Hotel booked via booking.com. Advance payment already paid at this stage, and basically the total cost of the stay.
When checking in, it turns out that the invoice will be "a little later". No problem - I stayed here for three days.
When leaving, however, it turns out that the invoice will not be ... Because it is not enough that when making the reservation, I selected the invoice option. The hotel managed to immediately book my funds paid to the booking agent and because they did not receive the invoice data, they can no longer issue an invoice by law ... Here is a big plus for the manager from the reception - she knows the regulations very well .... It's just a pity that the same reservations in any other hotel are pending with the booking of the funds for the guest's arrival.
Prices - PLN 369 for a standard room with a view of the parking lot is probably a high expectation ... so how much does the one with a view of the river cost?
Breakfasts - hmmm ... I don't eat much, but with these room prices, I would expect something more ...
Service - especially in the restaurant great. Especially hats off to Mrs. Ludmila. I can only envy such commitment and cheerfulness. Similarly, service at the pool, as well as cleaning ladies.
Silence - a scarce commodity. If you are traveling on business like me, I strongly advise against this property. Of course, it is my fault that I did not read that the hotel accepts tourist vouchers ... Hence - the atmosphere as during holidays in Tunisia ... - children are everywhere and the most important. Even when they run over your head until midnight for 3 hours, hitting the floor and their parents do not react ...
So if you are traveling on business - look again ...
