We did not sleep in the hotel but visited this place to have an idea if it is worth coming here for longer. Worth it. Beautifully maintained area. Hotel, tavern, tree houses, zoo and stable. Everything is well maintained

High class hotel and SPA. Professional, great service. The only minus is the kitchen. Very good, but not outstanding.

Definitely overrated, entry to the "ZOO" 20 PLN adult child 16 PLN, water safari 16 PLN. adult child PLN 13 (a lot like for 5 minutes of boating, moreover, you can walk around the trip for free), sealarium 10 zlotys 8 zlotys a child, summarizing a trip for a family of 130 zlotys. MUCH, and to this there is also: a rope park, horseback riding and inflatable castles - PLN 10 / 15min. The whole can be nicely located but definitely not worth the issuance of such money, if not for the fact that the daughter heard the ZOO password, we would definitely give up on visiting this place. To see the seals you have to come to feed, otherwise you will only see green water (even the lady at the checkout said that the seals can only be seen when feeding), Zoo well what leaves much to be desired, which some animals had nice catwalks, but cages for birds cry for vengeance to heaven, they are definitely too small (the terrain has a lot so I do not understand why they built such small cages), no one will tell me the eagle cage with a size of about 2.5 x 2,000 x 7.m. length is sufficient, even if the bird has trouble flying (or is grounded), the countries look at these birds. The zoo area can be walked in about 30-40 minutes. , it will take 1.5 hours for us to become thoroughly acquainted with all the "attractions". And at the very end of HIT THIS YEARS electric fence from the side of visitors, I wonder whether a small child was already overwhelmed. I do not know where such good reviews about this place (maybe a couple of zloty was invested in favorable comments) but I DEFINITELY DECIDE.

Beautiful views, a large area with many opportunities for entertainment, especially for children: a zoo, a seal center, horse riding, a rope park. Food in a fairly expensive restaurant which does not necessarily go hand in hand with quality. I recommend it for a weekend trip.

The attraction is for the whole day for the whole family.

A very atmospheric place. Beautifully arranged buildings fit well into the surroundings. Beautiful nature all around. Lots of attractions on site. Great food, although not very extensive menu. Charming zoo. The only minus is the need to book accommodation well in advance. Good deal.
After returning, I booked a weekend for my parents here - they liked the place very much.

Overall a nice place, especially the hotel surroundings: the zoo, sealarium ... everything is surrounded by greenery, peace and quiet ... The hotel itself is asking for renovation, and the staff are nice and professional. Breakfast and dinner are tasty. I recommend for a getaway with the family.

Professional and pleasant staff, nice swimming pool, interesting part of the SPA with a large selection of saunas, nice surroundings especially for walks, peace and quiet.

For children it is a paradise, I do not know a second such place in Poland. Large selection of food, good waiter service, clean and big rooms.

Cool place to escape from everyday life. They organize concerts of cool bands here. And above all in the summer there is almost always nice weather. That is why concerts take place in the open air.

I do not recommend this place because the property does not guarantee a safe stay. During the November weekend several families were robbed of several thousand zlotys. The reception was unable to check the history of room entries explaining that it was "technical system problems". As it turned out later, these were not the first cases of this type of event in this place. The staff's tardiness was embarrassing.

I do not need to recommend this place.

This is a magical and fantastic place. Beautiful surroundings. Man is in contact with nature.

Entrance to the zoo is 20 PLN and concession 16, so the family 2 + 1pays PLN 56! Nothing extraordinary at the zoo. Cafe near the playground served by a lady from Ukraine who does not understand much. The coffee from the espresso machine is soju, and the milk can not make cakes, they only give them in capsules. To the sealarium you have to pay separately and horse riding is 45 PLN for half an hour. Generally, I do not recommend.

All OK! A place really like in pictures. Service Helpful and Friendly. Food At Good Level. Large and clean rooms. I recommend for families with children, they will not get bored! To Hit In Good Weather And Broad Road!

Well, place highly overrated. Denmark, despite the short card, not very sophisticated and only correct in taste. The prices are very high in relation to the quality. Not clean and not the latest toilets.

A nice hotel with interesting infrastructure, the only thing you can possibly attach to is poorly soundproofed doors, so in the evening the noise from the corridors can be heard strongly in the room. But as I mentioned, this is only a possible inconvenience.

Staying with the family during the winter season is ok but not amazing. It seems to me that staying in the summer time definitely reflects the charm of this place.

The prices are very high in relation to what we get in the package. I stayed in the treehouse for a few days and it was the right choice given the room reviews below. The house itself is okay at first glance, but on closer examination you can notice a lot of neglect - broken toilet lid, burned out light bulbs, which could be easily replaced before the arrival of guests, a torn board on the terrace, which we had to watch out for every day while being with a small child, unscrewed shelves in the bathroom - cosmetics fell off while walking around the house, no mosquito nets in every openable window - it was only in one - it was full of holes, so we sleep with mosquitoes, spiders, moths and other creatures living outside, unless we don't open the windows and suffocate inside. In addition, I rate the cleanliness of the house itself at 3 (outside the cobwebs, so much that no one was interested in them since the news). It's a pity, because the very idea of building such houses was great.
However, you need to take care of them properly.

