I spent a week of vacation there this year with the whole family but it was not crazy.

On the plus side, for sure: daily cleaning and friendly service. Cool playrooms for children, although a monkey grove would need some air because some kind of massacre. After 10 minutes, my head is dizzy from the stuffiness. Pool also a plus. Nice two swimming pools, jacuzzis, saunas. It's fun to relax even at 10 am. Nice spa. :)

On the downside: the food. One and the same quite often. Little variety and average good. In the afternoon there were supposed to be soups for children - and there were. But, cabbage soup :) I think there are many more interesting soups for children than cabbage soup; / unfortunately we had to turn back and not only us because lichen children do not like cabbage soup.
The entire surroundings of the hotel. The pictures are nice and neat and actually dirty. Old benches, cobwebs everywhere and "poops" from horses; /
There were supposed to be inflatable toys in the open air for children. We were there for 7 days and there were locks for only 1 day. The rest of the days theoretically they were supposed to be, but there was no service. The website says that there are 2 playgrounds, 1 of which is located in the mini zoo and to enter there you have to pay admission to the zoo.

In a word, the hotel certainly does not deserve 4 *. Will I recommend? No. Will I go back there? No.
