Our guests were delighted and the organization was exemplary, as Ms Paulina (Manager) is a very competent person.

Hello. A great disappointment after staying in the Valley .. We were there for the 5th time and nothing changes after each submission zazalen and inconveniences. The room and Spa is cool! :) Aleee Bowling tragedy. It does not work as it should. Dirty! the system counts badly. The floor is sticky with the shoes are left on the park. Pajeczyna on the walls. The couch ragged like in some brothel .. and kasuja 50 zl for an hour ?! O.o Second thing ... service in the restaurant. ?! Or its lack! We approached the cards ourselves and sometimes we ordered the bar because the waiters did not approach the tables at all. Music in the bar ?! Tragedy. Not quite so quiet it is still very boring and embarrassing.

A large area. Nice organized infrastructure. There is no place for nude. Lots of animals. It is worth booking about 4 to 6 hours to see everything calmly. I recommend the seal center.
On January 26, I hosted in this place the proms. Food HORRIBLE. No spices, vinegar instead - yum. Tiny portions. Chicken breast in the form of cheese rolls looked as if someone had eaten and spat it out earlier, and the cook added something from himself ... cream of dried tomatoes and peppers tasted worse than the cheapest diluted tomato paste. Even the vegetable salad, which every kitchen layman should do well, has been given as inedible. The sirloin is also nice gum and old.
The fact that a large number of prom participants wanted to order pizzas with delivery to eat something good all night, testifies to the quality of these dishes.
Maybe the decor is okey, but the dishes served by the chefs reach lower than the bottom. Overall I do not recommend it. It's better to go for dinner until the morning - there are May spices at least, it's fresh and tasty, and additionally much cheaper. Good quality food is expected when you spend a lot of money.

Very professional, pleasant staff. Rooms comfortable. Quite a lot of attractions for adults and children. However, a very serious downside (which has been mentioned for a long time by others in the comments on, for example, tripadvisor) is very poor cuisine when it comes to dinner. In addition, I do not recommend ordering meals in the restaurant (only desserts are quite good). Onion soup is probably on the water from the dead sea (terribly salty) and ordered cod, it was 3 pieces of about 3-4cm of current fish, which probably did not even have a size, it was terribly dry. I had the impression that even the waiters know that these meals are not good, because after serving they went away and tried not to look in our direction. Therefore, until you notice changes in comments about the kitchen, you will not come back, although it's a shame, because the place has potential.

The hotel may be nice, architecturally interesting but the surroundings are not encouraging. Neglected paths, no paved paths around the lake. Weeds everywhere, crooked lanterns, poorly marked places, we had a problem finding the hotel. Once watch and enough. Overrated. Better by the sea.

We visited the Zoo and we liked it very much. The children were satisfied. If only it would be a little cheaper, some family tickets .. Extra bed is a pull-out chair without a mattress, bad food, poor and untrained staff. The only thing that was cool is the stable in the center and the Balinese massage.

I have been to this hotel 3 times. Once with family and two business trips. The hotel when it comes to the location great. There are many attractions to do with children. Food good. The pool is ok. By contrast, I am a regular traveler in hotels because of my work. The first time I witnessed the theft in the rooms. For the first time with your family someone broke into 3 rooms. Our time missed because we were in the room. I thought the hotel did something about it. Unfortunately, the 3th stay after 2 years in this hotel organized by the company is repeating itself. My friend loses 700 zlotys in the room and at the same time someone breaks into the other rooms. Managers, of course, say that it happened to them for the first time. Looking at earlier opinions probably not. I think a hotel of such a class that does not have internal monitoring is probably not drawing conclusions. This is the first hotel that has no monitoring.
Two stars for food. Generally a nice pleasant place. Food well served, but I was expecting something better. The fish was not thoroughly gutted, which made it feel bitterness in some of the meat (thankfully a small one). Rice and salad, unfortunately, also so. I might think that I am too demanding, but my companions had similar opinions about their dishes. Distasteful broth, average pasta. Plus for a nice pass and nice waiters (although it was difficult to ask for something that was missing on the table). On the plus side also deserves the question in what intervals to give dishes.
Great place for a family holiday, especially in warm periods, great areas around and a lot of indoor attractions. Inside the pool, SPA area and fitness definitely a plus. I advise against meals in the pub - bottom.

