Where to start?
Hotel booked via booking.com. Advance payment already paid at this stage, and basically the total cost of the stay.
When checking in, it turns out that the invoice will be "a little later". No problem - I stayed here for three days.
When leaving, however, it turns out that the invoice will not be ... Because it is not enough that when making the reservation, I selected the invoice option. The hotel managed to immediately book my funds paid to the booking agent and because they did not receive the invoice data, they can no longer issue an invoice by law ... Here is a big plus for the manager from the reception - she knows the regulations very well .... It's just a pity that the same reservations in any other hotel are pending with the booking of the funds for the guest's arrival.

Prices - PLN 369 for a standard room with a view of the parking lot is probably a high expectation ... so how much does the one with a view of the river cost?

Breakfasts - hmmm ... I don't eat much, but with these room prices, I would expect something more ...

Service - especially in the restaurant great. Especially hats off to Mrs. Ludmila. I can only envy such commitment and cheerfulness. Similarly, service at the pool, as well as cleaning ladies.

Silence - a scarce commodity. If you are traveling on business like me, I strongly advise against this property. Of course, it is my fault that I did not read that the hotel accepts tourist vouchers ... Hence - the atmosphere as during holidays in Tunisia ... - children are everywhere and the most important. Even when they run over your head until midnight for 3 hours, hitting the floor and their parents do not react ...

So if you are traveling on business - look again ...

A great hotel but a comfortable room and a big plus for that. Delicious varied breakfast, although the service can not keep up with the message to the buffet - not enough staff. The restaurant provides heated meals :(

Stay in "Domki na Drzewach"

The houses are actually close to nature. Peace and quiet all around.
Staying at the turn of September and October allows you to pick mushrooms after leaving the house (for those who like)
And this is where the pluses end.

During the above-mentioned period, due to a large amount of rain and leaves, it is not difficult to have an accident on the stairs leading to the entrance and on the terrace around.
Flat screen TV? I have a bigger monitor at work, and I'm not a graphic designer.
WiFi - we stayed overnight in the penultimate house sheltered by a lot of trees. The range is there, but it works when he likes it (for me it's a plus, but a definite minus for a 12-year-old son).

The biggest disadvantage, and even a tragedy, is the bathroom. Cracked tiles, a working floor as it happens on it, a moving shower cubicle and the smell of a septic tank.

Be careful when booking a room for 3 people. A bed like a child seat as an extra bed for an adult. Hard and not comfortable. I do not recommend

A very cozy and unique hotel. Around the water reservoirs, zoo, "monkey grove". The place has a soul, and the amphitheater is the property of the hotel. There are huge mass events which only confirms the reputation of the place. I recommend to stay here as well as for a Sunday walk. In the middle of a huge and beautiful hall just in time for weddings or larger occasions. The pool with huge windows also has its own charm. Four different saunas available, also very nice. The hotel also has its own restaurant on the water. The restaurant is beautiful and tasteful, but the prices? And this food? As if this place was completely detached from the quality of everything around. One star down for that.

A center with a high reputation. I was out of season - it is definitely cool in the season but there is nothing to do outside. Rooms in a nice style. Good food. The pool is small and it should be renovated. Saunas great. For the price I expected more.

I have been coming here for many years. On the plus side: relatively good food, a nice atmosphere of naturalness, location, surroundings and friendly service; on the downside: dirty in the saunas, changing rooms and the pool, broken bowling lane, no music in the lobby and restaurant.

The only thing that worries me is the change of style that is taking place now - the introduction of modern gray and white elements in the corridors and restaurants spoils the very natural-Amazonian style that has been from the very beginning. If it goes on like this, the hotel won't stand out from hundreds of other nondescript hotels.

A beautiful place where from all sides we meet with nature embellished with the note of the festival spirit. One star is missing because the problem is the price of the restaurant card in relation to quality. Prices sometimes reflect the level of a Michelin star restaurant, but on my plate I saw overcooked vegetables reminiscent of frozen food from the market. We also received pasta at a price of around PLN 30 where the portion was very small. Tasty fresh but it was not a culinary art work to offer this price for this amount. I think that the chef would use a small trip to compensate for some deficiencies and catch up with the level of concretion because the place deserves the highest culinary level. Be much lower prices.

Beautifully decorated area is wonderful but the price I consider too excessive

The hotel itself is very nice, the service is nice the whole area of the valley is very nice and there is something to do, walking, zoo, sealarium, swimming pool, play rooms. Food good.
Cottages differ from what is in the pictures themselves but nice interiors terraces with loose planks in a faded abraded color are asking for renovation, barriers very unadapted to children ... bathroom could also be renovated, the fugue is crumbling and the cabin is already a little loose ...
After we paid attention to the reception of the hotel, we got a rebate on the stay, and that's not the point ... because leaving for a place with 4 * is expected that the place had some level, from what I noticed the hotel guests also had a problem to what the rooms on the pictures were and what they were in real life. The hotel should also think about changes.

The beautiful surroundings of Dolina Charlotty, very close to the beach in Ustka, a perfect rest in the hotel spa all of this made me want to come back here

Family-friendly hotel, worth recommending. A lot of entertainment makes it impossible to get bored here: a zoo with a fairy tale wonderland, seal sanctuary, rope park, canoes and pedal boats. The hotel itself has a swimming pool for children and adults, as well as a sauna and jacuzzi. You can go aqua zumbe every Saturday. In addition to water fun, there are also two playrooms for younger and older children: a monkey grove, a pool with balls, slides and many more. The food is tasty and varied and most importantly fresh. Hotel staff very polite and helpful. View of the woods from the window of the room. This is rest for the eye. The beds in the rooms could be bigger and more comfortable. There is also a lack of additional furniture to unpack clothes. Bathrooms clean and tidy. And finally, I leave a description of the spa: everything fits beautifully here, from the decor through the exotic rhythms from Bali to the masseuses who massage sensationally. We were with children on vacation, as in some reviews I wrote, unfortunately, I have to say that in fact the hotel deserves in terms of its facilities and interior for a 3 and a half starred. See the needs of renewal and the area it has. Playground for children very neglected, torn tops until fear that the child entered some of the things that are on the playground. Overgrown very much. I was on the May weekend and my children and I are delighted. Zoo prices ok, although I do not recommend the water safari. Payable additionally at a price similar to the entrance to the Zoo. In fact, nothing else will be seen. Pets close and there were more of them than I expected. Nice service. A charming area. Additionally, you can buy horseback riding. I recommend walking around the resort. As soon as we are in the area again, we will definitely come back.

Hello. I spent the first wedding anniversary at Hotel Charlotte Valley. I received a room at the end of the corridor which ended with a door (As it turned out on the terrace). The room is terribly hot and stuffy so you have to open the balcony door to the terrace (terrace room with extra charge). After the first night (of course with the open door to the terrace because you could suffocate at night) I wake up and see on my terrace a guy smoking a cigarette. As it turned out, the door at the end of the corridor was open to make a draft, and the terrace is connected to mine, not even a small barrier that has not been revived. After my intervention at the reception, the lady promised that she would take care of it. In the attachment, please see the photo how creative people work in a 4-star hotel. Of course, throughout the stay I had trips of children, adults on my terrace. Such food, attractions such as the zoo, sealarium (terrible conditions for animals). If you want to relax and relax it is certainly not in this hotel. Very overrated hotel, what we see on the side of the Valley of Charlotte has nothing to do with reality.