The board is also a big downside. Breakfasts are very monotonous (the same every day) - this aspect could be omitted if it was tasty. Most of the dishes are definitely not up to a 4 star hotel standard. Dinners - same story. Lottery. One day the dishes are tasty, the next day they are completely inedible and underdone. No menu idea, little choice. Every day the same or similar sponge cakes (they reminded me of wedding cakes - 2 sponge cakes with a bland cream). As if that was not enough COFFEE with dinner payable additionally (which nobody informs about before).

I also agree that the prices of attractions offered by the hotel are highly overpriced. Inflatables PLN 40 for a child - absurd! The Butterfly House, which is located in the Zoo, is additionally payable, even though we pay for admission to the Zoo itself. It is similar with each subsequent "attraction".

The pool and sauna area also rejects rather than encourages. Everything worn out. In saunas tiles fall off, it is dirty and repulsive. Even broken showers in the locker room. Defeat.

Sum sumarum due to its location, an excellent Balinese massage and a nice idea with tree houses as an alternative to staying in a room, I recommend this place - for a moment, once, as a base, but without much expectations. There is much room for improvement - I hope the owners will learn the right lessons.

The hotel, however, is most immersed in the gastronomic part - summer dishes, tasteless, no idea, no option for vegetarians.
The staff shows no interest in the visitor - a total failure.
I used the service during Christmas, after which we left hungry, the waiter visited the table twice throughout the evening - the weight of the dishes per person is laughable. Prices (about 1300/8 people) in relation to the fact that there are 2 dumplings per person, a small broth of cold (!) Borscht, and carp bells were not enough for everyone. Cake - very low quality. And one pot of dried fruit for an entire evening for 8 people. An unimaginable slip-up - we certainly won't be back.

Legend Rock Festival is a great party. Beautiful place.

We visited the valley zoo today ... which turned out to be a total MISUNDERSTANDING. For this price, I expected something more .. PLN 20 per person for entering the zoo itself. For the safari zoo flow (for which you have to pay an additional PLN 16 / person), unfortunately we did not get to it due to the total lack of organization, because there were 3 trips that had priority, and the lady in the bar ordered to wait min. 2 hours and she did not promise that we would see it. This is ridiculous considering we drove 160km to visit this place and here you are.
All in all, not worth the price and visit ...

Food and service ok and if someone likes secluded places with an average standard of rooms, this is the place for him. Climate only in the Lobby, restaurant and bar (in the latter, it is turned on sporadically). But the SPA at a very nice level

Charlotta Valley has a good PR, it must admit, I visited, I saw and once it is enough, the sealarium for an additional fee, well, the lady from the service informs that nothing is happening between feeding the seals and not worth going in, houses on trees, o which is mentioned both on the plan of the zoo and at the entrance is an attraction closed only to hotel guests, you can see that a lot of people are disappointed when you are standing in front of the closed gate. Few toilets in the resort, only TOITOI booths without running water. Sam Zwierzyniec does not knock in terms of animal species.

Unfortunately, dirty rooms and smelled of cigarette smoke. Interesting place, but nothing more to the concert.

A place for those who appreciate the peace and nature so rather for adults. Besides not too much entertainment and a full of people restaurant with a small selection of dishes. I do not judge the hotel because I have not been there yet.

I was there at the Billy Idol concert. It was divine. The amphitheater is neglected, grass to the knees, old benches. A bit ashamed.

The restaurant is ok but not crazy. I can attach to a fairly large amount of fat used for frying meat. When it comes to the surroundings (ponds, etc.) is really very nice and fabulous.

I haven't been to the hotel, but after visiting the Go ciniec restaurant, I became convinced that I wouldn't like to spend a long time here. Trout salad made on the basis of a pre-packaged mix of ladybug lettuce, homemade lemonade from a machine based on artificial and mega-sweet syrup, lemon tart did not resemble tart, and the cheesecake is just plain foam, without a bit of real cheese. In a word, the menu is not worth any money. The service was wonderful and this is unfortunately the only positive touch, because it turned out that to appreciate the efforts and professionalism of the waiter, I have to tip in cash !!!! Applause, bosses! What kind of person do you have to be to deprive waiters of the possibility of receiving tips by card?!?!?
Safari zoo is also quite a mockery. You have to be lucky to see any animals, and visiting the island of lemurs is a masterpiece !! Yes, there are pets, but don't count on being able to pet them. None of these things! And again the staff saved the whole trip by barge, because the boy is really cute and funny.
And the prices are not very encouraging!

You can wonderfully rest in the bosom of nature. In the hotel cafe a delicious coffee and a hot apple pie with ice cream Pychota
