 2017
Our next stay in Dolina Charlotty did not turn out to be a pleasant experience. We were there with several family members for whom we booked 3 rooms.
We found the rooms clean, but with some shortcomings, such as an inoperative washbasin, an unsecured drain grate in the shower cabin, curtains and curtains on the windows that do not close completely (torn hangers), no bedspreads for hand luggage. There was also a remote control for the TV missing, after a few interventions at the reception we were brought a non-compatible copy etc etc .
The dinner on the first day turned out to be a flop, the dishes were cold and tasteless, some of them even inedible.
The menu in the restaurant Go ciniec by the pond was very limited compared to previous years, even the items listed there, e.g. a Nice salad, were not available.
Overall, the quality and choice of meals has decreased significantly.
The most frustrating thing was that in the evening it was impossible to use the pool, jacuzzi and saunas complex as they were completely packed with local guests. Unaccompanied children aged 8-12 were staying in the sauna area, they constantly ran in and out of the steam rooms or saunas (the glass door did not close too much, anyway). At the same time, there were also naked men who, at my remark, that they should respect foreign minor children and gird themselves with towels, reacted very aggressively, even insulting me.
Although at the entrance to this zone there are regulations posted (in a small frame), prohibiting children under the age of 16 from staying there, however, no one, both guests and staff, abides by this. A separate inscription was later found.
The spa / massage area is pleasant with professional service, certainly a more personal service such as warm towels on massage beds or drinks in the waiting room would increase the quality.
And those horse poop on the path by the pond .
And yet the purpose of coming to such centers is to relax and rest. I hope the owners of this complex will remember this. It is glad that the offer of other new spa centers in the country is expanding.
This one definitely doesn't deserve four stars.

Nice place. Poor restaurant. A stale bread on a Sunday morning. Prices on the menu exorbitant and not worth your dishes. Coarse fish is thick and the fish itself is cold inside.

Swimming pool, horses, cross-country tracks, walking routes. Recreational Championship. Organizationally perfect. Low-season prices affordable!

It depends who what, I recommend the tenderloin, and if someone wants a few pieces of pasta with four pieces of chicken for 30, I recommend it too ;-)

I do not recommend. As a contractor, the company is really not serious. They do not pay invoices, they delay responses, they lie that they are "in meetings", they avoid contact.

It was a bad idea to build a restaurant terrace from the same side as the balconies of hotel rooms. Because it does not matter if guests come to the wedding with old eyebrows or brand new SUVs - and this ends with a drunk rider at the disco polo until 4 am ... Second thing - it's great that the hotel can stay dogs, worse that the owners leave them in foreign rooms for them and go to bed for a few hours, and the dogs howl and bark half the night. At the time, the service never went off the reception desk and did not check if everything was playing, we ourselves had to tarry at 3 am to do something about it. In summary - a great place to avoid when there is a wedding.

The animals should have better conditions for the price they are attracted from tourists. Tragedy, I regret that I crossed the threshold

Amazing place . Full of class and sophistication. Rooms extremely cozy, well-equipped. A large parking lot. He will enter the concert hall decorated with photos of rock music legends ... Generally a nice place. However, forcing you to pay to enter the zoo just to pay for gondola once again is a bit frivolous ... Poor signage on the premises. The best thing is the seal, while the reel of water in which it leaves leaves much to be desired.

The price is unfortunately disproportionate to comfort. There is no air conditioning in the room, no cream, no empty bar, no food, no sense, and savings on the cook. The price of PLN 1000 / night is definitely too much. It's nice that there is a festival, because otherwise there is no reason to go for such a cash register.
