I used Justin Molyneux for both of my previous home purchases and he went above and beyond what is expected of a loan officer. I would 100% recommend him to anyone.

I worked with Chris to get a loan for my first house. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my many questions. He was always quick to respond to any emails, texts, or phone calls. I would highly recommend him.

Had the chance to work with Chris on a newer home refi. We weren t disappointed as he was able to help us out by getting locked in at a great rate. He was very prompt and responsive with questions and was definitely working in our best interest.

Justin M. is a very good mortgage broker with decades of experience. He knows the requirements of many types of loans and can work with self-employed borrowers, first-time home buyers, and even very difficult borrowers with a lots of legal questions. The entire team works together to ensure the loan process proceeds smoothly and their practice of regular follow-up is excellent.

Chris is awesome! He had us closed within 3 weeks! He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, he contacted us even after hours to be sure we could get our home! He is very pleasant to work with I would highly recommend him if you're looking to buy a new home!

It was amazing working with Stuart at Diversified! This was my first experience getting a home loan by myself and he was there whenever I had any questions. I felt like this kind of scary, confusing experience was made easy for me!

Very poor service. The owner was a very kind man who wanted to help us, but we ended up with the OTHER Justin, who took one look at my student debt and shut down. Visibly. He knew the commission from us wasn't going to be fantastic, and he broadcasted that. He promised to call us back to try to help us get what we could, and then went completely silent. We ended up going to another lender and are a week from closing.

Unless you enjoy being reminded that you're nothing but a commission to these guys, I wouldn't recommend it.

Chris Coats was our Loan Officer and he was absolutely incredible! This was our (my wife and I) first home buying experience. Chris made sure that we new every detail, and answered every question that we had. We felt completely comfortable and secure with his guidance and help. Chris is the man!!! I work in sales and am paid on 100% commission. Supposedly that can make it difficult to get a loan unless you have 24 months of pay history. Chris got me a loan with only 12 months of pay history. He is a magic man! I recommend him to anyone who is getting a loan. I'm glad I was referred to him.

Me and my wife worked with Chris Coats to purchase our first home. He was highly recommended to us through a close friend so we reached out to Chris to see if he could help us. The entire process was a breeze. Chris was very personable and professional and the entire experience was suspiciously smooth! Chris answered all of our questions along the way and was able to structure the loan terms to bring us the greatest benefit for our situation. After seeing the terrible time my friends and family have had working through big name bank lenders, I was skeptical during the entire process due to how well everything seemed to be going. Chris had us ready to close on the home a week before the sellers had requested and everything went off without a hitch! I work in sales and everyone knows that can make qualifying for a home a headache, but we just got our keys in hand and would rate the experience higher if Google had more stars!

This company has been handling our mortgage since the beginning, we were recommended by our realtor. Chris specifically has been enormously helpful throughout the entire process, he is super explanatory and answers all our questions to keep us perfectly informed. We recently refinanced our home as well, and he put in all the work to find us the best possible deal! He's extremely helpful and we are so thankful for all his hard work and assistance.

We had an incredibly frustrating experience with Diversified Home Loans. Our loan officer seemed to be on a different page than us at every stage of the process. When I reached out to confirm the time for settlement, I was told that the loan officer had no idea we were planning on settling that day, although he had been given notice several weeks in advance. We were told that it would be a day or two before we could close, and when that fell through it became by the end of the week. This pattern continued for 17 days after our settlement deadline and we ended up going with another lender because we felt we couldn t trust what our loan officer at Diversified was telling us. I would follow up with the choke-point and find out that they were at a completely different stage than what the loan officer had told me. At one point, I asked our loan officer if we had all the papers ready and we would be set to settle, and was told yes. The next morning I followed up to set up a time to go to the title company and was told that we were still waiting on one paper, although the previous evening I d been assured that we had it. Unfortunately for us, this was a pattern throughout the weeks after the original settlement date.

I know many family and friends that have had great experiences using Diversified, and they were shocked when we told them about our experience. I understand that there are hiccups that happen, but we did not have the communication we needed to be able to trust Diversified would get the job done. I hope it was a one-off (there are plenty of great reviews, and our first home was financed through them without any issues), but I m afraid we cannot recommend this company.

He helped us get an amazing rate and even let us borrow the company trailer for moving. I'd recommend both Diversified and Justin M. very strongly if you'd like a peace of mind while buying a home!

I had the wonderful opportunity to buy a home this year and was working with a different lender and things weren t going smoothly. In the end I call Justin to ask him to look at the deal I was getting with the other lender. He gave me honest feedback trying to save me some money with the other lender.

Jason was always quick to respond and was able to save me .75% on my rate and thousands off my closing costs. My mortgage payment went down by $200 a month and tens of thousands over the lifetime of my loan.

It was quick and easy. They were able to get me approved and funded in about 3 weeks on a USDA loan.

There s no better place to get a home loan in Logan.