A very pleasant place, especially for families with children. You can spend a whole day here. It is possible to have lunch by the water. The prices may not be the lowest, but they also do not cause the wallet to be ravaged. It is worth going with the children to the zoo, the seal center and the stable. In particular, the children's safari is based on swimming in a boat among animals. You can even feed lemurs. And also a very pleasant environment of water and greenery.

We ordered my husband with a weekend in a hotel in a double room (with a double bed). After reaching the hotel it turned out that there is no room for us that we booked and for which we paid. For this is a twin room (with two single beds). The receptionist could not explain why this happened, he finally stated that there is no difference and there should not be any discomfort .... After getting to the room instead of the ordered white wine, we were waiting for red. The bathrobe turned out to be torn. When I approached the reception desk and asked if it was possible to exchange it, I heard that I had to go to the spa zone and get a new one ...
After a four-star hotel, we expected service at the level for which we paid ...
Dolina Charlotty is a wonderful place for people who value peace and quiet. A beautiful place for walks surrounded by a forest and a lake with charming islands and piers
A very nice place with a lot of potential.
For a private zoo, a lot of specimens, a beautiful area and a lot to explore. The only downside is the islands. The initiative is very nice, but if you want to see some of the animals up close, there is no other option than buying a boat trip. Boats with an internal combustion engine ... An electric one would come in handy in such a place.
Plus for a special land designed for the youngest visitors.

I was not in the SPA, but an amphitheater with great acoustics. Located in the old park by the lake. Cool concerts in the season. I was on Foreigner and gentlemen, despite their age, they gave an unbelievable concert. I'll be happy to come back here.

A very interesting place, super organized but a bit too expensive.
Beautifully landscaped grounds, lots of greenery, delicious food, comfortable and very climatically equipped rooms. Spa and pool very nice. Nice service. The only caveat - in summer, the rooms are very warm and in the early spring it is cold.
A week ago we returned from this "exclusive" facility.
I would not recommend anyone for the money (2500 for 4 nights HB). Food worse than bars near gas stations. The same thing for breakfast every day. And when you run out of cold cuts, it's difficult, there is none. In the breakfast menu: pouring scrambled eggs, dry sausages, three types of hot sausage, baked beans and apples. Cold buffet better luckily. The cakes are the same from Sunday to Tuesday. The children's menu is a myth and a mockery. Fu. Dinners are the same. Everything is prepared to save you money. Only the soups were tasty. If eating is a pleasure for someone, they will be deeply disappointed.
No air conditioning, leaky windows, stuffiness in the children's playroom. Sand in the water in the pool. The lack of chlorine results in a new, green life appearing on the joints. There is no lifeguard. The outdoor playground is run down. The sand is full of thistle.
The area around the hotel is also run down.
The land of fairy tales may have been pretty once. Now the sculptures are covered with remnants of paint that has chipped off almost completely.
Only the room was very nice. The hotel is clean, room service works well.
Sealarium ... Green water. Can not see anything. Should seals live in such conditions? I do not know. However, the seals themselves are well cared for. The workout show was great. The seal handlers are doing a great job.
Summarizing. If we had paid half of it, I could have pretended it was worth it. I have been to other 4 * hotels and I know that for this money you can accept guests at a much higher level.
The hotel's heyday is long over. Someone does not care about it and is looking for strength savings. It's a shame because it's a beautiful place with wonderful views.

The sealarium and zoo were very nice to us. Then we went to the GO CINIEC restaurant. We waited 15 minutes to place an order. We took a table in an empty room. After us, two more tables were occupied. Four waiters passed by, some a few times. As if we were invisible. Customers at other tables (later taken from us) placed orders and received drinks. Waiters did not even look at us, no eye contact. We left after 15 minutes. Disgusted and hungry.

Very mixed feelings after staying in this hotel. On the one hand, a nice neighborhood and lots of attractions for children such as the ZOO, Seal Center, water safari, indoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor playground. All this is a plus. On the downside and a big downside is the standard of the room where we were accommodated. Room with a small (140 cm x 200 cm) bed, with a mega uncomfortable mattress. Rooms in this property do not have air conditioning. We were lucky that for most of the stay it was max 20 degrees C outside. On the last day, when the sun shone and the temperature increased to 25 degrees, the room became a sauna. It was unbearable. Overall, my 3/5 rating.
The place met my expectations, there were no problems with service, food. The surroundings encourage longer walks. I would recommend.

Wednesday is already a general divide - restaurant gosciniec is not child-friendly and organized dinners for hotel guests - on the table was still missing, the maze approached 3x to the table it was changed once porridge once goulash.
